"That confirms it… there are other temples like that one, and they are possibly just a massive vault to keep those relics safe…" Aion thought. "This is just..."

If the god and the goddess truly managed to seal a certain type of technique, then it would make sense that they would need several levels of a seal. After thinking for a while, Aion ca up with so ways to seal certain abilities. The first would be to cast a spell all over the world that would make people not think or forget about a certain topic, like the most simple way to use ti magic.

The second thod he ca up with was also using a technique or spell to prevent the use of that ability. Aion believed that the statues had that purpose. They didn't need to be put in several parts of the world but together, and as long as they exist, they have that kind of power.

"I train my skills and spells, so of them I can use even though they are in other classes, but I am still nowhere that level… as expected of the knowledge and the power of the gods of this world…" Aion thought.

While Aion was doing his research, he was also visited by his brothers and sisters a bunch of tis. Now that things cald down in the East, they ntioned how the enemies there retreated after so attack by powerful beasts. They hinted at Aion in order to make him spill the beans, but he kept quiet about it.

Regardless, all of them were graduated mages, and they had the skills to command battalions. Thanks to that, they were traveling around and helping strengthen the borders. Aion was kind of surprised that the kingdom took such a direction. The enemies on both sides were weakened, so it was an excellent chance to get them back from the wars they started and perhaps even obtain more territories. However, Aion heard now and then how the king's health was getting worse. There was no way he could start a war now…

Another weird thing changed in Aion's life… he began to receive so invitations to parties all over the kingdom. Everyone knew that he was fourteen, and he was around the age where most families would decide the partners of their kids. Although in that world people between fifteen and twenty getting married was a normal occurrence, they minded the age difference between the parts involved…

"I guess and Seris wasn't ant to be then, since she is supposed to be ten years older… that doesn't stop mom from bringing that topic up whenever possible, though," Aion thought.

Now and then, Aion had planned to deny all the invitations, but his mother told him to at least go to the ones that were one day away… it would be fine if they were one day away while using a carriage, but she wanted him to go the parties one day away using his flying speed. That was quite unfair… he could cover half of the kingdom with his flying speed.

"Even if you like older girls, you can at least use these opportunities to know more people and do business with them later," Artemisia said when she helped Aion fix his clothes for the first party he decided to go to.

She had a point, and Aion couldn't deny it. He could only do so much by himself and by buying places all over the kingdom. Aion didn't want to get involved with those that showed prejudice toward his mother, but interacting with them might help deal with that kind of problem. Ignoring everyone would just make things more complicated for her later.

After arriving at the location of one of those birthday parties and showing his invitation to the guards, Aion entered the hall of a mansion, and while he already knew that, given that he was invited to the fifteenth birthday of a noble girl, he still frowned when he saw so many teens.

"I thought this would be different, but now that I think about it, half of their reason for them to be here is the sa as since most of them will be the heads of their families on the day as well," Aion thought. "The other half is that they want to look snobbish like all nobles."

While Aion wondered if kids still used slang like savage or mid nowadays, he grabbed a glass of juice and then headed toward the corner of the room. As far as he could rember, he had never t the girl who had invited him. So, her parents were probably the ones who invited him. Despite that, he had to give her a gift. It was weird to experience that only now when he had eight older siblings… That was only possible because they were away from ho studying or working when they got that older, and the family was serious about teaching them.

Eventually, the girl showed up, and as expected, Aion didn't recall seeing her. She was just a dark-haired and a bit plump girl that one could find anywhere. The guests approached to give her the gifts, and then she accepted them with a smile. When Aion approached to do the sa, the atmosphere froze alongside her smile. He wished that people didn't treat him like a ticking ti bomb…

In any case, Aion decided to move before the girl had a heart attack. In the end, Aion didn't talk with anyone at that party, and he felt like he had wasted his ti.

"I guess I really have the ntal age of a middle-aged man… I can't find any motivation in going to parties like this," Aion thought and then sighed. "It would have been easier if I didn't think that I am older. Finding a wife would be easier, but then people would be able to debate if I am a criminal or not…"
