Lines of radiating energy cover Sachem's face across his eyes. Demo and the others can sense that Sachem has beco more dangerous. Braverte walks from around the corner and is surprised at the fact that the fight is still going on.
"Wait a minute, it's 3 versus 1, and you still haven't beaten him? I get it if it's just the two of you, but with the Palindra joining you, this should have been over by now."
Sachem looks over his shoulder and can tell that Braverte is unhard, which ans that if he were to join his chances of winning are greatly lowered. Braverte takes a few more steps and stomps on the ground to use Higher Reasoning to make a chair appear. He sits down and shakes his head in disparagent.
Sachem doesn't really understand what's going on but it seems like Braverte is planning on joining the fight. Which ans that he can focus on the 3 in front of him.
"Demo, you ok?"
From the ground above, Ten is screaming while looking down the hole. Demo looks up with a smile on his face because he is relieved that Ten is ok.
"I'm good. You good?"
"I beat up a zombie. I'm good."
Pulmo doesn't say a word and jumps down. She lands next to Braverte.
"Bilicus?"
"Dead, but he did tell a few interesting things. Seems that Sachem over there has a few more pieces of the puzzle."
Pulmo turns and faces Sachem.
"Help them?"
Braverte stomps his foot, and a chair appears right under Pulmo, and she sits down forcefully. The chair then moves next to Braverte.
"Let the young ones do their thang."
Pulmo nods and crosses her legs to take a more relaxing position. Sachem readies his right, straight punch from a distance. There is a good distance between Demo and Sachem but Demo knows that Sachem wouldn't do this without proper cause. So, Demo raises his guard, and so do My-Ty and Dewina. Sachem throws a reverse one-two with his right straights being a lead-in. The right punch is so fast and strong that it creates a blast of wind that is filled with energy, and the left punch forces it to go in the direction of Demo.
Demo knew that sothing was coming but was unable to react fast enough, he had to take the hit. The blast is strong enough to send him flying backward. My-Ty knows that waiting for more hits to co his way isn't smart. My-Ty rushes towards Sachem using the sa zig zag pattern that Sachem used so many tis. Sachem hunches forward and uses the sa zig zag pattern to collide with My-Ty. Sachem and My-Ty collide.
Sachem's body and strength far exceed My-Ty, so he wins the collision. My-Ty is sent back flying. Diwena has already jumped up to land a blow, but Sachem can see him coming. On top of the hole Cleus, Cyte, and Ten are looking down at the fight happening beneath them. Cleus can tell that Demo and My-Ty are struggling and will need help. He doesn't understand why Braverte and Pulmo aren't helping.
"Cyte, we have to get down there."
Ten imdiately weighs in.
"I'm good up here. Demo don't need no help."
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing, I just feel like we have a good view from over here, and there is no need to jump down there and bother them."
"We have to help them."
"We can help them by sending them good energy."
"Ten, we are going down."
"Nah, I'm good."
Cyte cos up next to Ten and places her arm around his waist.
"Cyte, don't you dare."
Cyte smiles.
"Cyte, stop playing."
Cleus jumps down.
"Nah forreal, stop playing yo."
Cyte jumps down with Ten in her arm.
"You ..."
Ten goes down, screaming all the way. Cleus lands with a hero pose, followed by Cyte and Ten. Ten imdiately starts throwing up.
"Cleus, Cyte, Ten. Co sit over here with us."
"We have to help them."
"It's 3 versus 1. If you joined in, it would just muddy the waters. Plus, you guys look exhausted as well, and wouldn't be of much help anyway."
Cleus and Cyte both know that Braverte is a respected fighter and that his opinion carries a lot of weight. So they listen to him and walk to where he is. Braverte makes 3 more chairs for them to sit in.
"Did you three really take down a zombie?"
Pulmo nods.
"They took down 3."
"Really? Cleus, I knew you were hiding your strength, but to be able to bring down one of those zombies is just impressive. If your father could see you right now, he would be proud."
Cleus nodded with a smile on his face. As he watches the fight. Sachem threw an uppercut, and a gust of wind and energy followed along with it. Sachem then throws a downward punch, and the wind force pushes Diwena back to the ground. They land at the sa ti,e but Diwena hits the ground knees first. Sachem lands in front of Diwena and twists his body to deliver a deadly hook aid at Diwena's face.
