Professor Zhou held a knife in one hand and pointed at the mineral ore on the ground with the other, "XIAO43 ore, can withstand Level B attacks."

After his introduction, Professor Zhou lifted the knife with one hand, not raising it high, simply picking it up a bit and letting it fall as if he was chopping vegetables.

"Kacha——" A crisp sound, and a piece of ore was sliced off, the cut as smooth as a mirror.

Watching this scene, Professor Zhou felt a sense of ’Just as I expected.’

He had only hurriedly tested it in the lab and ran back with a pile of stones in tow—what if the stall owner had disappeared?

Professor Zhou’s actions left nearby stall owners, students, and even passersby drawn over by the commotion, looking a bit stunned.

Even though the ore was supposed to withstand Level B attacks, it shouldn’t have been this easy. This wasn’t cutting ore; it was like slicing through tofu.

Professor Zhou didn’t stop but pointed at the second piece of ore, "ASDR76 ore, can withstand Level A or Level 1 attacks."

The sa knife, the sa high distance, the sa effortless motion.

"Kacha——"

Still the sa mirror-like cut, still the motion with such ease, without any sense of resistance.

At this mont, the surrounding crowd couldn’t keep calm.

Who wouldn’t want such a weapon? With it, at least when slaughtering the Insect Race, you wouldn’t have to worry about your weapon breaking or getting stuck in their tough shells.

Though everyone was astonished, and even though they were already calculating whether they had enough money to buy one, they kept watching Professor Zhou’s movents.

Without any pause, Professor Zhou pointed to the next item, sothing that looked like armor.

"Armor from a Level S Armored Beast."

That one sentence caused everyone behind to unconsciously step forward, even holding their breath.

Level S? From an Armored Beast?

It was widely known that Armored Beasts had formidable defenses—so much so that humans slew them not only for the battles against the Insect Race but also to acquire their shell to create armor for the Legion.

One could only imagine how durable it was.

It could be said that if this knife could pierce through the body of an Armored Beast, then it could pierce through the body of any Level S Insect Beast.

Such a weapon was what everyone dread of.

Professor Zhou also felt excitent in his heart. The existing weapons in interstellar warfare were almost one-ti use; after a single battle with the Insect Race, no matter the weapon, it would show a certain degree of wear and need repairs.

Annual investnt in weaponry was a huge expense, but they had never reached a state of perfect refinent; that is, a balance in the materials used in forging was unattainable.

At that mont, Professor Zhou raised his knife high and struck the shell of the Level S Armored Beast.

"Ding dang——"

The knife fell upon the shell, making a sound.

Everyone watched as Professor Zhou lifted the knife to reveal a deep mark on the shell.

It really worked! And the blade wasn’t damaged in the slightest.

Professor Zhou saw this and imdiately delivered the second strike, not the crisp "ding" but a sound like sothing being pierced through.

"It’s penetrated!"

"My God, just two strikes!"

"If it were a real Armored Beast, probably three strikes!"

"But that’s enough, this is an Armored Beast after all."

Yes, this is an Armored Beast, the toughest Insect Beast.

Fire seed to spark in everyone’s eyes. The first person appeared, rushing straight to Nian Shutong’s stall, kneeling on the ground, and pleading excitedly, "Give one!"

This man’s action was like a signal; everyone, even so other stall owners, rushed over, competing to buy one.

"Give one!"

"I want two!"

"I’ll take one, too!"

"I, I, I!"

"I want to buy!"

"Don’t push !"

"Who the hell stepped on my foot!"

The scene was chaos.

Behind the stall selling goods, Nian Shutong rely enveloped her stall in a layer of Spiritual Power to prevent any theft.

"Ah———"

"Bang!"

A sowhat frail-looking man with a sharp chin and cheekbones got propelled by an unknown force, his hand reduced to a skein of white bones, rolling on the ground and screaming.

Nian Shutong watched the man rolling on the ground with an icy gaze and said in a cold voice, "Thieves, that’s what you get."

"You should feel lucky, this is in the first district."

With that one sentence, everyone understood.

If it had been within the Insect Race, or so deserted place, that man would probably be nothing more than a pile of bones by now.

At that mont, Nian Shutong, facing the people who wanted to buy from her, simply said, "Line up."

"Scan and pay on your own. If anyone tries anything sneaky, I can take you on a trip to the Insect Clan Battlefield."

A trip to the Insect Clan Battlefield is as good as death.

No responsibility needs to be born for killing soone on the Insect Clan Battlefield.

Everybody quietly got in line, so calculating nervously whether they’d manage to buy anything when it was their turn.

The person at the front of the line scanned a code, paid the money—five million—and then chose a weapon they liked and moved to the side.

Nian Shutong didn’t utter a word through the entire process, just silently collected the money.

"Uh, may I ask if these can all reach the level required to penetrate Level S Armor Beasts?"

The question posed by this person was what most were concerned about; although Professor Zhou had demonstrated practically, what if only that one specific weapon worked?

"All weapons, against Level S and lower grades, face no obstacle in combat," Nian Shutong stated, prompting the inquirer to swiftly make up his mind, transfer the money, buy, and leave.

No way around it, Nian Shutong’s deanor was too reminiscent of an otherworldly expert.

Such an opportunity cos but once in a century; one must grab it when it presents itself.

The people behind all put their full trust in Nian Shutong’s words, stepping forward to purchase one after another, with no further questions asked.

Eventually, when all the weapons at the stall had sold out, the person at the end of the queue was nearly in tears. He had calculated for half a day, and yet there was nothing left.

As the dejected man was about to leave, the rustling noise caught his attention.

He looked closely to see that another batch of swords had appeared on the stall. He vigorously rubbed his eyes; no, he wasn’t seeing things.

"There’s more. The effect is the sa. Those who wish to purchase, please continue."

The man at the front, dumbfounded by this unexpected joy, imdiately made a purchase—buying two, in fact.

The queue behind him reacted similarly, as each person joyfully ca forward to buy that which they thought was out of reach, experiencing a sense of regained fortune.

However, ultimately, Nian Shutong’s weapons weren’t sold out. Not everyone could afford them, and those who couldn’t could only enviously look on.

Seeing that no one else was coming forward to buy, Nian Shutong prepared to close up her stall.

"Big sister, I’ll take one too."

The stall owner beside her had been waiting, wrestling with the decision for a long ti, and finally decided to buy one.

Nian Shutong casually picked up a weapon and threw it to the neighboring stall owner, saying, "It’s on the house."

She gathered her belongings and was about to leave when Professor Zhou, who had been standing by, imdiately stepped forward and stopped Nian Shutong.

"Please wait a mont, I’d like to have a word with you."
