Chapter 546: Chapter 546: Back to Blue Star
Seed Xiao Ba’s words turned Daodao, who was originally a green-bladed knife, entirely red.
“Nonsense! When have I ever seen you naked!”
Refusing to back down, Seed Xiao Ba placed her two tiny arms akimbo and retorted loudly, “I’m sure you saw when I was swimming in the Sea of Consciousness!”
Daodao, with her blade tip pointed at Xiao Ba, argued back, “Rubbish! Whether you’re swimming or not, you’re always without clothes! If you have no clothes to begin with, how can you be seen naked?”
Seed Xiao Ba quickly covered her two ‘points’ with her little arms, and her tiny legs crossed over each other.
“Rascal Blade! Although I don’t wear clothes, when I’m swimming, I’m definitely naked, but when I’m standing here talking, I’m dressed.”
“Shaless Seed! Playing the scoundrel!”
“Rascal Blade!”
“Shaless Seed!”
“Shut the hell up, both of you!”
Nian Shutong, who couldn’t bear it anymore, an avatar of herself, stood indignantly between Daodao and Seed Xiao Ba.
“Xiao Ba, are you wearing the Emperor’s new clothes? Can you have them on when you want and off when you choose?”
“Besides, what does a seed need clothes for?”
Little-avatar Nian Shutong then spun around fiercely, glaring at Daodao, who was stealthily snickering and showing off her triumph.
“What are you so pleased about? Don’t you know I’m trying to sleep?”
Scolded, Daodao slunk away, spinning in circles, shrinking in size, as if to convey, “You can’t see ; you can’t see .”
Nian Shutong, shaking her head in frustration, turned around and was startled into a defensive posture.
“Xiao Ba, what are you up to?”
Nian Shutong was hurling all the current Earthly slang she knew.
At this mont, Seed Xiao Ba, God knows where she got them from, had fashioned several corn husks into a grass skirt and had made two cone-shaped bra cups, fastened over her ‘points’.
Nian Shutong was dying to comnt: Do you even have anything to cover with those seed-like features of yours?
Overwheld and unable to continue her comntary, the little avatar dissolved into specks of starlight and disappeared into the Sea of Consciousness.
The Nian Shutong who was asleep outside also opened her eyes, only to see Fu Yunhe, who had been intently staring at her head.
Caught in the act, Fu Yunhe’s neck flushed rapidly, the pink hue climbing up to his cheeks and ear tips, blooming in a spring-like spread across his face.
Nian Shutong wore a teasing smile, her chin resting in the palm of her propped hand.
At that mont, lying sideways, her elbow rested on the armrest of their two-person chair, palm supporting her chin, her head very close to Fu Yunhe’s.
Her breath was fragrant, her eyes, enticingly soft.
Fu Yunhe’s Adam’s apple tensed, bobbing up and down once, lips slightly parted.
“I… wasn’t…”
“Not looking at ?”
Her teasing tone made Fu Yunhe shake his head repeatedly, nervously explaining, “I was looking! I was looking at you.”
“Oh…” Nian Shutong drew out the sound aningfully, leaning in even closer.
“Watching so intently… are you planning… to devour ?”
To devour ?
Even though it was a straightforward question, it sent Fu Yunhe into wild imaginings, no longer knowing whether to shake his head or nod.
Nian Shutong, observing the ripening Fu Yunhe, stopped her teasing. After all, he looked rather appealing this way; she preferred to keep the view to herself.
“Stop looking at , or else… I might just devour you.”
Having said that, Nian Shutong pulled her body back, lay down once again, and closed her eyes.
Fu Yunhe, sitting back in his place, felt like everything had happened too quickly, so fast that it seed like just a dream.
For a mont, he didn’t even know whether he had been dreaming or if it had all been real.
He quietly pinched himself, then felt his own heart beating nonstop, and finally he took a deep breath, relieved it wasn’t a dream.
His lips curled upwards, she seed to be resisting him less and less.
Every ti Nian Shutong teased him, Fu Yunhe only despised his weakness, his face flushing and heart racing every ti, yet he also enjoyed it since he felt it was his exclusive treatnt.
The atmosphere between the two settled down, and Xia Tian, who was talking nonstop in the back, finally quieted, bringing peace to the starship. Several hours later, they arrived at the Transfer Station.
Fu Yunhe woke up Nian Shutong, catching a rare glimpse of a sowhat silly and cute Shutong, though the mont was fleeting.
In less than ten seconds, she regained her composure, stood up, led the people behind her off the starship, and once again, her domineering aura took over.
After disembarking the starship, Nian Shutong took out her Shadowless, and everyone got on, ready to return to Blue Star.
“Mr. Nian, where are we going?”
“It’s about ti you told .”
“I’m telling you, I’ve been traveling north and south for so many years, I’ve been to many places.”
“Many years?” Nian Shutong looked at Xia Tian with skepticism, “How old are you?”
“I’m sixteen now, but I left ho on my own when I was fourteen, isn’t two years considered ‘many years’?”
Xia Tian’s explanation left everyone speechless and unable to argue.
While Xia Tian continued to chatter on, Shadowless began its descent. By the ti Shadowless finally landed, Xia Tian was already standing at the door.
The mont the door opened, Xia Tian energetically went down first.
“Auntie!”
A little cannonball rushed over and imdiately hugged Xia Tian’s legs.
The tall and the small stood eye to eye.
“You’re not my auntie!”
“Whoa! Who are you?”
Xia Tian was genuinely surprised, his tremulous finger pointing at Dou Dou, his words failing him for the first ti.
This Little Douding, he looked just like his dad!
Could it be a secret child of his father’s? But that couldn’t be right—did his father even have the courage?
While Xia Tian was stunned and shocked, Dou Dou had already disdainfully let go of his legs and urgently looked behind him until he finally saw the person he was looking for.
Ji Sisi ca down after him, pulling Lin Mu aside to make way for Dou Dou, who was clearly not there to find his biological mother.
“Auntie! Dou Dou missed you so much!”
Dou Dou finally hugged the right person. He tilted his little head up, displaying the sweetest smile he had practiced for days at Nian Shutong, beaming with joy.
“Auntie, hug! See if Dou Dou has been eating well.”
Nian Shutong picked up Dou Dou, felt his weight, and remarked, “You haven’t gained weight!”
“Umm…” Dou Dou rubbed his little hands together and seriously said to Nian Shutong, “Auntie, Elder Hua said that absence makes the heart grow fonder, and Dou Dou has been thinking about you.”
Elder Hua, standing in the back, really wanted to run away at that mont. He hadn’t ant to teach Dou Dou that; the boy had just happened to overhear him reading and rembered it!
Not only did he rember it, but he even put it into practice.
Nian Shutong was amused by Dou Dou, affectionately scratching the little nose and then setting him down, “Go find your mom.”
Obediently, Dou Dou nodded and scurried over to Ji Sisi with his little legs.
Mother and son greeted each other formally.
“Mom, you’re back.”
“I’m back.”
“Mom, did you cause any trouble?”
“No.”
Dou Dou stood on tiptoes, wrapped his arms around Ji Sisi’s neck, and with a mua planted a kiss on Ji Sisi’s cheek, saying, “Excellent!”
