The latter nodded slightly and walked forward calmly, his hands behind his back.

"Lord Thor learned you would be coming, General, and has been awaiting you in the ditation chamber."

"Hmm."

The man in military uniform humd lightly. Suddenly, as if rembering sothing, he said softly, "Pretend you know nothing of my visit today. Do not ntion it to anyone..."

The greeter was montarily surprised but quickly understood and nodded respectfully.

"Yes."

The group proceeded inward along the silver-gray corridor, descending steadily. It was unknown how many ters they had descended into the earth.

Eventually, they stopped before a massive black iron gate covered in intricate patterns.

The greeter manipulated sothing in a hidden recess to the left of the black iron gate, and the colossal gate quickly rumbled open.

Blinding white daylight stread from the gateway. It was hard to believe this light originated hundreds of ters underground.

A breeze emanated from within the gateway, causing the tips of their hair to lift slightly.

The man in military uniform leading the group had a barely discernible glint in his eyes.

"Lord Thor is inside."

The greeter gestured reverently inward. "After you, General."

The man in military uniform nodded expressionlessly and instructed, "Don’t let anyone disturb us."

"Yes."

With that, the man in military uniform, flanked by his two guards, strode through the gateway.

The black iron gate closed slowly behind the trio.

Once inside, the man in military uniform and his guards found themselves in a small, self-contained world.

The space was quite vast. Yet, it contained only a single tall mountain, upon which stood an ancient, magnificent palace.

Above the palace, rolling purple storm clouds churned.

A narrow path led directly to the ancient palace atop the mountain.

The trio ascended the path, quickly reaching the mountain’s summit.

Before the majestic, opulent ancient palace stood a tall, imposing figure, his back to them.

Plasma stread from every pore of this figure, and sparks of lightning danced across his body.

His purple hair fluttered despite the absence of wind. His entire being seed to resonate with the storm clouds above, resembling a mythological god of thunder, commanding the tempests.

The purple-haired man sensed their arrival. Without turning, he asked lightly, "What business brings you here?"

The man in military uniform continued walking toward the purple-haired man.

When he was rely ten ters away, a sinister, knowing smile spread across his face.

His eyes, and those of his two personal guards, simultaneously turned a pure, solid black.

"Naturally... it’s wonderful news."

BOOM!

A sudden, explosive clap of thunder jolted the greeter awake.

When he recovered his senses, he was startled to see the black iron gate opening from within.

A tall, imposing purple-haired man, exuding an aura of absolute dominance, walked slowly out from the gateway.

"Lor-Lord Thor!"

The greeter waiting at the gate hastily bowed.

The purple-haired man nodded slightly and walked out indifferently.

Watching the gate slowly close, a look of confusion and bewildernt flashed across the greeter’s face.

"My... my Lord... the General and the others..."

"Don’t ask what you shouldn’t."

The purple-haired man’s voice was faint. "Apply for mory erasure later."

"Yes... yes!"

Sensing this involved a ’montous event’ far beyond his clearance, the greeter nodded in fearful deference.

Unimpeded, the purple-haired man left the secret base.

When he saw daylight again, he paused.

His deep purple eyes, which seed to ceaselessly weave lightning, showed hints of an eerie blackness under the golden sunlight.

He spoke as if addressing another, yet also as if muttering to himself.

"After absorbing another twenty similar life forms, my power should recover to its peak in the Astral Realm...

Then, I can leave this planet, find a suitable planetary will to devour, and my power will recover swiftly..."

"This life form’s identity is useful. It’s a top-tier combat unit in this so-called Distant Star Federation, which will facilitate many of our plans..."

The purple-haired man glanced at a map-like holographic display projected from his wrist, murmuring, "First, I’ll help you all recover. Then, I’ll gather materials to repair the ship and attempt to reforge my Demon God Weapon..."

As he finished speaking, a massive surge of lightning erupted from his body. He transford into a bolt of purple lightning, shooting skyward and vanishing into the vast expanse in an instant.

「Aboard the smooth-flying Fly Shuttle.」

The Mosa Religion’s Eleventh Throne had removed his mask, revealing a ruggedly handso face.

Combined with his lion’s-mane-like golden hair and robust physique, he exuded the powerful aura of a natural-born overlord.

However, this lion-like Eleventh Throne appeared extrely ill at ease.

He perched on the edge of his seat, his body constantly, slightly tense.

"How should I address you, Your Excellency?"

The Eleventh Throne carefully inquired of the person seated on the sofa diagonally across from him.

It was a slender, handso young man with center-parted white hair, his deanor tranquil yet distant.
