Chapter 1459: 1459 didn’t start fighting

Shen Yun really wanted to gloat, having suffered from speaking ill of Su Qingyue before. Her son genuinely believed in that despicable Su, so naturally she would be more cautious now.

Chang Haotian made sure Qingyue was steady on her feet yet showed no intention of letting go, “What’s improper about it?”

He didn’t explain, just steadied her.

He was actually hoping for Xiao Yuchuan’s misunderstanding to grow worse.

Unfortunately, Xiao Yuchuan hadn’t seen Su Qingyue’s near fall; he only saw Chang Haotian embracing his wife in public, and stord over furiously, pushing Chang Haotian away, “Get your filthy hands off her!”

Chang Haotian wasn’t annoyed, “My hands are cleaner than yours.”

Passersby started gathering around to watch the spectacle.

Xiao Yuchuan pulled Su Qingyue towards the Mansion, gripping her wrist so tightly it hurt.

She couldn’t help but frown, “Third brother, go easy!”

As soon as they entered the Mansion, Xiao Yuchuan let go of her hand, “Go easy? Chang Haotian was holding your waist, yet you didn’t ask him to go easy?”

Her facial expression turned cold, “Are you sick or sothing?”

Chang Haotian followed behind and contributed, “You’re right; Xiao Yuchuan is sick.”

“What are you doing here?” Xiao Yuchuan said with an unfriendly look.

“I’m currently staying in your Elegant Garden, as a VIP. If I don’t co here, where should I go?” Chang Haotian said with a smile, “Qingyue, if you let stay in Yi Garden, I’d naturally not refuse.”

“Master Chang, stop causing trouble,” Su Qingyue said as her cold gaze swept over him, causing Chang Haotian to sheepishly close his mouth, though he added affectionately, “Qingyue, don’t be afraid of Xiao Yuchuan, I’ve got your back.”

“You!” Xiao Yuchuan exploded with anger, “Chang Haotian, are you courting death? Flirting with my wife right in front of !”

“No one dares to call themselves ‘I’ in front of ,” Chang Haotian said calmly, a murderous look flashing in his eyes.

The two n were at daggers drawn, looking as though they were about to co to blows.

Shen Yun and the Maid Shuang’er, who had followed, were sowhat at a loss.

Shen Yun had intended to break up the fight, thinking that if the two n ca to blows over Su Qingyue, it would add another transgression to that despicable woman’s account, as long as her son wasn’t hurt.

Who would have thought that Xiao Yuchuan and Chang Haotian would just glare at each other for half a day before each heading back to their own rooms.

And Su Qingyue had apparently gone off to Qin Garden long before.

“Lady, I thought they were going to fight,” Shuang’er said, puzzled, as she watched the backs of the young Master and Master Chang.

“I thought so too. Unexpectedly, both of them actually showed quite a lot of restraint,” Shen Yun remarked with surprise in her eyes, “Could it be that Su Qingyue’s influence over Yuchuan isn’t as strong? That Yuchuan is unwilling to co to blows over a woman?”

“Probably so.”

“This is good.”

In the courtyard of Elegant Garden, Guard Chang Feng, who had been following Chang Haotian, spoke angrily, “Estate Owner, why didn’t you deal with Xiao Yuchuan? He dared to insult you so brazenly!”

“Do you think I didn’t want to?” Chang Haotian glanced at the cup on the table, “Pour a cup of water.”

“Yes.” Chang Feng hurriedly poured water for his Master.

Chang Haotian’s hands trembled slightly as he sipped the water at a leisurely pace.

“Master, your hand…” Chang Feng’s voice beca cautious.

“You noticed,” Chang Haotian said, his eyes narrowing, “I wanted to tear Xiao Yuchuan’s bones apart, skin him alive, but suddenly my body went weak and I nearly fell. Xiao Yuchuan was probably the sa, or we would have started fighting much earlier. It took all my strength just to remain standing. Given this sudden weakness, needless to say, it must’ve been Qingyue who drugged both and Xiao Yuchuan. Since she didn’t want us to fight, I had to give her so face.”
