Chapter 228: Overwhelming
"Over and over again, humans prove themselves to be a nuisance, with just your actions many have given up on you all, yet you all are still wrapped amidst your stupidity, it saddens my heart that there really exist so innocent amongst you all. If one was to keep all attention on the likes of you, one would hate humanity. I can’t even believe I was trying to save soone like you... forget it I will just destroy you along with this city" Rein said and stretched out his right hand.
The governor was lost in confusion but his mind could not even comprehend what Rein was talking about, the assasins Carell watched from afar as Rein had oppressed them with his heavy aura earlier on.
Purple fla burnt his clothes and revealed the black dragon tattoo on his am and chest.
"Co out, Dior"
The fla burnt higher and the tattoo drifted from his hand into the flas revealing a blackish-purple dragon, that broke the entire building as it manifested. Not only the assassin, even Grim was surprised.
"What is that? Where did it co from?" Grim was lost in awe.
"Reduce everything to ashes Dior, we shall rebuild it"
The dragon scread and imdiately flew to the sky, from the sky it began to pour down purple fire upon the city.
"Master Rein, the citizens?!" Grim shouted.
"Don’t worry...it’s a fluke"
"What do you an?"
"The fire doesn’t really burn but makes you think it’s burning, the people are a part of the reason this city is like this, but I can only raise their hope when there is sothing more devastating than hunger and famine which they’ve been experiencing for so long. With the arrival of a dragon, they will discover they were actually lucky to just be alive."
Grim’s eye widened, ’Seriously what is this... how did he even think of this, or when...’
"Well shall we go give them hope now" Rein said as he floated into the sky.
"Master is flying..." Katherine said with a proud face.
Outside the people counting to run helter shelter, the fire of the bone dragon was an illusion, even it’s existence itself was close to an illusion that was impossible to break out of. Not many know this, even Rein was not able to know until he absorbed the bone dragon.
As people were running for their life and trying to secure the safety of themselves and their loved ones amidst all the disaster, they were still able to gaze at the sky. They pointed at the person floating in the sky that was attracting the dragon’s attention. All of a sudden it was like they had forgotten about the fire that was burning everyone stood and watched Rein fake-battle the dragon.
After a short while of Rein’s perfect drama the bone dragon disappeared and the people rejoiced, their dull faces were light up and they all looked not as those that were suffering hours ago.
"Eh...I’m fine" The governor said as he opened his eyes and realised the burning sensation was gone in an instance.
Rein stepped down in front of him, "I will take this city from you"
"You have no idea what you are saying, when they co... you won’t even to stand before them...you think I’m scared because you have a dragon.! They have two!!"
Rein’s expression changed, "what they?"
As he asked, an assassin stabbed the governor and disappeared before Rein could react, even though Rein tried to use his aura to stop him from moving, the assassin still disappeared with the wind.
"No doubt about it, what I felt for an instance... dragon force" Rein said to himself.
Grim with Kritt behind him walked up to Rein.
"Master" he said a bow as his respect for Rein had grown.
"I need Yhuzia to do sothing about this place, I will donate the expenses so it won’t be too stressful on him"
"Yes master but am I not supposed to follow you... ?" Grim said.
"That’s true, I need you" Rein said.
Kritt stepped forward, "I will go"
Rein looked towards his side, "...Kritt?" He said.
Kritt was very surprised, having witnessed Rein he finally understood the gap and with that realisation he was forced to bow to the power that Rein possessed, in fact he hoped Rein would not rember him because of their past relationship, he really hoped he could fix things but he wasn’t going to be desperate instead you would silently serve him. But to think that Rein was going to rember him, Kritt couldn’t explain why he felt to fulfilled.

"Wow... you look the sa all these years how many years has it been now?"
"Five... and you have changed alot..."
"I know...hahaha" Rein left out a soft laughter, Grim was dumbfounded, Rein conversed with Kritt like soone that knew him for a long ti.
"But what are you doing here?" Rein asked with a smile.
"Well he’s a very strong adventurer, a mber of the guild and he was the one that also got rid of those in pursuit of you when you were missing, he was very helpful solving the bounty issue"
"Really, you helped " Rein said with a wide smile.
’Even though I didn’t know it was you I was helping’ Kritt bowed shyly, "yes..."
"Master Rein about Yhuzia..." Grim reminded Rein.
"Oh that’s right, I’ll leave it to you, let’s catch up when I co back" Rein said and imdiately blew a whistle with his fingers.
The bone dragon returned and his ride jumped from above right to his front,
"take my subordinate to Yhuzia" Rein said to his feral makaa.
"There’s really no need, I can go on my..."
"It’s okay, I cam just ride on Azes" Rein said and Azes imdiately transford and bent in front of Rein. Rein and Grim mounted and Azes flew off, Katherine followed and Kritt watched them fly away. He mounted the feral makaa and rode off too.

After so hours of flying Rein and the others arrived in a thick forest, they returned to walk as Grim sensed that they were closer Faerdham with him being the only person that could read the map.
After walking for a whole, Rein stopped.
"We’ve been walking in circles"
"I don’t think so... according to the map if we—" Grim tried to convince him but-
"We are walking in circles" Rein said again.

Rein put out his hand and imdiately a purple matter began to form on his hands with three rings around it, Reins eyes glowed and the matter spinned faster.

Inside Feardham, there was a very brief shock wave. Lorak the high elf and the guardians imdiately geared up and entered into the forest, Kain and Keiji ran to the elderwood.
"We don’t know what’s happening for sure... but I want you guys to prepare, if anything slips pass us, it must never slip pass you. We have not trained anyone here to fight wars but in here consist of many that have given up on war, I’m quite confident in you two especially" the elderwood tapped Keiji shoulders as he strapped up and left.

The seal around the forest continued to forcefully crack as Rein used the skill and afterwards.

The was a massive shock wave, the matter finally disappeared and a path opened up before them.
Grim was surprised, he didn’t fully accept but then again he discovered that there was a seal like Rein said, not that he ever doubted Rein’s ability but he also trusted he’s.
They were about to start marching when Rein stopped them.
"Why master Rein?"
Katherine imdiately brought out her fangs and got ready to attack.
The elderwood walked out of the forest, "what do you think you are doing? Who are you?"
"I was trying to get into the city"
"What city?" The elderwood asked Rein.
"Feardham" Rein replied
"Why?"
"I need the skills of an artisan"
"So you need our help, and you thought it was a good for you to force your way into our Kingdom"
"I’m sorry, there was no door" Rein said softly.
"...how did you break the seal...this is the Rictogram seal, it’s impossible to break this seal, it was created by a god"
"It was hard breaking it, but since it was created by a god its still breakable"
"....ah I don’t care... take your leave, we will gove you nothing" The elderwood said.
Rein scratched his head, "I don’t really like to do this..."
Lorak carefully observed.
"Azes..."
"Yes father" Azes imdiately transford to his dragon form, imdiately the Elderwood fell to the ground, "a-a-a dragon?!"
"My dragon... I can’t really give the details but I need an artisan... please let
in, in return I will repair the seal"
Lorak’s eye widened, "who the hell are you"
Rein bent down in front of Lorak, "See high elf, a doom is coming, and when it cos, none of you in this kingdom will be safe, if humans and all races don’t begin to prepare for the war that is coming, it will be their end... I see that you have kept your place in the hierarchy and you would make a formidable soldier...Can you please show

’...what is he talking about... did he just gaze into my soul as at that’ Lorak stood up and dusted his clothes, Azes transford back to his human form and they walked into the city together.
