Her hair was carefully styled into a bun, accentuating her refined and charming appearance.
Even the household staff couldn’t help but be awed by her beauty as they exclaid, “Miss Jiayi, you look absolutely stunning!”
Lu Chen, who had co to pick her up, was also taken aback. He had never expected that Jiayi could exude such elegance when dressed up. Despite her usually timid disposition, she appeared both gentle and alluring after her transformation, with a touch of playfulness in her deanor.
“Lu Chen, you’re here?” Fang Jiayi’s voice took on a softer tone as she approached him, reaching out to hold his arm.
Lu Chen’s heart lted. The recent distance between them had vanished, replaced by tenderness and concern. “Are you ready to go?”
“Mm,” Fang Jiayi also sensed the change in him and was aware that her newfound beauty had captivated him. Playfully, she asked, “Lu Chen, if my classmates inquire later whether you’re my boyfriend or fiance, how should 1 introduce you?”
Lu Chen replied with a smile, “Definitely as my fiance!”
“But my aunt doesn’t seem too pleased with ,” Fang Jiayi said with a hint of dejection, her long eyelashes lowering. “If there are any changes in the future, 1 might beco the subject of ridicule among my classmates…”
Lu Chen reassured her, “Don’t worry, 1’11 handle my mother’s concerns. Your happiness is what matters most.”
Fang Liguo and Song Ling, who had been eavesdropping nearby, couldn’t help but smile at this heartfelt exchange and decided to reveal themselves.

Outside the Spring Day Club, a small group of fellow students had gathered, anxiously awaiting Fang Jiayi’s arrival. They were eager to catch a glimpse of the car she would arrive in and the appearance of her boyfriend…
Their excitent grew as a silver Porsche 911 pulled up, causing their eyes to widen in amazent. This car must be worth a fortune!
Under the watchful eyes of her classmates, Lu Chen gracefully stepped out of the driver’s seat and kindly assisted Fang Jiayi in opening the passenger door, holding her hand in the process.
