Chapter 29: Chapter 29 “A Little Bit of Heart Chapter 29: Chapter 29 “A Little Bit of Heart Mo Mo was obviously getting nervous again, “Mr. Wu Mu, do you think we could actually get eliminated later?”
Love songs were not her comfort zone to begin with, and now with Wu Mu’s performance… she worried that after they finished singing, the audience might boo them directly.
Wu Mu was very confident, “Don’t worry, Ms. Mo Mo, just wait and see perform.”
*You better actually be able to perform,* Mo Mo muttered to herself.
The host on stage was already calling their nas.
It was the last episode, and knowing that the audience wouldn’t cooperate with him, Wu Mu didn’t put on his usual antics, but instead walked directly onto the stage with Mo Mo.
This lack of antics obviously made the audience feel a little unaccustod, as if sothing was missing.

Mo Mo next to him smiled helplessly and waved her hand, “Mr. Wu Mu, it’s not that serious, I don’t want first place that much.”
She didn’t think Wu Mu would actually quit the competition; she just assud Wu Mu was up to his usual antics.
Wu Mu’s anti-fans didn’t think he would quit either, all muttering in their hearts, go ahead, give low scores, if you dare, really quit!
After the antics ended.
The accompanint started playing on stage.
Mo Mo got nervous again. In the past, no matter how nervous she was off-stage, she could calm down imdiately once on stage.
But this ti was different. At the thought of the rehearsal situation before the competition, she couldn’t help but worry.
*Sigh, should I hold back a bit when singing later? Otherwise, Mr. Wu Mu will definitely lose face again,* she sighed internally, secretly thinking.

These were just simple two lines of lyrics, yet she seed to genuinely feel the emotions buried beneath them.
Mo Mo’s heart pounded fiercely; she felt the emotions under the lyrics and also her own emotions.
Her mind went a bit blank, but her professional skills still allowed her to sing when it was her turn,

Mo Mo’s heart pounded nonstop. She wasn’t soone insensitive to emotions; in fact, she realized early on that she might have developed feelings for Wu Mu.
It might be because of Wu Mu’s humor; it was relaxing to chat with him, with no reservations.
It might be because his painful past evoked a sense of sympathy that slowly turned into affection.
It might also be his optimism; although he had been through so much hardship, he lived happier than she did.
He seed to have no worries every day, enjoying life, eating, drinking, playing gas, and anyone with him instantly felt at ease and relaxed.
Wu Mu continued singing:
“I have a little bit of heart for you.”
“Yet I’m so afraid to look into your eyes.”
“A little bit of heart.”
“A little bit of hesitation.”
“I can’t believe my uncontrollable feelings.”
The more she interacted with him, the more Mo Mo felt like Wu Mu was like a magnet, firmly attracting her heart and mind.
He had countless advantages.
Besides having an interesting personality and being extrely handso—truly the most handso person she had ever seen—even though she didn’t put much emphasis on appearance, she still found herself dazzled by him from ti to ti.
Moreover, he was talented in writing and singing songs, making her lose all confidence in two live performances. It was the first ti she realized songs could be sung like this.
He was also simple and clean; despite having his world crumble because of relationship issues, when she truly got to know him, she found that there wasn’t any chaos in his life.

Mo Mo forced herself to suppress the shyness in her heart and looked at Wu Mu next to her. eting his dazzling gaze, she sang,

She suspected Mr. Wu Mu might have already discovered her feelings; otherwise, how could he write such fitting lyrics?
Feelings were true, and so was hesitation.
Upon discovering her affection, she had considered whether she should follow this sentint further.
Then… inevitably, she recalled Mr. Wu Mu’s ex and couldn’t avoid thinking about the scene from the second episode.
She was a bit of a purist, hoping that her future partner could be like her, without any experience, and that the two could experience the ups and downs of love together, grow together, and finally stay lifelong partners.
Every ti she thought about the future with Mr. Wu Mu, she found Mr. Wu Mu’s ex like a mountain standing in the distance.
