While Zhou Jiu was praising Yueyao, he was actually cautioning Zhou Shu that the Third Miss of the Lian Family was beyond his reach.
Zhou Shu was no fool; he understood the implied aning in Ninth Young Master’s words. He decided to let the matter drop for now and had soone inquire carefully after returning.

Zhou Shu was startled, but he still smiled and said, "You worry too much, Ninth Young Master."
