I can tank the mantis' attacks with my body. Point is in close range fight I'd probably be better with sothing else.

Strong pugilists in stories are mostly combat junkies. You know with heaven defying combat sense.
Usually with the nickna of combat god or sothing.
I'd say because of 2 main reasons.
1) The ability to avoid damage (I don't care about that one at all).
2) The ability to combo moves. (I have no fucking confidence in that area)
