Capítulo 1223: Chapter 626: What, It’s You Again! (Part 2)

“What do you have in your hand?” Heins asked suspiciously.

“A data box,” the Observer replied indifferently.

“Let see it,” Heins squinted.

“Impossible,” the Observer shook his head, and as Heins’ eyes flickered and he was about to say more, Heckler interjected, “If you’re not willing, then forget it.”

Heins frowned slightly. The three parties had long since consolidated the relevant data about the Holy Castle, and the Observer didn’t have much authority.

However, the most pressing matter now was to lead the Holy Castle away from here without any complications.

So, he didn’t continue speaking further.

Heckler had already headed to the grand hall of the Holy Castle, and he followed closely behind.

The rift previously eroded was small, unless it could be reduced in size, it was hard to enter it.

Unfortunately, none of the many X-level life forms present had the ability to shrink.

“The unity has been disrupted; the strength has dropped a level. Opening it is not a difficult matter,” Heckler had them asure the energy intensity and ca to a conclusion.

Afterward, his subordinates brought out various devices, with the key being the detection threads.

The threads, almost invisible to the naked eye, slipped through the energy gap and entered within, and the scene was quickly transmitted back.

Heckler’s gaze instantly locked onto the “Diglas’s Crown,” suspended in mid-air, encased in energy.

His eyes beca fervent, but the Observer said, “You are not the Inheritors, nor have you passed the King’s Trial; it’s impossible to obtain it.”

“The Energy Barrier is already open, destroying the entire Holy Castle is next, though this will take plenty of ti,” Heckler said flatly,

“However, with the Energy Barrier gone, moving the Holy Castle won’t be an issue.”

“Rest assured, once the Azure Dragon arrives, there will be nothing left here.”

“Alas, it looks like you all can’t obtain that thing now, either.” A sudden voice rang out, “What a disappointnt.”

Heckler frowned, “The Holy Castle was never intended to…”

Mid-sentence, his pupils abruptly contracted; sothing was wrong with this voice!

Before he had ti to turn around, a chillingly intense sense of danger erged behind him.

A glimpse of purple light caught by the corner of his eye sent his heart racing, creating waves of shock inside him.

How could this be!

The purple hamr ca down with enormous force, arcs of electricity tearing minute fissures in the surrounding void, rapidly expanding, as Li Ming hadn’t even employed the [Giant God’s Strike].

Heckler’s strength was insufficient, not even reaching an Energy Level of 1000X; normally, Li Ming could easily overpower him.

Bang!

The energy cluster exploded violently, the energy barrier of the Holy Castle already destroyed, the internal Energy Field unable to contain the energy spill.

Energy ripples instantly rampaged, covering the entire Holy Castle first, then spreading further afield.

Heins was aghast, “Azure Dragon, how could it be the Azure Dragon!”

The mont the opponent made a move, he had sensed it, that familiar purple hamr, clearly proving the opponent’s identity.

Perplexed, he couldn’t understand why; they had obviously executed the most perfect Information State communication blockade, making it impossible for the Azure Dragon to be contacted.

But now wasn’t the ti for investigating the reasons, a sense of dread consud him, regretting why he had to take the lead.

He imdiately looked around, hoping their side’s X-level life forms could take him away.

However, he stumbled upon an even more terrifying sight.

All around, the X-level life forms stood like statues, motionless as the rampant energy enveloped them.

“This… this…” Heins gasped, energy aftershocks invaded his nostrils, instantly causing him to cough up a large mouthful of blood.

“Run!”

Only this word echoed in his mind, as he himself was not an X-level life form, exhausting his might to protect himself from the energy aftershocks.

Yet before he could make a move, his shoulder suddenly felt weighted down, reflexively turning his head to find a pair of chanical eyes, flickering with green electric arcs, staring at him.

On the command ship’s deck, Costate was preparing for relocation, issuing one command after another, moving the warship, approaching the Holy Castle.

“Heckler, you can be considered to have achieved great rit this ti,” Schmidt remarked beside him, with a knowing look, “a risky move, but a substantial gain.”

Costate showed no emotion, about to speak when his face suddenly changed drastically, quickly turning to look in the direction of the Holy Castle.

The next mont, the violent energy cluster exploded, spreading turbulent aftershocks.

Schmidt’s expression turned blank before instinctively asking, “What happened?”

All he heard was Costate’s furious shout, face twisted, “Don’t go!”

In a blink, Costate had vanished.

Hols hovered in midair, filled with uncertainty.

Costate had already caught up, stopping him, “Don’t approach the Holy Castle.”

“Why? What’s going on?” Hols demanded, still unaware of what had happened.

Costate’s face was grim, the Holy Castle reflected in his pupils: “I’m afraid it’s the Azure Dragon, once again.”

“What!?” Hols was dazed with shock, “How could it be him? Weren’t we completely prepared?”

“There’s no such thing as absolute readiness before him, you never know what he will pull out next,” Costate was familiar with this sensation.

At the mont things went awry, the image of the Azure Dragon popped into his mind, a gut instinct.

“Maybe it’s due to other accidents,” Hols refused to believe, “How would the Azure Dragon suddenly appear here?”

They had invested considerable effort just to seize the Holy Castle before the Azure Dragon.

Was it all going to be in vain again?

Costate remained silent, hoping for an accident.

But… he had a premonition that this ti, it might be difficult to succeed.

Indeed, as the energy aftershocks gradually dissipated, the scene on the Holy Castle beca clear.

All X-level life forms were heavily injured, held captive by various bizarrely-shaped chanical Transformations.

The few X-level life forms wore dazed expressions, not even knowing what had occurred, during a brief daze, they found themselves severely wounded.

In their reflexive resistance monts ago, they were slapped in the face by a chanical body beside them and realized their serious injuries,

Until they saw the Azure Dragon not far away, suddenly displaying intense emotional turmoil on their faces.

“Az… Azure Dragon!?” one person exclaid in terror, voice trembling, “How, how is he here?”

Heins was gripped in the Heavenly Sovereign’s hand, body trembling, not a trace of bravado within, only sheer terror.

The Heavenly Sovereign’s other hand held the bewildered Leonidas.

At this mont, Li Ming stood beside the severely wounded Heckler, looking down at him with a calm tone:

“Prince, we’ve had indirect encounters several tis now; we can finally have a proper talk today.”

Heckler lay sprawled on the Holy Castle’s ground, his back deeply concave at the center, showing the hamr-like wound, the edges tearing, bloodied and in disarray.

A pool of flowing blood was underneath him, his whole body convulsing slightly.

Hearing Li Ming’s words, Heckler struggled to turn around, correcting his posture, chest heaving erratically, vitality fading, with intense stabbing pain from his back, yet his eyes were locked on the Azure Dragon ahead.

A mixture of frustration and unwillingness rose within him.

He had spent all his Heart Power, taking enormous risks, disguising from the leaders of the Three Great Civilizations, channeling the forces of the Eternal Abyss.

He had forcibly opened the Holy Castle in a short ti, believing this to be an undisputed victory.

He could even picture the Azure Dragon hurrying here, only to wear a bewildered expression when finding nothing.

But unexpectedly, this guy appeared here so abruptly.

With no warning, he was knocked from the pinnacle of victory into the abyss.

He knew the Azure Dragon was strong, with many tricks, but they were not easy to deal with either, preparing thoroughly.

Yet this guy always managed to get ahead of him!

Heckler wished to rend the person before him to pieces, anger and resentnt mingling in his heart, squeezing out a couple of words filled with resentnt through his painful throat, “Why, is it you again?”
