Kroft’s facial expression could show his thinking, even he was surprised as he saw the size of the beast, even though it was in a sleeping position, they barely were taller than it.
Kroft had discussed the strategy earlier on, so all he had to do was give a signal. And upon receiving this signal the whole raid team surrounded the beast, with the ranged-type 10m behind the damage-dealers and mages were place convenient around the protection of the rangers. The tankers were ready to switch places should the beast revolt and the damage dealers had to fall back, they were to attract its aggro while the damage dealers do their thing. Everyone was focused on their individual role. Since Kroft never planned to make a bond with it peacefully. He had read particularly about it. Even though there were no books that explained demonic beast, in fact, no one really knew they existed until Rein’s incident, after that Kroft kept researching, he had Hope’s that Belet couldn’t be the last, just then he ca across the tale of the sleeping darkness that he was quite familiar with and everyone believed it to be folklore, stories told to keep people away from the forest. But there was no harm in finding the truth for Kroft and this was where the truth brought Kroft.
"one ... two... start" Kroft gave his orders softly.
It was a rain of different type of magic and attacks on the beast.

All attribute type fell on the beast, the sleeping continued to sleep while the turn of attack rain continued, even when it began to bleed all over its body, which gave the raid team an overwhelming joy and even Kroft was getting confident, perhaps if things going like this he would be able to ta it before it died and no one would die.
The beast continued to sleep, they continued to attack and even the beast’s blood is beginning to form a pool around them and its body. Nonek particularly found it weird that the beast has lost so much blood yet it is sleeping. He thought the mont the first hit landed the beast would wake with an aggressive roar, but if really everything would end this way, he was grateful but it was too easy, he couldn’t help but feel uneasy.
The team continued to attack the beast and now they are beginning to lose stamina so are already falling to the ground.
"What monster! it won’t die!!"
Kroft was lost at this point, it was as though he knew nothing.
’Was the beast immortal, was that why it did not bother to even flinch... but there was no record saying the beast was immortal... they were records of it capable of using telepathy to speak and being able to move real quick... and...’
Just like Kroft belatedly realized the possibility, Nonek stared down into the pool of blood, in which his feet was deeply imrsed in.
’how long has it been... two hours, or ...’
He realized, ’I can’t see my reflection...damnittt!!! all this while’
He scread, "this is not reality!! We are trapped in a high-level illusion!!!"

Everyone was devastated. Kroft frowned, ’I belatedly realized because I made a research on its ability based on the stories. How did this dick...know?’
"How can we be so sure this is an illusion Nonek?"
Nonek stared at Kroft and answered him. "Anyone here that can see their reflection"

"I can’t see it..."
"ahhh. ...we are in an illusion"
Everyone began to freak out, their perfect syncing was disrupted, how did they enter an illusion?, how?, Nonek wouldn’t stop wondering, ’was it the mont we hit it...’
’It was the mont you all heard the first snore’
Everyone heard the sa voice in their voice.
"This is it! Telepathy! The beast! It’s the beast!!" Kroft scread.
’Humans, over and over again. Humans, well even though you realized you are in an illusion it is impossible to break free, even if I tell you how to break free, it is impossible to break free, why? Because you are humans, selfish, self-centred, greedy, bound to their fate of detrintal retribution of eternity, bound to suffer and die, humans, filthy creatures! All of you will live eternity in my realm of perfection, while your body rots in reality, your consciousness will suffer the pain of killing
over and over again, do not worry... I will give you a very grueso death each ti you die and wake up, or each ti you kill
if that is impossible.’
The large beast opened its large red eyes, which glowed brightly in the darkness they were in. It stood up high tall, the four arms could be seen, a large crab-like pair of arms and just beneath it, a pair of human-like arms but with horns in the elbow. Its spine was filled with horns, its jaws had small-sized horns and two large horns protrudes from its head. Even though its mouth was closed its long sabre canine teeth protrude outsides. The beast softly breathes as it begins to move closer.
It swung its large crab arms and cut its target in half from the abdon. The pain of having to see their comrade die hit all of them, it continued to attack them killing every one of them from the first attack.
On the first attack, Nonek dodged to the left,

But he had completely forgotten the beast had two pair hands
Even though he lately blocked the blow that was put to his side with his arm, the blow threw him away and smashed him into a tree, he rolled away as the tree fell to the ground.
He spatted blood.
Nonek knew the priority right now wasn’t fighting the beast in its world of course he was bound to die in the beast world, the only way to live was to break free from the illusion.
The beast swung its arm again, Nonek watched as many died including Kroft whose head rolled into the pool of blood with his eyes open, even the toughest was dying. The beast had ignored him deliberately and started killing the rest.
After everyone was dead, the beast walked softly towards him.
’I was saving the best for the last’
Nonek held his big sword to the sky, covering his face.
"I am a Knight of Githyaki, I do not cower at the phase of danger, Lord Lucious, may thy soul be my strength"
Small illuminations began to appear and ford a circle around Nonek, each of the illumination wriggling.
Nonek scread, "Brace yourself"
It was an amazing speed even for the beast, he was in front of the beast in less than two seconds he had closed the distance, not that the beast didn’t see it coming, he just enjoyed it, Nonek swiftly swung his sword which the beast comfortably caught with its Crab arms, Nonek imdiately left the sword and flew back as another blow was coming for him.
He rolled in the air and landed.
The beast threw the sword back at him which he caught with a hand despite its weight.
’I shall give you a reward for lasting this long with ’
Nonek belatedly realized as he heard a shackling sound as the beast moved gently, The whole place was covered in darkness, so the lower part of the beast imrsed in darkness more than the upper part. The beast continued through telepathy as it stood still and stared at Nonek.
’ The only way to leave here is to wake up to reality, the principle is simple, every tiline be it real or fake is reality specific to a particular soone, but you know one thing reality cannot deny you of, death. Yes, death...’
Nonek stared at the beast with unbelief and doubts.
’ right I know you are thinking why these dead ones have not returned to reality, this is my world human, even if I grant you death you can’t leave because it was still under my jurisdiction, the only way to leave is if the death falls beyond my control...’
Nonek was now understanding where the beast was getting at,
’ You get now don’t you, the only way to leave here is to kill yourself...RESET’
Everyone began to get back up, heads began to join together, whatever body part was severed began to co back together till everyone was standing.
Nonek glared in despair.
’Looks like I got round one... shall we continue?’
The beast began another round of massacre, Nonek fell into confusion as he watched the beast kill everyone again, enjoying himself as he killed over and over again.
Nonek couldn’t be rash, ’the beast didn’t ntion that if I die everyone will be released from the illusion, and more importantly, I could die the mont I...’
The second round was over and Nonek was the only one standing yet again.
’ I knew you couldn’t do it, that is humans for you - ’

Nonek spatted a large amount of blood as he stabbed the huge sword into his stomach.
The beast eye widened with surprise.
"...go... to... hell... demon"
