[An Su Moningsta]

The strained voice of the Celestial ssenger reached his ears.

[Your damn promotion notice has arrived again.]

[Healer An Su, renowned for his benevolence and expertise in gynecology, has not only completed his tasks beyond expectations but also made indelible contributions to the anti-aging efforts at the frontier. He is hereby issued a promotion notice]

[Third Order Position→First Order Position]

[First Order Position: Head of the Recovery Departnt]

[You have perfectly cleared the civil servant occupation ’Healer’]

He had never seen a saint in the Kingdom of Chaos rise through the ranks so swiftly, covering a journey of thirty years in a single night, reaching the position of Head of the Recovery Departnt overnight, but even as a doctor, he’s climbing that fast!

The most infuriating part is,

he hasn’t even gone bald yet!

Who on earth ca up with this little trick?

[You have cleared two civil servant positions now, with only one left. What do you plan to pursue next?]

Even the absolutely neutral Celestial ssenger had taken an interest in An Su’s choice for his next position.

"The position that can best serve the citizens,"

An Su said calmly.

He had never forgotten his original intent; everything was for the service of the citizens. To achieve the grand dream of a complaint-free Farol, to attain the goal of a disease-free Farol, to bring about true order, An Su must not stop his efforts.

[You’re not seriously thinking about becoming the city mayor, are you?]

The Celestial ssenger joked half-heartedly.

An Su showed a calm smile and did not reply.

[...You’re actually considering it, aren’t you?]

The Celestial ssenger fell silent.

[There is no position of ’city mayor’ in Farol]

After a mont, the Celestial ssenger finally said, [For five hundred years, no one has directly interviewed for mayor; this city only has a council...]

"That’s because I wasn’t here."

An Su took off his white coat, took the shirt from Enya, carefully fastened the buttons, tied a pristine white bowtie, then put on a fitted thin cotton blazer, and Enya placed an elegant top hat on his head.

"If I had arrived earlier, the rule would have been established sooner."

Looking at the young man in the mirror, An Su spoke calmly.

re internal chaos at the frontier wasn’t enough to overthrow the entire governnt.

External chaos was needed.

This was the last step in An Su’s plan.

He still rembered the initial prompt,

[Prompt: Not only are forces from the Painful Esoteric Sect lurking in the city hall, but you also govern independently. While learning the advanced experiences of Farol, you are also destroying it.]

Enya opened the door, and An Su stepped out,

to be t head-on with brilliant sunshine spreading out, the whole hospital silent, no more patients, no more suffering from illness, and further away, thick smoke billowing, flas spreading.

Dark clouds press down on the city, threatening to crush it.

A dense cloud cover lood over Farol, blocking out the sunlight, casting a large shadow over the streets,

That shadow slowly began to move, flashing neon lights as it passed each district, successive fires erupting skyward, leaving behind skeletons and death wherever it passed. Looking closely, these clouds were made up of Void Moths.

Forty or fifty giant moths gathered to form this bloodthirsty cloud.

This was the last batch of Void Moths created by An Su; in a minute, they too would die completely.

They swooped down, flooding through the streets and alleys, with vigorous lifeforms as their nourishnt.

High-Rank orcish beastn that fed on goblins, vampiric nobles that treated citizens as blood bags... at this very mont, all the higher species of Farol had beco just another link in the food chain.

The Void Moths gnawed at their torsos, tore at their skins, grinding all privilege and bloodline to minceat in a billion tiny teeth, then swallowing into the empty void.

Devouring this city until nothing remained.

Reducing everything to the void.

If it were only the attack of the Void Moths, the municipal patrols would have plenty to spare in handling them;

but the very citizens who had sowhat quieted down previously, seeing the ergence of nurous Void Moths, were again buoyed in spirits, forming ranks to resist the city governnt once more.

The municipal patrols began to suffer.

The ranks of these citizens were not high, but they were nurous!

Kill one, and another rebel imdiately takes their place.

