Chapter 51: Kaka (2)
However, Xi Yun really didn’t want Su Tian to know he was obsessed with money.
After Su Tian cald down a bit, she counted the money, which totaled up to $9,000.
She took out a note, wrote a few brushstrokes to create a receipt, signed her na, and left her fingerprint. She dragged Xi Yun over to also sign his na.
After she was done, she folded the receipt, stuck it into Xi Yun’s pocket, and firmly said: “You have to hold onto this well, don’t let anyone else see it.”
As Xi Yun felt the note in his pocket, the rims of his eyes started to redden, nodding hard, tears almost coming out of his eyes.
Su Tian thought it through again and again, but she still wasn’t reassured. “Even if this is found, don’t be obstinate. Xiao Yun is so amazing, you’ll definitely make more money in the future, even more than you made today. However, you must protect yourself well, that’s the greatest priority. Understand?”
Xi Yun nodded, “I understand!”
Su Tian pinched his face again. Wu, the feeling really was great.
Xi Yun secretly wiped away his tears, before lifting his head, cheerfully saying: “Jie Jie, I’ll treat you to the amusent park!”
Su Tian: “Okay. But not this week.”
Xi Yun’s happy expression was imdiately wiped off his face, “Why not?”
Su Tian: “Because Jie Jie has serious business to do.”
Since the ti she went with Liu Kaiyan to the comic publisher and saw the cartoons made by Fangyuan Technology and Culture, she already decided she wants to send Kaka to an animation company.
Maybe the animation company would see it and directly decide to animate it.
Although the possibility was very, very small, Su Tian still wanted to try it.
For the last few days, she has been checking the details of all the animation companies in China, going through their works and sorting electronic manuscripts.

But soon, his attention was caught by the comic about a dog and people on Su Tian’s desk.
Su Tian found so very promising animation companies, recorded their contact information, and prepared to sort the comic manuscripts. When she reached for it, her hand ca up empty. Turning her head to look for it, she found a naughty boy crying, his nose dripping and ears red.
Xi Yun just saw Kaka try and fail to escape for the first ti. The circus boss dragged him back to teach him a lesson. Xi Yun couldn’t stop his tears from flowing. He obviously didn’t want to cry, but Kaka was just so pitiful... wuwuwu.
While he was still crying, a wet towel suddenly slapped him in the face. Su Tian’s voice sounded out, “First wipe your face clean with the towel. Your tears are dripping onto the paper.”
Xi Yun’s face turned red imdiately. With a sob, he turned around on the sofa, his butt facing Su Tian.
It was all the comic’s fault. He had endured not crying in front of his older sister for so long, but it was all ruined now. So shaful...
He opened his eyes, sneakily looking through the hole in the towel back at Su Tian. She stood there behind him, arms crossed over her chest, a smile tugging at her lips.
He felt even more ashad.
Su Tian just told him not to wrinkle the paper, before picking up her cheesecake again, eating it slowly.
In the end, Xi Yun couldn’t resist satisfying his curiosity. When he saw Su Tian wasn’t looking at him anymore, he wiped off the tears in his eyes before asking: “Jie Jie, did Kaka manage to make it out in the end?”
Su Tian smiled: “If you know the ending already, won’t it be aningless?”
Xi Yun thought it over and thought that seed right. While holding the comic that had yet to be bound into a book, Xi Yun secretly started to cry again, before he couldn’t help but look up.
Su Tian had a light smile on her face, now more reassured that Liu Kaiyan’s comic would do well.
