Demon Kings all started out as humans. anwhile, the reason the Demon King's Power had chosen these humans as its dium to maximize its destruction of the world's laws was because they harbored deep resentnt toward the human race.

However, no human would resent the entire human race on a whim. Typically, those chosen to beco a Demon King were people who had grown disappointed in the human race during their ti as humans.

This was the case for both Luna and Andusia. anwhile, going by the conversation she had with Andusia, Alice could roughly guess that the reason for Andusia's fall was related to the slavery system that had existed during her era.

Fortunately, this wasn't a problem that couldn't be rectified. This was because humans had similarly realized how backward and foolish the slavery system was and abolished it long ago. So, Alice quickly started thinking of solutions to get Andusia to let go of her hatred. That way, she could have an easier ti obtaining information on the Demon King's Power from the other party. The information she acquired would also be much more reliable.

Of course, if Andusia refused to change her ways, Alice would have no choice but to get rid of her just like she did with Grant. After all, Andusia was a Demon King. If she refused to let go of her hatred, she'd be a ticking tibomb for the human race that could explode at any mont.

"What are you trying to do?"

Andusia didn't know what was going on in Alice's mind. So, when she saw Alice canceling the Forest Crystal's effects, she couldn't help but have a bad feeling.

Currently, Andusia was thoroughly prevented from moving and using magic due to the many tree branches growing out of her body. So, even without the Forest Crystal binding her movents, she still didn't have any way to resist Alice.

However, when Andusia saw Alice extending a hand to her, her mind imdiately thought of a possible scenario. Then, she sneered at Alice and said, "I see. You're planning to enslave as well, aren't you? I knew it. Humans haven't changed one little bit all these years. Even the Hero is bullying the weak now."

Alice couldn't help but sigh in frustration when she heard Andusia's paranoid words. However, she now understood why Andusia hated slavery so much. Human slave traders must have hard Andusia in the past. Hence, in addition to harboring hatred for humans, she also saw every human as a slave trader.

However, even after understanding the cause of Andusia's hatred, Alice did not try to argue and put sense into the other party. She understood that nothing she said would get through to Andusia right now. So, rather than waste her energy on words, she might as well put Andusia under control, carry the other party around with her, and let her see what human society had beco after all these years.

anwhile, after placing her left hand on Andusia, Alice injected mana deep into the figurine and quickly located Andusia's core, the object responsible for storing Andusia's soul and mana. In other words, so long as Alice sealed this core, Andusia would lose access to her mana. At that ti, Andusia would beco nothing more than a figurine capable of moving, and she'd have no way of causing any serious trouble.

"Wait, don't tell you're?" Andusia's expression quickly changed when she noticed Alice's mana discovering the position of her core. Then, in a flustered tone, she said, "W-Wait! I think we can renegotiate! I can tell you whatever information you want to know! I have plenty of information on the demon realm!"

What a coincidence. I also know plenty about the demon realm. Moreover, if I really want to know sothing, the Four Heavenly Kings will gladly bring the information to . It's also going to be the most up-to-date information rather than outdated information from a couple of thousand years ago.

Alice remained indifferent to Andusia's pleading. Imdiately, she injected more mana into Andusia's body and constructed a Forest Crystal around Andusia's mana core, thoroughly isolating the mana core from Andusia's body.

If Andusia still had access to her mana right now, Alice naturally couldn't have constructed a Forest Crystal around Andusia's mana core. Unfortunately, Andusia currently couldn't control her mana, so Alice could do whatever she wanted to her body.

"Y-You despicable Hero" Andusia cursed in a vexed tone. Even when she saw Alice canceling the effects of Hubert's Tree, which, in turn, caused the tree branches on her body to wither and disintegrate in only a few seconds, not even the slightest hint of joy appeared on her face.

Andusia could feel that there was a Forest Crystal imprisoning her mana core, isolating it from her control. Unless Alice removed the Forest Crystal, she'd have no way to access her mana.

"Do you understand your situation now?"

Alice picked up Andusia from the ground with a smile and held the Ninth Demon King in her hand. Although she could feel that Andusia was desperately trying to break free from her hand, Andusia's strength was weaker than a child's now that she couldn't access her mana. So, there was no way she could break free.

"You despicable Hero! Remove this Forest Crystal and fight head-on if you dare!" Andusia yelled angrily. After realizing that she couldn't break free from Alice's grasp, she switched to stimulating Alice with words. "It's unlike the Hero to use such shaful ans!"

"Hey, I only captured you after beating you head-on. Don't bla for being weak," Alice said, chuckling.

Although Alice had only managed to beat Andusia so easily because she had taken advantage of Andusia's circumstances, this could be considered the fruit of her effort in learning so many taboos. It was also Andusia's fault for not considering her weaknesses and making the necessary defensive preparations. So, Alice didn't think that there was anything unethical with her strategy.

"Anyway, just act as an obedient figurine for the ti being. If you don't stay obedient, I might consider selling you," Alice said with a mischievous expression. "I'll have you know that your current appearance is that of a heroine of a popular ani. I believe many people will be interested in buying you."

Andusia instantly lost the courage to speak after hearing Alice's words, her previous arrogant expression being replaced with a fearful expression. Then, in a last-ditch effort to defy Alice, she shouted:

"I knew it! You are a human trafficker!!"
