Rian didn’t know much about EYEAI, but he’d faced off with Kisaki Rinko in last year’s league. Her gladiator character had wiped the floor with him.
Still, her skill with that character had made an impression. He even tried practicing the gladiator class himself but had to give up due to dizziness. He couldn’t figure out how she handled a character with such rapid shifts in perspective.
Anyway, knowing he’d be tead up with Rinko’s juniors, Rian felt a bit of anticipation.
‘Too bad I missed yesterday’s collab.’
He’d heard Rui, Laura, and Sora had pulled off so kind of unique broadcast. As teammates, he would’ve liked to catch it live, but he’d been busy visiting family.
Maybe he’d go back and check it out later.

Clicking on the link from Rui, Rian found himself standing in the middle of a forest.
It was a My Room setup he’d never seen before.
Rian had appeared on a few of Rui’s big variety shows in the past, so it wasn’t his first ti in her My Room. But he hadn’t seen this preset before.
“Rui? Where are you?”
He looked around, but there was no sign of Rui. No response either.
He checked the room’s participants. Hanabane Rui, Aurora, and Ayano Koji Sora were all online, so they were here sowhere.
The only visible structure was a small cabin deeper in the woods.
‘Guess they want to go in there.’
With no other option, Rian made his way toward the cabin.
But as he approached, a strange feeling of unease crept over him.

Grabbing his arms, she swiftly bound his wrists with cable ties.

She took hold of the back of his neck and dragged him forward.

With a dramatic shove, she flung open the inner cabin door and threw Rian inside.

Rian’s body collided with the wall, and he let out a hacking cough. Before he could recover, Sora and Rui approached and strapped him to a chair.
“Ugh… What is this? What the hell’s going on?”
Rian demanded, but no one answered.
Sora and Rui quickly approached with ropes, binding him securely to the chair.
“Laura said she wanted to get closer to her teammates.”
Rui explained in an unsettlingly calm voice.
“Huh… Pretty unique way to bond. Is tying people up a hobby?”
Rian vaguely rembered she sold voice clips that hinted at such tendencies.
Not that he’d admit it on the stream, but he’d bought Laura’s voice clips. Her voice was…alluring.
If sothing stirred his interest, he’d buy it. Why? Because he was a man.
