As soon as the moon rose from the horizon, Raine and her squad mbers together with the best fighters of the Moon Clan readied for their attack on the Convel Society. They were all on their way to reach their positions, seeing as Raine didn’t want an open attack. She would want to penetrate the enemy with her squad mbers first, using the secret passage to reach their target, which was the King’s Hall. According to Boris, during this day of the month, the king along with the elders and officers of the society gathered in the King’s hall for dinner and a eting. As such, they would have to start from there... surrounding the place and putting down the hierarchy of the society in one solid blow. Sure enough, the rest would then succumb to them, realizing how they were completely surrounded and caged within the barrier.
"Boss, the outfit suits you. Dr. Janus surely knows your size from head to toe," Levi couldn’t help but break the deafening silence inside the car. He was currently driving, with Lyne in the passenger seat and the Boss at the back. Boris was with Dylan and the other squad mbers to lead them to the secret passage ahead of them, while Lyne would be the one to lead the main team.
"Yeah, he’s very thoughtful, even asking to make sure that the Boss would be unhard," Lyne comnted. "Also, he asked about who you’re planning to use the mory loss powder on."
Raine heaved a long sigh, "We still don’t know what happened to all of us, but we all experienced so kind of mory loss sohow, and it’s honestly frustrating. I think my hunch about Tyrone is right. He could be responsible for the mories we lost." She shook her head, "I really don’t know anymore, but I just hope that I’m wrong and that Tyrone has no involvent with the Convel Society... That way, I can protect him more easily."
"You plan to use that powder on him?" Lyne curiously asked.
Raine nodded. "If it would be difficult for him to let go... then I plan to use it this on him..." she murmured.
"I’m confused... So we have a mory loss powder for mutants now? And that powder is for Tyrone? Tyrone is a mutant?!" Levi inquired. He felt weird. It was like he already knew it, and yet he didn’t...
"He’s a werewolf, Levi," Lyne was the one who answered.
"You knew?!" he gasped at Lyne.
"Yeah, Boris accidentally spilled it on , thinking that we all knew," Lyne murmured.
There were so many missing gaps in their mories. Raine herself couldn’t explain it. As much as she tried to rember, she would only end up having a severe headache at the massive gap in her mind.
’What is going on?’ she anxiously thought. However, she cleared her thoughts for now. They needed to focus on the mission at hand.
There were so many things to do after the mission. She also had to erase the mories of her squad mbers too involved with Tyrone and Xander. She would just have to do it as soon as their fight against the Convel Society was over. No one knew how to properly use the Glawackus powder except her, Mia, Levi, and Lyne. The latter two would help her erase the others’ mories, and then she would be the one to erase their mories afterwards.
Raine sighed deeply as she looked at the Glawackus powder offshoot compound for mutants Lyne had handed her. She honestly felt like she would definitely request it from Janus, especially knowing how Tyrone was a werewolf that night back when they were at the private island near Pluria to study the island’s security. Still, she couldn’t rember when and how she requested the compound from Janus.
Nevertheless, one thing was for sure, this powder would have its use, and that was for Tyrone... to keep him safe from her Father. Hopefully, she was wrong and that Tyrone had no involvent with the Convel Society. If that was the case, then there was still hope for the two of them.. There could be a way... But if Tyrone was involved, then it would be a different story. He would have clearly betrayed her right from the start.
"Boss, we’re here..." Dylan reported on the line, cutting her off from her stupor.
"Alright. Proceed with the plan. We’ll be right behind you," Raine answered.

anwhile, Tyrone drove the car at high speeds, but he unexpectedly caught up with the rush hour traffic. He cursed and tried to contact Raine and others again several tis, but there was no response from any of them. He was cursing himself hard for his carelessness. Raine’s mories had been wiped out the day that she halted the attack. Aire was with them at the ti, as well as during the eting and the day that he confessed his true identity. Aire was with them at Pluria Island, so she also...
He was getting so desperate that he called his nephew.
"Raine and her team will attack the Convel Society. I haven’t asked you for any favors until now, so, please... Help out just this ti. Please... make sure Raine is safe while I’m not there. I’m on my way now, but it’ll take so ti to arrive. And your place is closer to the Convel Society..." Tyrone begged, his voice cracking in desperation.
"She’s supposed to delay the attack and stop it until my signal, but sothing ca up. She lost her mory... I’ll explain everything later, so please make sure that Raine is safe while I’m on my way. Make sure that no one would harm her."
There was a sigh from the other line as Vin whispered, "Alright. I’ll do what I can, but you must hurry. There are officers who will surely not care in taking her life. Dammit, how could you be so careless like this?! This isn’t like you... You even kept in the dark about the other details."
"Let’s talk later. Please go now," Tyrone murmured and quickly ended the call. Another curse ca out from him as he watched helplessly at the unmoving cars in front of him.
There was no way that he could stay idle. He got out of the car and chose a route outside off the road into the city hidden from the CCTV caras. He was still in the Capital City, where there was no place without light, establishnt, or houses. Not thinking any further, Tyrone shapeshifted into his wolf form and ran as fast as he could, not bothering if any people would see him.
