Lu Yuan stared at the carvings on the stone, his eyes flickering with thought.
He figured that the three-headed, six-ard Elephantman depicted in these carvings is the sa one who cursed in the Elephant God’s dream. This being holds a high status among the Elephantman tribes. If a four-ard Elephantman is the leader of a single Stone Pestle Tribe, then this one... must be the king of all Elephantn.
I was cursed by the Elephantman King... because I killed the envoy it sent to retrieve the key to the Secret Realm. It didn’t want the Secret Realm to be opened, didn’t want its slumbering kin to be disturbed...
As Lu Yuan pondered, he found the "death" state of these Elephantn peculiar, as if they were engaged in a grand, collective sacrificial ritual. The object of the ritual was undoubtedly the Elephant God.
But the question is, why did they "vanish"? Was it because they lost their connection to the Elephant God and sought to elicit a response from their one True God through this thod?
Over an extrely long period, the power within the Elephantn drained away, their spiritual consciousness waned, and their flesh-and-blood bodies slowly turned to stone. Their king, the three-headed, six-ard Elephantman, hasn’t completely perished even now due to his imnse strength. He’s still holding on, waiting, hoping that one day the Elephant God they believe in will descend once more... Lu Yuan pieced together a tentative version of this ancient truth.
But considering the many Ancient Elephant God’s creatures still existing in this Secret Realm, his deduction didn’t seem to hold up completely.
Why haven’t those ancient Evil God creatures—invaded and assimilated by the Power of Elephant God within the Secret Realm—died out or turned to stone? Why do they still possess bodies of flesh and blood? Perhaps the truth behind the Elephantman race’s demise isn’t as simple as I thought...
Lu Yuan continued to examine the carvings on the stone but found nothing more of value. The arrival of the three-headed, six-ard Elephantman King was such an extrely glorious event for this Stone Pestle Tribe that they specifically recorded it on stone.
Lu Yuan leaped off the Stone Pestle. Guided by the persistent heat radiating from the Elephant God’s curse on his chest, he pressed onward.
This black plain was ho to many Elephantman tribes, the giant Stone Pestles spaced far apart. After running for a considerable ti, Lu Yuan finally found the third Stone Pestle. Just like the previous two, a full circle of Elephantn knelt around this one.
This ti, Lu Yuan didn’t rush up imdiately. His eyes flickered, and he quietly activated the [Elephant God. Ming King (Supernatural)] panel.
BOOM!
The magnificent power inherited from Demon Mountain manifested out of thin air, erupting within Lu Yuan like a volcano. His body imdiately began to expand. His true and perfect Grandmaster’s Body rapidly reconstructed, growing wildly in an ancient, barbaric direction.
CRACKLE! CRACKLE! CRACKLE!—
A continuous sound of creaking bones erupted.
Lu Yuan, originally 1.9 ters tall, quickly surpassed three ters, then five, then seven ters...
Huge bulges grew on the back of his neck and under his ribs. Soon, these bulges ruptured, and a new head and two incredibly robust arms sprouted.
BOOM—
A terrifying aura, like a flood, radiated outwards from Lu Yuan, forming a huge, visible white wave.
Nine ters!
Compared to when he had just unlocked ’Ming King,’ the current ’Ming King’ was many tis stronger!
A 67% experience bar isn’t for nothing... Lu Yuan assessed his current state. Horrifying, indescribable power surged through his bones and flesh, blood and marrow, as if he could overturn the very earth before him.
When I first unlocked Ming King, it had combat power steadily in SSS rank. Now that my experience has risen to 67%, my combat power should have reached SSS ... Lu Yuan guessed.
After switching to the [Elephant God] Class panel, Lu Yuan’s Grandmaster’s Body transford. The blood orb in his chest receded, transforming into a faint, blood-red circular tattoo imprinted in the very center of his chest. His Elephant God Ming King Body also developed many faint bloodlines, making it look significantly different in appearance from a normal four-ard Elephantman. This was sowhat similar to his [Demon] form, just not as resplendent.
After Lu Yuan activated his Elephantman form, perhaps stimulated by his aura, the slumbering Elephantn before him began to awaken one after another, even before he could approach the Stone Pestle.
ROAR—
A series of ancient elephantine bellows echoed across the wilderness as dozens of colossal figures charged towards Lu Yuan.
Attacking your own kind?! Lu Yuan rumbled to himself. He stomped hard on the ground, creating a ridiculously large crater, then surged forward, tearing through the air with a roar.
Ordinary Elephantn were at most seven ters tall; in front of Lu Yuan, who had now grown to nine ters, they looked like underdeveloped ’bean sprouts.’
Lu Yuan’s arms darted out. He seized the heads of the two nearest Elephantn, one with his left hand and one with his right, then slamd them together forcefully...
CRUNCH!
The two Elephantn collided heavily and were directly crushed and burst apart by him.
Much easier now... Lu Yuan casually shook the stone fragnts from his fingers. His four arms swept around him like a windmill, sending several approaching Elephantn flying. He charged recklessly into the Elephantman horde, like a brutish barbarian.
WHOOSH—
Suddenly, what looked like a small mountain descended from above, accompanied by a thunderous roar akin to raging wind and thunder.
Lu Yuan looked up, radiance bursting from the eyes of both his heads simultaneously. The next second, the blood ring on his chest flared brightly, and a large amount of pitch-black energy erupted from the pores all over his body.
"God Elephant. Broken Realm!"
Lu Yuan threw four punches. All the black light on his body converged onto his fists in an instant, then exploded violently.
