Chapter 133: Ch 133: To Hell’s Fire- Part 1
The shocked alpha gave
a look that made
feel uncomfortable. I was not sure what he was projecting on , but I had no ti to waste on him.
"Alright, you can stop admiring
now. Have you been briefed on what we are going to do now? We should leave right away."
I told the alpha hunter, and for the first ti, I saw hesitation appear in Rhiner’s expression. He might not say it out loud, but he did seem nervous about what we had to do next.
"Let’s head out. I booked a private jet for us to get to the dungeon faster. It should be waiting for us at the runway."
The fact that Rhiner spoke so calmly told
that it was not his first ti doing sothing like this.
’To think that we have co so far. During my ti, the hunters were not even considered human most of the ti. We had to sneak into different transportation vehicles just to get by.’
I even had to sneak into five different units once to get to the dungeon because the association could not afford to arrange transportation for .
That was all before I and the other hunters made a na for ourselves.
Not that ti seed to have made things that much better. The divide seed to have closed on the surface, but in reality, the world of an ordinary person and a hunter was leagues apart.
"Alright, let’s head out. Is there anything you need to do beforehand? Your scent is a little strong."
I noticed it a little late, but the alpha in front of
slled a little too strong for a normal person. It almost seed like he was in pre-rut.
If that were to be the case, I wanted him to stay back because he would be a liability to
rather than a help. And I could take care of the dungeon myself as well.
"Huh-! I sll strong? My rut is nowhere close by, and I also took so dicine. Hmm, I am sure that everything will be just fine. I will pack more pills in. We should leave now."
Rhiner did not sound that alard by this, which told
that this was not the first ti this had happened to him.
"Do you... often get symptoms of early rut but never enter one? You seem quite used to it all."
I told Rhiner, and he shook his head as he walked in front of .
"Well, as hunters that often get dispatched to dangerous locations, we don’t usually have ti to pamper ourselves. So I take what I can for the most part. Aren’t you the sa?"
He asked , and I also thought about it, only to realize that Rhiner was right. I had also often sacrificed a lot even when I was sick to get a dungeon cleared.
My silence was enough for Rhiner to feel like he had proven a point, and he led the way for us to head out.
The drive to the runway was silent, and the jet had more than a few hunters.
Rhiner answered my erging question even before I asked it.
"These people all have different stops. They are going to get off when they reach their mission spot."
Rhiner told , and I just nodded before I followed him inside.
Most even turned to look at , and a lot of people looked shocked to see . A few alphas nudged each other to co and ask
questions. But my uninterested looks stopped them cold.
One of the people decided that they did not want to hold back and finally gathered enough courage to walk over to .
"E-Excuse , but you are Ace, right? I am a huge fan of yours. Can you please give
an autograph?"
The oga hunter asked as he shifted nervously from one foot to another. His small and slim body looked as if it could break with a harsh blow, and I gave him a once-over before I sighed.
"How about I give you so advice instead of an autograph? You should focus more on muscle mass and build up your physical strength. Your ability will also improve if you bulk up a little."
I told the oga, and he looked taken aback. Confusion swam in his eyes as he looked at .
"B-But... I am an oga. Won’t that interfere with my figure and such? Not that I am criticizing your advice or anything, but ogas are inherently physically weaker than alphas, right?"
The oga hunter asked
in a confused voice.
He was not the only one. Other people were paying attention to
as well, wondering whether I would tell them anything different or not after hearing this.
But I was not easily intimidated, and I especially did not like to change my decision.
"You don’t have to get incredibly strong or anything like that. What I want you to do is build so muscles so that you can take so blows. There might be tis the system and your abilities might fail you. You don’t want to die during that ti, right?"
I asked the hunter, now pulling from my own experience. The hunter truly looked uncomfortable now as he tried to speak up.
"I... that is... you are right, but still, my figure..."
The oga was not willing to accept that he would have to make so sacrifices for the sake of his future safety.
I was also not soone who would press them more than needed. If these people did not want to save themselves, then I had no place to force them to.
"Hmm, the choice is yours to make. All I can do is try and warn you regarding this. The rest will be on your shoulders."
I told the oga, and he finally gave
a small bow before he went back.
Rhiner, who had been watching from the sidelines, remained quiet all this ti. He seed to be observing
with a keen eye.
