Chapter 528: Chapter 538: 2 Hosts

After seeing lody Yoody off, Alice Brown started the car again. She didn’t ask John Brown where he was headed, just drove slowly, barely reaching twenty miles per hour, while frequently checking the rearview mirror to look at Jas Brown sitting in the back.

Today, Jennifer Hog had a few drinks, and now, emboldened by the alcohol, she unfastened her seatbelt and moved from the front seat to the back, sitting next to Jas Brown. She bit her lip, looked at him enticingly, and said, “Mr. Smith, I… I…” before falling into his arms.

Jas Brown rubbed his nose, fully aware of what Jennifer Hog wanted, just as he understood the feelings both won had for him. He didn’t believe their advances were simply desperate actions or attempts to be with him for a particular purpose.

Rejecting them outright would be quite hurtful, so Jas Brown gently stroked Jennifer Hog’s hair and softly said, “Laura, Alice, I appreciate your feelings, but I must be honest with you, I’m already married.”

Jennifer Hog held onto Jas Brown tightly, trembling slightly. Jas didn’t push her away this ti, making her quite excited. She quickly said, “I know, both Alice and I understand we can’t be Mr. Smith’s wife, and we truly have no demands. We rely hope to have a chance to be with you, even if only occasionally when you’re lonely and can co see us, we’ll be satisfied.”

Jas Brown smiled gently and said, “Thank you both for being so good to , but I genuinely can’t do this anymore. My wife treats very well; I can’t let her down again. You’ve seen it too; there’s lody, and others beside her. I’m already too indebted to my wife.”

Jennifer Hog hastily added, “Since you have others, it won’t hurt to have us too. Mr. Smith, we really like you so much. These days, Alice and I think about you every day, hoping you’ll rember us. We want to find you, but we’re afraid of disturbing you, not even daring to call. Please, just pity us and say yes, even just once.”

What Jennifer Hog said was so tender and pitiful that it tugged at Jas Brown’s heartstrings. A beautiful woman speaking in such a manner, almost pleading, is hard for any man to refuse.

However, Jas Brown genuinely didn’t want to incur more emotional debts now. Previously, he’d be with a woman and never see her again the next day, thus no emotional burden. But lately, the won he’s involved with are not ones he can treat as before, and subconsciously, he feels urged to take on so responsibility. Hence, agreeing to them now would an bearing responsibility for them later.

With a soft sigh, Jas Brown said, “Alice, Laura, to be honest, you both indeed attract , but I must adhere to my principles. If we’re to be involved, I would regard you as my won, and I can’t accept you being with other n…”

Alice Brown slamd on the brakes, turning around anxiously, “No! Absolutely not! We would never be with other n. We’ll be your won forever, Mr. Smith, no matter which man, we’ll never let them touch us.”

Jas Brown smiled wryly and said, “But I have a wife, and I can’t be with you often; you’d practically be less than lovers.”

Jennifer Hog held Jas Brown tightly and said, “We don’t mind. Just once a month—or even once a year—if you can see us, we’ll be fulfilled.”

“Aren’t you being too silly?” Jas Brown was truly moved, and he believed their sincerity.

Alice Brown looked deeply into Jas Brown’s eyes, softly saying, “Mr. Smith, we used to pursue various things, for fa, for benefit; but after eting you, we realized how aningless chasing those things was. Now, we just hope to beco one of Mr. Smith’s won; that would be our greatest happiness.”

Jennifer Hog nodded repeatedly, raising her head to gaze at Jas Brown affectionately.

Jas Brown looked at Alice Brown and then at Jennifer Hog but finally shook his head, “I’m sorry, I can’t agree to this.”

Both won’s expressions imdiately turned extrely sorrowful, tears streaming down their faces, embarrassing Jas Brown. He quickly said, “When I say I can’t promise to be with you like that, I an I can’t treat you as my won, but I would definitely consider you my good friends. If you need anything, feel free to call , even if it’s just to chat or have dinner together, that’s perfectly fine. But I really can’t have you as my won; it wouldn’t be fair to you, and I’d have a heavy burden on my conscience. I’m too sorry to you.”