The worst part was that due to the violent repression by the municipal patrols, the conflicts that had been between neighborhoods gradually beca a collective animosity towards the city governnt.

They began to assemble armies and attack the city governnt.

"Void creatures have invaded"—this news spread quickly through newspapers, the magic net, and other dia, sprouting up in the streets and alleys like bamboo shoots after a rainstorm.

The Chaos Followers went completely insane.

They were so satisfied they could have died right then and there!

They had thought the chaos before was the pinnacle, but it turned out to be just the beginning.

It started with the street battle among the six races on Infernal Street, followed by consecutive outbreaks of chaos on various streets, and in the end, even the void creatures had entered the fray!

The current level of chaos was comparable to the racial extermination war five hundred years ago between the Volcanic Demon and the demons of Fierce Hell.

At first, reporters speculated whether this was the graduation project of an outstanding graduate or the masterpiece of a master.

To be able to plan out such a level of chaos.

But now, seeing void creatures also taking the stage, they all changed their minds.

This wasn’t chaos humans could create.

The city’s upper echelons also started to issue orders to find the instigator.

He must pay a blood price for his actions!

Even in the most chaotic of frontiers, void creatures are notoriously vile.

They would devour all living beings without end.

Their hunger would never be satisfied.

Because their mouthparts are connected to the vast and boundless void, they would never feel full.

They belong to the Mother Goddess of Life and were tools of punishnt created by her to devour the world.

Only the Life Esoteric Church could summon void creatures.

Considering the prior appearance of a Priest of the Life Esoteric Church, who was the first to appear at the initial site of chaos—Fierce Hell Avenue.

Everything beca very clear.

The governnt of the Chaotic Frontier concluded,

All of it was the doing of the Life Esoteric Church!

The Kingdom of Chaos was already hostile to several esoteric religions; Farol was situated on the frontier, and spies from various esoteric religions had long infiltrated the city.

The void creatures belonged to the Life Esoteric Church, and the high-rank Priest belonged to the Life Esoteric Church, so there was only one possibility—the chaos was caused by the Life Esoteric Church!

They were utter scoundrels!

At the ergency city council eting, Mr. An Su Moningsta, a rising political star from the Chaotic Frontier, made the above statent, which elicited agreent from all the council mbers.

They actually had their suspicions as well.

It had to be the Life Esoteric Church’s doing!

Even if it wasn’t, it had to be made to look like it was their doing!

It couldn’t possibly be due to their own issues that led to the city’s inhabitants rebelling—it was all provocation by enemy forces.

So had suspected An Su, but dismissed the thought, as this young man, though promising, was only of the Third Order.

He wasn’t capable of causing such significant chaos.

"I, An Su Moningsta, have always been the most loyal follower of the Mother Goddess of Chaos, and I will personally lead the city managent team to search for them, bringing these lawbreakers to justice!"

An Su assured the council mbers with righteousness.

The Life Esoteric Church from thirty thousand years ago was not like later tis where they fought against each other; they were a tightly organized group.

With the city managent’s citywide search power, in less than half a day, two city managent officers ca to inform An Su they had located a hideout.

Then Enya snapped and assassinated those two.

"I, An Su Moningsta, have always been the most loyal follower of the Mother Goddess."

An Su spoke righteously, demonstrating knowledge of several points about sacrifice that impressed the Believers of Life, who admired him to the point of reverence.

This must be a leader sent by the organization!

To ensure credibility, An Su even expended mana to summon Bone.

And took the stage for half a minute.

The Believers of Life were thoroughly convinced.

"Everything that has happened in Farol was orchestrated by us."

Impressive.

The Believers of Life applauded.

"Fellow brethren!" An Su spoke with fervor, "Now is the ti when this city is at its weakest!"

"Contact all our comrades hidden at the frontier,"

"The ti for a full counterattack has co!"

"Let’s place this city on the table of the Mother Goddess!"
