"The Swarm's thod of faster-than-light travel utilizes biological vessels known as Narvhal bio-ships. By relying on a star's gravitational pull, they create a compressed spatial corridor in realspace. Thus, targeted star systems will experience gravitational anomalies. The thod of detection is..."

"The Swarm..."
"The above encompasses our current data on the Tyranid Swarm, along with the counterasures we have compiled."
Within the grand eting hall, everyone sat in a circle. Romulus stood before the Holographic Projection, his expression solemn and focused. With a steady and powerful voice, he elaborated on the contents of the "Tyranid Xenos Strategy Manual (For Reference Only)."
Dense text and data constantly appeared and refreshed on the Holographic Projection. Paired with three-dinsional images of the Swarm's combat units, the information was exceptionally intuitive.
During their long voyage through The Warp, Romulus had compiled this strategy manual.
It systematically recorded the Tyranid Swarm's behavioral patterns, the five stages of their invasion, and thods for dealing with various Tyranid combat units. It provided solutions and actual combat examples down to the smallest detail.
Romulus's original intention was to provide the best tactical guidance for Adeptus Astartes forces that would encounter the Tyranid Swarm in the future, helping them respond to this threat more effectively.
Furthermore, due to the complex and convoluted nature of the Imperium's distribution of war assets, Romulus had also written separate operational guidelines for the Adeptus chanicus, the Imperial Navy, the Astra Militarum, Planetary Defense Forces, and joint operations between various factions. He ticulously demonstrated how to utilize their Fighting Force and preserve themselves when allied forces made baffling decisions.
With Guilliman's Codex Astartes serving as a formatting reference, writing this manual had been incredibly easy.
Romulus had even considered the Chapters that strictly adhered to the Codex. For those Chapters whose fanatical Faith in the Codex Astartes restricted their use of equipnt, he provided strategic plans tailored to those limitations.
The Company Captains and Sanguinary Priests of the Blood Angels stared blankly at the reports in their hands.
The comprehensive and ticulous nature of this manual was enough to leave any commander utterly astounded.
"..."
Dracus sat by the conference table, his gaze fixed tightly on the contents of the Holographic Projection.
The corners of his mouth twitched slightly, as if he were trying hard to suppress so kind of emotion.
He swore that it was only through the professional discipline cultivated under Chamberlain Euten that he managed to maintain a straight face.
Especially when he saw the final paragraph of the manual.
"This manual is for reference only. Any modifications require the consent of the original author. In the event that the original author cannot respond, reasonable andnts based on current circumstances are permitted. All rights of interpretation belong to the Dawn Wings - Fourth Wing."
Dracus raised an eyebrow slightly, muttering inwardly:
'Is this a covert jab at Lord Guilliman?'
A dead silence filled the eting hall, broken only by the faint hum of the Holographic Projection echoing in the air. The Blood Angels commanders wore varying expressions: so pondered deeply, so looked surprised, and others appeared lost in thought.
Romulus scanned the room, his gaze ultimately landing on Dante.
Dante gave a slight nod, indicating that he had finished listening and processing the information. He then pondered for a mont, observing the expressions of The Angel's Progeny.
"The level of detail in this manual is deeply impressive, Lord Romulus. We will study it carefully and apply it to our future battles."
His tone was solemn, clearly showing a profound understanding of the manual's value.
Romulus smiled faintly, a hint of humility in his expression. "These are simply summaries of our experiences. I hope they will be of so help to you. The threat of the Tyranid Swarm cannot be underestimated. For the future of humanity, we must be thoroughly prepared."
He then pulled out another file folder.
"I recomnd that the Blood Angels fortify the moons surrounding Baal, as well as terraform Baal itself. You should advance industrialization and introduce a sufficient population to ensure you have enough Fighting Force to combat the enemy in the future."
Sitting off to the side, Dracus finally felt that he truly couldn't hold it in anymore. He felt a strong urge to go stand behind Lord Romulus.
This habit of pointing fingers and dictating to others was exactly like Lord Guilliman.
"Lord Romulus, we preserve the environnt of Baal to honor our Genetic Father, Sanguinius."
A Sanguinary Priest who had already completed his genetic verification raised a hand and spoke.
His tone carried reverence. Through genetic verification, it had been confird that the thirteen elders were indeed The Angel's Progeny. Furthermore, the mutation of their genetic flaws was minuscule, traceable back to the original Blood Angels. It could essentially be verified that they hailed from the era when Sanguinius was still alive.
Therefore, even though he felt dissatisfied with the Ultramarine's suggestion, he still showed the appropriate respect.
"Our father's dream was for Baal to beco a garden world."
A Crimson Paladin suddenly interjected, his voice carrying an irrefutable authority. "Our father taught us that things should progress toward a better direction, not remain stagnant."
"Exactly."
Sepatus nodded in deep agreent, subconsciously clenching his fists.
A hint of anger flickered in his eyes. He was clearly dissatisfied with the Blood Angels' practice of keeping Baal unchanged to honor Sanguinius. If he ever found out which genius ca up with this brilliant idea, he would definitely beg Lord Rases to drag that guy out so he could beat the living daylights out of him.
Sitting at the head of the table, Dante let his gaze drift among the crowd.
He noticed the elder who had used Sanguinius's own words to refute the Sanguinary Priest, and a wave of relief washed over his heart.
At least there was soone he could count on.
It wasn't that he did not want Baal to be a better place.
But the endless wars and the myriad of internal Chapter affairs had already left him utterly exhausted. He still had to guard against the prying eyes of Chaos, and the matter regarding the renaming of the Angels Penitent was still riddled with suspicious points that required investigation. To have him worry about the local developnt of Baal on top of all that...
Spare him, please.
"The Angel's Progeny have suffered far too much."
Karna's voice suddenly rang out, shattering the silence in the eting hall.
His gaze swept over the angels who had resisted the Black Rage thanks to his aura, yet still sat there empty-headed, unable to interject a single word. His tone carried heartfelt lancholy.
You truly could not expect a bunch of lunatics trapped by the Bloodthirst and the Black Rage to handle governance, even if becoming completely unhinged was never their original intention.
In the eyes of others, these were Emperor's Angels, beings possessing superhuman strength and intellect. But in the eyes of the Transmigrators, they were no different from the impoverished children they had seen during school charity trips to the mountains before they crossed over to this world.
"My Lord."
Hearing those words, Dante could not help but tremble inwardly. A flash of complex emotion crossed his eyes, as if Karna's words had plucked a deep chord within his soul.
Just a brief sentence, yet it evoked a powerful resonance within him.
As the child of a salt miner who had grown to beco a Chapter Master, having witnessed the birth and passing of countless Blood Angels, who knew better than him whether they had suffered or not?
"..."
Karna felt that he really shouldn't have spoken up.
