(Raye's POV)
"Urgh..."
I groaned in pain as I lay on the floor.
I think I was flung about fifteen ters away!
I'm on the edge of the arena now...
I grabbed my stomach, it hurts like hell.
'Why my stomach again?!'
I asked in my head.
Then, looking up toward the disappearing dust cloud...
I saw Ramiel, looking down at .
"That was a great response earlier. I needed to increase my speed just to counter you."
He said with a stupid looking smile on his face.
He's also holding one of my wooden swords.
I know he was holding back by a lot, but I didn't expect him to use more power just to counterattack !
'Should've just let hit you, idiot!'

I exclaid in my head as I stood up.
I then swapped the places my dagger and sword.
And looking straight at Ramiel again...
Fwip-
I took a fighting stance once more.
"Nice fighting spirit."
Ramiel said as he slowly walked toward .
Tap- tap- tap—
Crack!
He broke my other wooden sword in half on the way and threw it on the floor.
'Bruh, I hope the headmaster deducts it from his paycheck.'
I thought.
Anyway...
"..."
I waited in silence as Ramiel approached .

Each of his steps echoed throughout the room.
And as he got near ...

I clicked my tongue in annoyance.
Then, when I looked in front of to launch another attack...

I just saw Ramiel's fist in front of my face!
It wasn't moving.

I just let out a sigh.
"I lost."
And then I admitted.
Upon doing so...
"You did good."
Ramiel said that and retrieved his hand away from my face.

Everyone who watched Ramiel and Raye's bout was speechless.
It wasn't that long, but their exchanges were so fast they almost lost track of them!
Except for Allen, of course. He specializes in speed too, after all.
But after watching the two fight each other...

Raye followed.
"Well, you're fast for your age—really fast."
Ramiel said.
"But you can go faster."
And then he added!
"Huh?"
Raye was confused by his words.
But before he could even say anything about it...
"Until the competition with the other academies, I'll train you personally during our class sessions."
Ramiel one-sidedly decided that!
"Huh?"
Raye muttered, still confused.

Raye's other classes went normally and calmly. After all, it was only the first day of the academy.
