Thomas Quincy heard that Eleanor Sterling actually ca with Alaric Faulkner and a strange woman. Although he was surprised, he still politely ca out to greet them.

"Eleanor Sterling, what are you doing here at the Quincy Family?"

Although the Quincy Family’s location is mysterious, Eleanor Sterling is not an ordinary person, so it’s not surprising that she could find him here.

Eleanor looked at Thomas Quincy and gave a cold chuckle, "You’ve already married my good sister. It’s not too much for to co and drink a few glasses of your wedding wine, is it?"

Thomas frowned subconsciously upon hearing this.

He didn’t know why he acted like he was bewitched and got a marriage certificate with Clara Thornton. It seed he didn’t actually like her; the person he liked was Nancy Nash.

Eleanor gave Wendy Carson a look, signaling her to observe what exactly was going on with Thomas Quincy. Wendy imdiately understood and nodded.

While Eleanor was talking with Thomas, Wendy was already secretly examining him.

She naturally had countless ways to check Thomas’s condition without needing to make contact.

Wendy must have discovered sothing as her brows furrowed, and her face suddenly beca serious.

Seeing this, Eleanor knew she already had an answer.

After a brief exchange, Thomas still arranged rooms for Eleanor and her group.

Back in the room, Eleanor imdiately called for Wendy and Clara. She turned to Wendy and asked, "Sister-in-law, did you find sothing just now?"

Wendy sighed and said, "It’s quite tricky. Do you know what kind of bewitchnt Thomas is under?"

"What kind of bewitchnt?" Clara couldn’t help but ask.

"lanie is my master. She has a pair of insects she’s raised for years, called the Love Bewitchnt. It changes the mind of the person affected, making the secondary insect enamored with the primary insect unconditionally."

Eleanor’s heart skipped a beat.

She turned to Clara and asked, "You said Thomas is very cold to you, so who does he like now?"

Finding out whom Thomas likes would reveal who cast the bewitchnt on him.

Clara thought of when Nancy Nash ca; Thomas looked at her with affection. She gritted her teeth and said, "Nancy Nash."

Eleanor’s head shot up at the words, her face full of shock, as if she hadn’t expected it to be Nancy.

"So... you’re saying Nancy cast the Love Bewitchnt on Thomas to make him obsessed with her? Since the Love Bewitchnt belongs to lanie, why is it with Nancy?"

Wendy interjected, "My master’s Love Bewitchnt was stolen long ago, and we never tracked down who took it. I didn’t expect it to be used this way."

Clara’s face turned unsightly.

She previously blad Thomas for being heartless, but now that she knew it was due to the insects, she instantly stopped blaming him.

Seeing Clara’s pained expression, Eleanor quickly hugged her, comforting her, "Don’t be sad. I brought my sister-in-law over specifically to help you. We’ll definitely find a way to remove this bewitchnt."

Clara only then rembered Eleanor.

Eleanor had always solved her problems.

She hugged Eleanor back, sighing, "Eleanor, it’s good to have you here. Otherwise, I wouldn’t know what to do. I’d probably have to let Thomas go to Nancy."

After all, considering Thomas’s current indifferent attitude toward her, Clara also didn’t want to endure this injustice.

Eleanor’s face darkened, and she snorted, "Let him go? He’s already your man, and you’re foolishly thinking of letting him go. That’s really shaful."

Clara shook her head, "No, I won’t anymore."
