Qi Wu glanced at him and then looked at the whiteboard at the front.
“The characters we’ll be playing during practice later,” she softly replied.
Qin Jiayan silently stared.
He seed to see exasperation in her eyes.
No wonder Qi Wu had been looking ahead. She was thinking, not spacing out!
He was the only one who actually spaced out with his head ducked low.
Qin Jiayan instantly wanted to cry but found no tears available to him. He was dragging her down.
He was just a young man who had recently co of age, so he had not properly experienced adult life yet. While he was quite immature and naive, his sincerity was true.

Qin Jiayan suddenly looked up and stared into Qi Wu’s eyes.
