Chapter 663: Chapter 701: Even Two Bosses Are No Match

A big guy over six feet tall rushed to the front; this guy was Brother Blackjack’s trusted assistant, always taking the lead in fights. Seeing only a few opponents, his eyes glead; this wasn’t a fight but a people-beating, his favorite.

But he rushed forward quickly and retreated even faster. A big foot, coming out of nowhere, kicked him right in the stomach. The enormous force not only offset his montum but also sent him flying backward, crashing into three people behind him, knocking all four to the ground.

“Brothers, let’s have a good fight today,” shouted Jas Brown, as he charged into the crowd.

Even though they were outnumbered, these people looked incredibly weak in Jas Brown’s eyes. He could handle them with one hand, but he didn’t want to appear too strong in front of his brothers. With him watching over them, even Grace Lopez and Sarah Grandy beca experts. Not to ntion these guys who had been soldiers.

Seeing Jas Brown rush in alone, John Davis and Jack Carter roared and charged forward. Although Qian Laoshi didn’t want to fight, he had no choice in this situation, so he picked up a chair and joined in.

The private room was quite large, but with so many people packed in suddenly, it beca a bit cramped for a brawl. Not everyone could swing a punch; only about a dozen were actually fighting with Jas Brown and his team, while the others could only cheer from the sidelines.

Jack Carter and the others initially charged forward fueled by adrenaline, ntally prepared to take a beating. The plan was to hit a few first, hoping to break even so it wouldn’t be a one-sided beating.

However, after fighting for a while, they realized they were incredibly fierce. A punch sent soone tumbling, and a kick sent soone flying. They had never realized they could be so brave, which boosted their courage. Now they felt confident even with twenty opponents, thinking they could handle even more.

These few guys were like rabid dogs, fighting excitedly and shouting wildly, a bunch of violent maniacs.

The frantic scene stunned the lobby manager waiting anxiously at the door. He feared that ferocious Brother Blackjack might escalate things to murder, so he had called Brother Bob to co early. While the fight didn’t go as he expected — it was a one-sided battle, but the side with fewer people was overpowering Brother Blackjack’s larger gang.

“Grab so weapons!” Brother Blackjack’s face turned green as he yelled angrily.

A few guys quickly pulled out daggers and charged forward.

Usually, in brawls involving knives, cleavers or machetes are used. Although cleavers look large, they’re primarily for chopping, making a bloody ss without necessarily being lethal. Daggers, however, are different; they are ant for stabbing, easily reaching internal organs, making them deadly.

This made Jas Brown’s face turn stern. These guys were utterly arrogant; this was no longer just a fight but a lethal encounter.

Seeing the daggers drawn, Jack Carter and the others lost much of their courage. Getting hit earlier hardly hurt, but getting cut now could be fatal.

Jas Brown wouldn’t let his brothers get hurt, and so his punches and kicks were heavier, targeting those with the daggers. A punch would break arms or wrists, and a kick would shatter leg bones.

In the blink of an eye, the guys with daggers were wailing on the ground.

Seeing this, Brother Blackjack’s face darkened even further. He had been in the underworld for quite a while and t so experts. Although he spent a lot keeping a couple of them, they weren’t with him today. But now it seed even those experts couldn’t compare to Jas Brown.

“Stop!” Brother Blackjack shouted.

The minions were devoid of fighting spirit, with over twenty people, more than ten were down now, and the remaining ones hurriedly retreated behind Brother Blackjack.

“Unexpected, you all are skilled,” Brother Blackjack couldn’t see through them; he thought each of Jas Brown’s team was an expert.

Jas Brown pulled out a cigarette and lit it, saying, “Not claiming to be experts, but dealing with these small fry isn’t a problem at all.”

Brother Blackjack’s face sank, “Big words, don’t think just because you can fight, you have what it takes to challenge ! Let tell you, I have plenty of ways to take you down.”

Jas Brown squinted, “Do you believe I have a way to take you down right now?”

