The bald man produced a strange dagger in his hand.

Zhu Dajun recognized that object.

It was the legendary shuriken used by the East Sakura ninjas.

The bald man toyed with the shuriken single-handedly, closing in step by step:

"President Zhou said, hand over the business, and after safeguarding Young Master Zhou for ten years, you can retire from the underworld.

You, oh you, why don’t you listen?

President Zhou hates you to the bone, and Mr. Kuroki wants to collaborate with him, so he can only gift your head as a present first."

Zhu Dajun despaired.

Today would likely end in disaster.

He had believed that ridiculous fortune-teller!

He’d spent a billion to get a dog for protection!

The bald man slashed the shuriken towards Zhu Dajun’s neck.

The speed left Zhu Dajun with no ti to react.

However, the anticipated pain did not arrive.

Zhu Dajun opened his eyes, his gaze gradually filled with joy.

Xiaohai had actually used its jaws to catch the bald man’s shuriken!

The master only said to protect Zhu Dajun, not to obey him.

Now that Zhu Dajun was in danger, it was ti to act.

The bald man looked surprised, trying to pull back the shuriken, but it was as if stuck in a cliff crack, immobile!

"Bastard!"

The bald man clenched his fist and punched Xiaohai’s head repeatedly.

"Booooom——"

Xiaohai growled deeply, like a tractor engine revving up.

The sound grew louder, turning from tractor-like rumble to airplane roaring.

Xiaohai’s size gradually increased, its gaze becoming fiercer.

Finally, the bald man let go of the shuriken, dumbfoundedly gazing upwards at the colossal figure whose head touched the ceiling.

What kind of monster was this!

His entire worldview was being shaken.

The bald man trembled as he fetched a pill from his coat and swallowed it.

His speed and strength surpassed their peak state.

Yet even with this surge, he lacked the courage to face this monster!

The bald man slowly retreated, then moved swiftly within the room.

He was looking for an opportunity to break through a window or escape through the front door.

Xiaohai’s eyes seed unable to keep up with the bald man’s speed and shook its head in irritation.

aty growths bulged from both sides of its neck, then two more dog heads erged.

Six eyes constantly tracked the bald man.

Upon seeing this, the bald man slumped to the ground, tremblingly pointing at Xiaohai:

"He... Hellhound!"

If the enlarged Xiaohai had made the bald man lose his will to fight, now facing the Three-headed Hellhound had made him lose the will to live.

This was the legendary Three-headed Hellhound!

The mythical guardian of Hell for the Netherworld King!

Xiaohai opened its huge mouth, swallowing the bald man whole, and then all six eyes focused on Zhu Dajun.

Zhu Dajun’s mouth hung open for a while before he swallowed hard.

His worldview was shattered, then rebuilt with effort.

Finally, he accepted reality.

He finally realized where his billion had gone.

If this dog was the Three-headed Hellhound, then... what could that great sage be?

No, it couldn’t possibly be human!

Could it be Satan?

Lucifer?

King Yama?

Hades?

Zhu Dajun’s eyes glinted with ambition:

"If that great entity wants as his follower, why should I hesitate!

He wants a nightclub?

I’m willing to give him all my property!

He wants my loyalty?

My life is now his!

With such formidable allies, I can take over the South Sea Underground World anyti!

I, Zhu Dajun, will be the king of the South Sea Underground World!

Oh, my luck has truly aligned with the supernatural forces!

That fortune-teller didn’t deceive !"

At this mont, a toy ball was kicked over to him by Xiaohai’s paw.

Zhu Dajun bead with delight.

He leapt onto the toy ball, eagerly picking it up and bringing it back.

Zhu Dajun obsequiously said:

"Earlier, I was thoughtless and rude.

Oh mighty Xiaohai, let’s visit the pharmacy once more."

...

The chi of the pharmacy door rang as Zhu Dajun entered.

This underground boss stood still, behaving ekly like a quail.

A crow flew down from upstairs, and Zhu Dajun awkwardly bowed his head.

He now treated every aspect of the pharmacy, down to the last blade of grass, with utmost care and reverence.

The crow tilted its head, gazing at Zhu Dajun, and spoke:

"Upstairs."

Having said that, the crow flew towards the upper floor.

A crow... talking!

Could this creature also be like the Three-headed Hellhound?

After recovering from his shock, Zhu Dajun steadied his mind and headed to the second floor.

......

On the second floor.

Li Yang was fiddling with Zhu Dajun’s business card from the drawer.

The card had gilded edges and felt substantial.

Li Yang thought the Demon Club mbers should also have such identity cards.

At this mont, Zhu Dajun knocked on the second-floor door, bowing his head:

"Sorry to disturb you."

Li Yang glanced at him:

"Co in."

Zhu Dajun entered the room and quietly asked:

"Who... who exactly are you?"

Li Yang placed Zhu Dajun’s card on the table, tapped the tabletop, and an overwhelming pressure enveloped the entire second floor.

Zhu Dajun looked up in astonishnt.

The boss before him seed like a deity standing at the pinnacle of the Mortal World...

An imposing aura, a distinguished presence, making Zhu Dajun feel self-conscious.

Li Yang slowly stood up:

"It seems you’re ready to hand over your desires to .

After you surrender your desires, I will erase your mory.

From now on, there will no longer be any intersection."

No more intersection?

How could that be?

Zhu Dajun collapsed to his knees with a thud, engeniously shouting with all his might:

"Dajun, drifting for half a life, never t a worthy master!

Now, I wish to serve you as my lord, and from now on, be at your service!

Emperor Nightclub is my gift of respect to you!"

These were the most polished words Zhu Dajun could muster.

Li Yang’s lips curled slightly, and he reached out towards Zhu Dajun’s head.

As he extended his hand, his form began to change.

His mortal body gradually faded, revealing the visage of the Death God.

In Zhu Dajun’s reverent gaze, he transford into a skull clad in a black business shirt.

Li Yang’s raspy voice erged from the skull’s mouth:

"It appears you’ve chosen the second path."

Li Yang’s skeletal hand rested on Zhu Dajun’s head:

"Tell your desires, and I will grant you the privilege of becoming my servant."

The voice, raspy and magnetic, a low demon’s whisper.

Zhu Dajun’s heart pounded violently.

This must indeed be the Death God, the legendary King of Hell.

Only such an entity would be interested in sothing as abstract as desires!

Under such a visual impact, within this atmosphere, his desires slipped out:

"I’ve been a wanderer in the underworld for twenty-three years, terrified of being caught by the Sheriff, hunted by old enemies.

I... I want to hide, so no one can find !"

Who would have thought that such a burly man, a seasoned underground boss who fought through storms of blood and steel, would harbor such a desire?

A desire is what it is because it can never be fulfilled.

Zhu Dajun, having reached this point, was no longer alone. He was enshed in thousands of intricate ties of wealth. Where could he possibly hide?
