Nan Xian and Qing Dai were swept into a passageway, uncontrollably falling into darkness.

Faintly, they heard an excited voice.

It seed that they had crashed into sothing which they, together with that thing, continued to fall downward.

After a long ti, light appeared before their eyes.

"Where is this?"

Qing Dai got up, looking around in confusion.

The nearby trees were different from before—taller and denser—and the concentration of Spiritual Energy in the air was also much higher, entirely different from the barren world they had just left.

Beyond the woods, Qing Dai could sense the presence of many powerful Demon Beasts hiding.

"You...you...."

Suddenly, a middle-aged man in a green robe with a disheveled beard appeared beside them.

He pointed at Qing Dai, and then glanced at Nan Xian’s soul, his hands trembling.

"How did you fall down from there? I was almost there! I’ve waited for this day for over twenty years, and now you’ve ruined it!"

Towards the end, his eyes turned red.

"How would I know?"

Qing Dai frowned slightly, "We just wanted to find a cave to rest for the night. We hadn’t even entered when a burst of white light pulled us inside."

"That was a newly opened passage between two realms!"

Nan Xian had remained silent up until then.

He scrutinized the environnt, suspecting that they had arrived in the Cultivation World.

Previously, he and Qin Zhao had discussed that there was a path leading to the Cultivation World in Kunlun Mountain.

This level of the Cultivation World was higher than that of the Canglan Realm, rich in Spiritual Energy and resources, very suitable for advancing in cultivation.

"A passage between two realms? Are we in another world?"

Hearing Qing Dai’s question, the middle-aged man sighed.

"This is the Xuanhai World."

"I’ve heard of the Xuanhai World; there are especially many immortals who Ascended here."

Qing Dai’s eyes lit up; the Xuanhai World was a well-known place in the Lower Realm, having produced many powerful immortals.

"This place is much better than the Mortal World; why do you want to go there?"

"I want to find soone."

The middle-aged man said impatiently and then pushed Qing Dai aside.

"Move aside, let see if the passage can still be opened."

Nan Xian and Qing Dai stopped speaking, waiting for him to rediscover the passage.

They still needed to return to the Mortal World.

However, after waiting a long ti, there was no movent nearby.

"It’s over, the passage is closed."

The middle-aged man collapsed on the ground, his face ashen.

"I’ve waited over twenty years. Is this really the consequence?"

"Can’t the passage be reopened?"

Nan Xian looked at him gravely.

"If it were that simple, why would I have waited here for more than twenty years? My wife and daughter are still in that world, waiting for to bring them over!"

"Can’t you think of another way? We also need to go back."

Nan Xian felt a pang in his heart, as he still needed to find his disciple.

"Don’t talk to , seeing you annoys to death."

The middle-aged man ran his hands through his hair, ssing up his topknot.

"No, you have to help us go back."

"We also don’t know why we ended up here, we can only trouble you, senior."

Nan Xian and Qing Dai stood beside him, one on the left and one on the right, watching him.

"..."

He also wanted to get through quickly, but he couldn’t just conjure a portal imdiately.

"I need to go back and ask soone; maybe they know how."

Nan Xian and Qing Dai followed him, and in the course of their conversation, learned his na was Song Jian.

Over twenty years ago, he was severely injured and fell between two realms.

Song Jian landed in Kunlun Mountain by chance when a group of tourists happened to pass by, and a female tourist saved him.

This female tourist took him to the hospital and, unable to contact his family, she took care of him personally.

During that ti, they developed feelings for each other and even had a daughter.

Song Jian was the heir of a prominent family in the Xuanhai World and the most outstanding disciple within his sect.

After he went missing, his family and sect spent a great deal of effort to find him and finally located him in the Mortal World.

Song Jian originally wanted to bring his wife and daughter to live in the Xuanhai World, but his wife and daughter were ordinary people, and the elders in his family did not agree with their union.

In a fit of anger, Song Jian declared he would stay in the Mortal World and never return to the Xuanhai World.

When the elders in his family heard about this, they were extrely furious and personally ca to the Mortal World to bring him back.

From that point on, he was forced to be separated from his wife and daughter across two realms.

After hearing Song Jian’s story, Nan Xian couldn’t help but sigh.

"So you are going to find them now? Do your family elders know?"

"A few years ago, the old man ascended to the Immortal Realm, now he can’t control , I am already the Sect Leader."

Qing Dai curiously asked him, "How old are you now?"

"Over a hundred years old."

Song Jian ford his Core at twenty, and advanced to Nascent Soul at fifty.

Throughout the various Cultivation Worlds, this was considered an incredible Talent.

And after he was brought back from the Mortal World, in his anger he went into closed-door cultivation and soon ascended to Divinity Transformation.

Ascending to Divinity Transformation at just over a hundred years old was indeed a rarity.

As his father ascended to the Immortal Realm, he naturally beca the Sect Leader.

He was also the youngest Sect Leader in history.

"Cultivators over a hundred years old still look very young, so why do you look so old?"

He had a long beard, even knotted, and his hair was also a ss.

At first glance, Qing Dai even thought he was a shabby old man.

Little Princess Qing Dai was a bit obsessive-compulsive, really wanting to grab a comb and straighten out his hair and beard.

Many cultivators in Divinity Transformation who were several hundred years old still maintained a youthful and handso appearance.

His appearance, really, was a bit appalling.

"What do you know?" Song Jian touched his own beard, "I’m the only young Divinity Transformation big shot in Xuanhai World, I don’t know how many young won are eyeing outside.

I am a man with a wife and daughter, how can I let those people covet ?"

"..."

Nan Xian and Qing Dai, very synchronously, twitched their mouths.

Although this statent sounded odd, it oddly made so sense.

Song Jian first took them back to his sect, as he wanted to find an old friend.

This friend was skilled in the arts of Array and Barriers, and knew quite a bit about the passage between the two realms.

At the foot of Kunlun Mountain, Qin Zhao took Qin Wan to the hotel where she was staying.

"I haven’t traveled in a long ti, this ti we can relax together."

Qin Wan said to Qin Zhao with a smile.

"Mm."

Qin Zhao nodded her head.

These past few days, she noticed that Chu Yan’s trace was gone, not knowing what he was up to.

Her heart inexplicably felt a bit of loss.

Even though she verbally said she didn’t want to see him, her heart felt all sorts of discomfort when he truly wasn’t around.

Today, Qin Wan’s arrival had shifted her attention.

"When I was younger, I ca here several tis. I really like the natural scenery here; it makes one feel very comfortable."

From the hotel window, one could see the distant snowy mountains.

Qin Wan looked in that direction, her eyes inadvertently showing a hint of reminiscence.

"This place really does have a beautiful scenery."

As soon as Qin Zhao finished speaking, Qin Wan turned to look at her, "You were born on Kunlun Mountain."

"Ah? Why here?"

Qin Zhao was stunned for a mont, not quite catching on.

"I also bought a house here, just haven’t visited for many years."

Qin Wan smiled at her, her smile carrying a bit of bitterness.