Brother Blackjack’s face changed. If his opponent really intended to kill him, his n weren’t enough to save him. He snorted, “You don’t have the guts.” He dared to kill in the underworld, but he didn’t believe Jas Brown would dare too.

“Who’s lacking guts?” A man’s voice suddenly echoed from outside, and a big guy entered the private room. It was none other than Little Tiger, a well-known figure in YODC City. Entering, he looked at Brother Blackjack, his face somber, “Blackjack, do you want my restaurant? If you do, just say the word, and I’ll give it to you.”

Brother Blackjack was already humiliated by Jas Brown and his gang, and Little Tiger’s words added insult to injury. “Little Tiger, my people were beaten in your restaurant. Aren’t you going to give an explanation?”

“Really? Then I want to see who’s got the guts of a bear and the heart of a leopard to dare touch your n.” Little Tiger glanced at Jas Brown, and his face changed, recognizing him as the one who had beaten him before.

Jas Brown naturally recognized Little Tiger, gave him a slight smile, “Long ti no see.”

Little Tiger awkwardly smiled, “Indeed, long ti no see.”

The two were practically enemies, but Little Tiger was sowhat wary of Jas Brown. Seeing Brother Blackjack clearly humiliated, with a group of n lying on the ground, lifted his spirits. Although he and Blackjack had no business conflicts, Blackjack had beco increasingly arrogant, showing no respect. This had long irked Little Tiger, and now Jas Brown was like a breath of fresh air to him.

Little Tiger, without engaging much with Jas Brown, turned to Brother Blackjack, “I can’t afford to offend him, if you’ve got any ideas, you handle it yourself. But since this is your personal feud, settle it outside my restaurant. We run a respectable business here.”

Jas Brown had no interest in getting cozy with Little Tiger; he welcod Little Tiger’s words with a smile, watching Brother Blackjack. Brother Blackjack’s face turned uglier. Little Tiger’s words clearly hinted these guys were not small fry, and even Little Tiger didn’t want to get involved.

“Fine, let’s go!” Brother Blackjack turned and started leaving.

Henry Forman, shocked by Brother Blackjack’s failure to stand up for him, glared at Jas Brown and his crew before following out.

Jas Brown asked, “Little Tiger, planning to stop us?”

“Not at all, we’re in legitimate business, not illegal detention,” Little Tiger chuckled. He didn’t want to lose face in front of his n and thought it was best to see Jas Brown, the troublemaker, out quickly.

Jas Brown and his crew left the restaurant; John Davis and the others couldn’t believe it was real. They had faced off against Brother Blackjack, a gang leader, injured many of his n, and walked away unhard.

“Manager Johnson, are we really just leaving like this?” Qian Laoshi cautiously asked Jas Brown.

Jas Brown chuckled, “Or would you like to go back for more drinks?”

Qian Laoshi quickly replied, “Not at all, I just feel like it’s a dream. I’ve heard how powerful Brother Blackjack is, how fierce his n are, yet we clashed with him and ca out alive, quite unexpected.”

John Davis chid in proudly, “They’re just paper tigers, always exaggerated. Whenever you hear about the mob, people get scared, but today I saw those mobsters aren’t much; our fists were enough to make them submit.”

Qian Laoshi shook his head, worried, “Don’t get cocky, Austin. I have a feeling this won’t be the end. Maybe today they didn’t bring enough people, and we got lucky. But if they find out where we live and co after us, then what?”

Everyone realized the possibility, and they were stunned.

Feeling guilty, Jack Carter looked helplessly at Jas Brown, unable to resolve the matter.

Jas Brown smiled, “Isn’t Blackjack a mobster? Maybe the cops will catch him tomorrow.”

“No way! He’s been running wild for years,” Qian Laoshi protested.

Jas Brown handed him a cigarette, “Evil deeds don’t go unpunished. Do enough bad things, and soone will sort you out eventually.”