Hearing Jas Brown say this made the won’s faces light up with joy. Initially disappointed by his refusal, the kind of man Jas Brown was made them admire him even more. If they genuinely made him accept them, he’d undoubtedly never let them down. Now that Jas Brown had promised them, they’d have many opportunities to be with him, confident they’d eventually win his heart together.

Jennifer Hog pouted and said, “Mr. Smith, you mustn’t deceive us.”

Seeing them no longer crying made Jas Brown relieved, “Of course I won’t deceive you; I’ll certainly do as I say.”

Alice Brown blinked with teary eyes and said, “But aren’t you married? What if your wife asks when you go out?” She blinked playfully, squeezing out more tears, displaying a mix of playfulness and sadness that couldn’t help but be adorable.

Jas Brown chuckled, “Then we won’t go out at night. We could choose lunchti to have a al together or sothing; that way, my wife won’t object.”

“Sure, lunchti it is then,” Jennifer Hog continued to cling to Jas Brown’s embrace, gently shifting her body, blinking at him and said, “There’s two of us, a double treat.”

Jas Brown coughed, feeling a powerful allure. Previously, when he’d been with Emma Campbell and Sarah Grandy, he’d always controlled himself, afraid to act recklessly, but imagining being with Alice Brown and Jennifer Hog was incredibly thrilling.

Alice Brown giggled, “Mr. Smith, seems like you’re moved.”

Jas Brown glanced at her, “Stop tempting , or else I won’t dare be with you.”

Alice Brown and Jennifer Hog laughed even louder, both feeling great, marking an advancent in their relationship with Jas Brown.

Jas Brown helped Jennifer Hog sit up and said, “Alright, alright, hurry and drive. If I’m late ho, my wife will be mad.”

Alice Brown stopped being mischievous, obediently starting the car, “Mr. Smith, you’re actually married. Who’s your wife? We’re eager to know who’s that fortunate.”

Jas Brown rubbed his nose, “I can’t reveal this now; it’s still not public.”

Jennifer Hog teased, “You won’t even tell us?”

Jas Brown hesitated for a mont, “Alright then, I’ll tell you, my wife is Gina Lopez.”

“Ah! It’s actually Mr. Lopez!” Alice Brown and Jennifer Hog exclaid but weren’t surprised. Given Jas Brown’s standing, only a woman of Gina Lopez’s stature could match him, and they wholeheartedly accepted it. If it were an ordinary woman, their acceptance might be reluctant.

“Haha, don’t tell anyone outside this circle. Only my closest friends know we’re married, totaling less than ten people.”

Jas Brown’s words delighted the won, indicating he truly considered them his best friends.

Now, they both had certainty: as long as they avoided Gina Lopez, finding Jas Brown would be easy, and they mustn’t reveal any affections for him in her presence.

“By the way, Mr. Smith, how many lovers do you have now?” Jennifer Hog lightly poked Jas Brown and winked.

Jas Brown coughed and said, “lody Yoody is one, though not exactly a lover; our relationship’s unclear.”

Alice Brown promptly replied, “You’re indeed impressive, considering she’s a Deputy County Chief, and it’s rumored she’ll progress even further politically. That she’s your lover is indeed impressive.”

“Who else?” Jennifer Hog pursued further.

Jas Brown laughed, “Don’t ask any more. I won’t tell.”

“Cheapskate,” Alice Brown and Jennifer Hog ceased further probing, knowing insistence would be unwarranted. They were primarily concerned about his wife; lovers weren’t intimidating.

After dropping Jas Brown outside the community, the two reluctantly left, while Jas Brown waved goodbye before entering his residence.

Upon entering, Emily Lopez checked the ti and said to Jas Brown, “Brother-in-law, your timing is impeccable, just two minutes before ten o’clock.”

Jas Brown couldn’t help but smile; it really wasn’t deliberate, “Em, you’ve given a strict order, I dared not be late.”

“Smart of you, co over and massage my feet.” Emily Lopez ran over and lay on the sofa shaking her little feet, while beside her, Charlotte also shook her feet, looking at Jas Brown with pride.
