Boundless and infinite, like an ocean or a conjunction of dreamscapes, the peculiar space was dotted everywhere with fist-sized translucent orbs. The orbs were transparent, yet enwreathed by faint platinum light.
On the pure white ground, a figure lay unconscious, still clutching the hilt of a sword in hand,
Yet oddly enough, this unconscious figure was engulfed in black flas!
The light from the flas was not bright; rather, it was dark and gloomy, with a chilling and sinister air that starkly conflicted with the surroundings. This was the complete opposite of the normal, bright, and heartwarming flas!
Although these black flas seed poised to doom the youth, a fierce Sword Intent on the unconscious youth autonomously protected its master, stubbornly battling against the flas.
However, perhaps because the master was unconscious or because the power of the black flas was too strong, the fierce Sword Intent was showing signs of faltering.
At this mont, orbs resembling soap bubbles blown by children floated autonomously in the sky, arriving and departing from unknown destinations within this space.
As the black flas on the youth clashed once again with the Sword Intent, the nonchalant orbs in the sky suddenly paused in unison.
A mont later, one of the orbs slowly drifted down from the group, targeting the figure on the ground being scorched by the black flas.
Arriving right above the flas, the orb burst instantly. The platinum-colored light, along with the unique energy within the orb, rged into the figure on the ground!
Upon contact with this energy, the sinister black flas extinguished at a visible rate.
Although the flas seed reluctant, struggling occasionally even while being extinguished, they ultimately vanished completely from the youth under the dual suppression of the orb's energy and the Sword Intent.
As if startled awake from a dream, Liang Yi sat up abruptly, still unclear about his location, and in the next instant clutched his forehead, painfully massaging his head.
His feeling was of utmost discomfort, unparalleled discomfort, as if soone had hamred the back of his head before throwing him into a furnace and roasting him for three days and nights. His temples throbbed, and his heart pounded like a drum.
Liang Yi looked around, only to find himself surrounded by a boundless expanse of white emptiness.
His Divine Sense extended as if sinking into a swamp, unable to move beyond three ters from him.
Forcing himself to calm down, Liang Yi finally recalled the last scene before his consciousness faded: he had transford into sword light and entered the seal that Mr. Orange had struggled to open.
But just as he was entering the seal, the Abyss Will, though unmanipulated, attacked the intruder, Liang Yi, upon sensing the threat.
Although Mr. Orange and the resonating Heavenly Dao Origin blocked most of the counterattacks from the seal itself, a small portion still hit Liang Yi.
The dizziness and ringing in his ears that Liang Yi now felt stemd from this.
"So, am I inside the seal now?"
Taking out so water to moisten his throat, Liang Yi felt rejuvenated, steadying his injuries while surveying his surroundings.
From his observation point, there didn't seem to be any dangerous aura present.
Sowhat relieved, Liang Yi sat cross-legged, fully operating Endless Dao to restore himself to peak condition first.
But just as Liang Yi had begun operating Endless Dao, he opened his eyes in shock!
"What's happening!?"
Liang Yi, sowhat baffled, looked down at himself, wondering where the pain, burning sensation, and dizziness had gone?
It was as if everything before had been an illusion; Liang Yi felt in perfect condition, completely returned to his peak state!
Just monts ago, he was still listlessly suffering with nurous injuries left by the Abyss Seal. How could it all disappear in an instant?
Standing up, stunned, Liang Yi recalled everything.
The injuries couldn't have been fake, of this Liang Yi was certain. To deceive a Sword Cultivator's senses, any deception would have to co from a power at least an entire Realm higher.
This ant that to use an Illusion Technique to deceive him, it would require at least a Tenth Realm Cultivator.
But the disappearance of his injuries and his return to peak condition weren't fake either, as evidenced by the Sword Intent at his fingertips.
"So I just... rely operated Endless Dao normally?"
Liang Yi hesitated, realizing sothing peculiar was happening now that he was inside the seal, and he had to be cautious.
"Let's try it again! Could it be that Endless Dao has such effects? Seems like Qinglian Creation will be out of a job."
Full of questions, Liang Yi sat down again, mimicking his previous actions from mory.
Concentrating intensely, Liang Yi noticed sothing wrong the mont he operated Endless Dao; a mysterious power erged from within his body, gathering at his Dantian to be absorbed by Endless Dao, and this energy was the fundantal reason for his recovery!
This erging power felt sowhat familiar to Liang Yi, especially the golden light it emitted.
Whence this power ca or how it entered his body, Liang Yi had no idea, but deep down, he harbored no guard against this power.