BAM!
Four massive fists slamd squarely, without any flourish, onto the chest of the four-ard Elephantman pouncing from above. The latter didn’t even have ti to utter a sound before its enormous body was torn asunder, exploding into countless fragnts that filled the sky.
I can still use the skills on the [Martial Arts Master (Supernatural)] panel! Lu Yuan looked at his hands, observing the tangible, pitch-black energy flowing around his fingers.
Universe Qi!
He had just impulsively tried to activate a skill from his [Martial Arts Master (Supernatural)] panel and discovered he could actually use it. Although the blood orb within him had receded, it still physically existed.
But why did the Grandmaster’s Universe Qi change like this... It had shifted from platinum to pure black. This was likely due to structural differences between the Elephant God Body and the Grandmaster’s Body, causing the emitted Universe Qi to undergo a significant alteration in form.
Doesn’t this an I’m the only Elephantman in the world who knows martial arts?! Lu Yuan’s eyes sparkled. Looking down upon the lifeless Elephantn rushing towards him, he couldn’t help but burst into laughter. Have any of you ever seen... a Grandmaster Ming King!
Unfortunately, not a single Elephantman responded; they just kept charging headlong at him.
What a bunch of country bumpkins... Lu Yuan shook his heads and charged forward.
A mont later, amidst the scattered rubble, Lu Yuan sat cross-legged beneath a Stone Pestle, cradling a pile of dark, heavy Elephantman hearts. His four arms hung naturally, his massive, imposing body resembling a solid, lofty hillock.
Using the Ming King Body to execute Grandmaster skills ans my control and grasp of power are inferior to my Grandmaster form. However, the destructive power has multiplied severalfold, and my combat capability has skyrocketed. But the consumption of the blood orb has also increased...
Is this so kind of Class fusion? No, more accurately, it should be panel stacking!
He had experinted with this before, and it had indeed greatly amplified his combat power. Now that several of his Classes had been significantly upgraded, the effect of stacking them had undergone a qualitative transformation.
Grandmaster Ming King could probably easily crush a Tier 3 Yin Muqing... Lu Yuan mused, then crushed the Elephantman hearts before him one by one, absorbing the Power of Elephant God remaining within.
He watched the progress bar on the [Elephant God. Ming King (Supernatural)] panel increase.
68%...
69%...
As the progress bar climbed, Lu Yuan could also feel his internal power growing. He felt that the upper limit of the Elephant God Body was practically endless.
If a normal human body was a cup, once it was full, adding even a little more water would require shattering and reassembling the entire cup. This was why Fighters constantly had to push beyond their biological limits. But the Elephant God Body had no such constraints. It started as a large vat; water could be poured into it endlessly, without any burden.
Sure enough, as long as you stop being human... getting stronger is simple... Lu Yuan couldn’t help but sigh.
The Elephantman race was born from ordinary humans transford by the Power of Elephant God. They were entirely different life forms from ordinary humans. Perhaps a part of the Elephant God’s mark was already inscribed in their genes from the beginning, which greatly raised their upper limit.
While thinking, Lu Yuan watched the experience bar grow. Initially, it progressed smoothly. But when the experience bar reached 79%, it suddenly... stalled!
Lu Yuan absorbed a large amount of the Power of Elephant God into his body from the remaining Elephantman hearts, including one from a four-ard Elephantman. Despite this, the experience bar remained stuck at 79%, unmoving.
What’s going on? Lu Yuan frowned and carefully examined his body. Eventually, he found several more slight bulges under his ribs and on his neck.
He seed to have found the reason his experience was stuck.
This is a sign that I’m about to evolve from two heads and four arms to three heads and six arms... Am I preparing to advance from an Elephantman Chief to an Elephantman King?! Lu Yuan blinked, a flicker of understanding dawning in his mind.
He had originally thought the three-headed, six-ard form would only be unlocked in the next stage, but he hadn’t expected this form to also belong to ’Ming King.’
It seems the three-headed, six-ard version is the true final form of Ming King; the previous two-headed, four-ard version was just the beginning...
Lu Yuan stood up, jumped onto the Stone Pestle before him, and examined all the carvings on the stone once more. Unfortunately, there were no new discoveries. The fusion progress of his [Student] and [Ancient Language Expert] panels also seed to be stuck at over sixty percent.
Lu Yuan didn’t delay, heading straight for the next clearing spot.
Since the main reason for switching to the Elephant God panel was to conserve blood orb consumption, Lu Yuan didn’t use skills like Universe Qi subsequently. However, skills like [Grandmaster Force] and [Grandmaster Instinct] had minimal consumption.
The power-generation techniques and combat instincts of a Martial Arts Grandmaster, combined with the terrifying body of ’Ming King,’ allowed Lu Yuan to clear enemies much faster than in his normal Grandmaster state. Never mind ordinary Elephantn; even a two-headed, four-ard chief-level Elephantman was no match for him.
Grandmaster Ming King was simply too monstrous. It was the difference between bludgeoning soone with a Blade and skillfully wielding that sa Blade with exquisite Knife Skill. The difference in their combat power was simply incomparable.
After clearing three Stone Pestles in a row, the experience bar on Lu Yuan’s [Elephant God] panel remained stuck at 79%. The bulges under his ribs and on his neck, however, were growing larger, and he estimated a breakthrough wasn’t far off.
Moreover, on a Stone Pestle in another Elephantman tribe, he discovered a new series of drawings. This series depicted... the birth of the Elephantman King.
