Zylus appeared right in front of Clare, standing firmly, as Clare sat in her chair, surprised that Zylus had co back so suddenly.
"Welco back, kid," Clare said, "but where’d you even go?"
"?" Zylus grinned, "A little trip."
"Last thing I rember is bringing you up here, and then I sent you sowhere..." She spoke curiously.
"It was just a pit stop in the Human Realm," Zylus closed in on her sentence.
"Was it?" She asked, "Well, enough sulking, I’ll probably rember it later. Anyways, welco back, wait, remind of your na-"
"It’s Zylus," he cut her off smoothly, "Zylus Elwis."
Just then, he removed an earbud from the right of his ear and threw it back to Clare.
"I gave you this?" Clare asked, "I guess I did, it’s my pair after all, the invisibility ones, weird..."
Zylus then started walking out the doors, "Just make sure to never hallucinate ever again." He waved an arm back, as Clare dropped her jaw.
"Who are you calling hallucinating!" I’ll tell you! I’m no old woman! You hear?!" Zylus continued to walk, hearing her scream, and he paused for a mont.
"No worries," Zylus then walked again as he closed the doors behind him, "dream big so you can’t die scared."
He then started walking back to his dorm, slowly stepping towards it. In the anti, he thought about what had happened and how he had figured it out, everything, down to the final steps...
The entire thing, from the beginning, has been a hallucination Jay made. He fidgeted with Clare’s mories by making Zylus go to a supposed ’Human Elental Academy.’ The truth is, he fidgeted with both of their mories. This was never an academy where students fight to gain powers; it was one where students learned, but Jace made it seem dangerous.
Humans cannot possess ability, no magic, no Amora, everything was a lie.
[Human System] ←→ [Demon System]
"It’s still there?" Zylus questioned, he continued to walk back through the marketplace this ti, "At least it gives more powers."
This was regarding his human system; it was all still weird, and he remained with his powers. But that would an that’s not a hallucination, and there were so boundaries that Jace simply couldn’t cross.
At this point, who truly would ever know what is and what’s not a hallucination? Maybe Zylus is living in one currently, maybe he isn’t. But one question remained unanswered: was Jace truly gone...

Zylus twisted the knob of his door, then pushed it open.
"Welco back," a man inside giggled, "Zylus."
Zylus didn’t feel any fear, nor did he feel anything at all, because he had lost that emotion, but still, he walked in, curious about who it could be.
"No-," Zylus paused, "I guess this entire thing was a hallucination."
"Relax," it was Jace, "I’m dead. Just playing with your mories after death."
Zylus didn’t relax, "Who do you think you’re lying to?"
Then he rushed him, but once again, it went through him, and Jace raised his hands.
"As I said, relax, I coulda killed you right here if I wanted to, but I’m dead, I can’t." Jace cald Zylus down, "You seeing right now is my last hallucination I’ll ever play on you."
"Okay, what’s up?" Zylus asked, breathing steadily.
"Not everything I made was a hallucination. For example, the people there were real." Jace grinned, knowing that Zylus would still have to live with the guilt of killing people. "Except for the ones you murdered. All a hallucination."
"Oh, I see..." He responded, saddened by Jace’s words.
"Also, Zenos, yeah, he still can’t fight. That’s real." Jace continued.
"Not only can you fidget with my hallucinations, but now you can see my situation?" Zylus asked.
"It was only while you were within the academy boundaries, relax." He then started walking towards the back of Zylus, "the powers, and everything of that sort, that was all a lie." Jace continued, "You and Clare, though, it was like nothing ever happened. Think of it as if she only sees you as a regular Demon, who will slowly continue to forget what both of you have gone through." He took a deep breath, then continued once more, "Ti went by just as normally, so a week has passed, but you just didn’t notice it."
Zylus stood, "So I killed off all those humans during my hallucination, and they still ended up being real?"
"Yep, each death." Jace glared into the air, "But hey, you killed off one of the three orders, be more proud." He started walking out the door, "This will be the last ti you ever ss with . This was my last hallucination."
"Why bother telling all of this?" Zylus curiously asked.
"Why not?" Jace questioned, "Why shouldn’t I tell you-"
He looked down, and just then, his body started to disassemble slowly, just like it had once happened, but this ti, for real.
"How did you even make a last ti?" Zylus asked.
"Didn’t I tell you?" Jace laughed. Zylus closed his eyes for a second, "Every single second of this was a hallucination."
And just like that, even though Zylus was left completely oblivious to what had happened, he carried on. Everything around him returned to normal: his dorm, each item inside of it, and of course, his lovely bed. But his one roommate, there wasn’t any, not anymore.
Zylus then jumped onto his bed. He decided to open his Demonic System for a second.

"I see," Zylus faced his roof, his gaze unblinking, "guess I’ll make my appearance again to the cadet course, tomorrow."
And then, he fell asleep, without putting no tir, nothing, just a calm sleep. He didn’t even get to eat. The bear at was probably fake as well, which he ate back then.
At this point, Zylus didn’t know or acknowledge the severe consequences his actions had led to, but Jace’s disappearance now made his heart ache. Yet, he not once felt bad for watching Fred fall off the cliff...
Because he did that of his own will.
