The figure kept walking, his steps slowed until he completely stopped, without turning back he said.

Rowayne wanted to say that, but looking at the figure’s eyes, filled with sorrow, the words were caught in his throat. And in the end he only managed to say

Rowayne was thrown into the dark waters, the darkness sucked him in, like a dry sponge sucking water
And he then heard the figure’s voice enter his ears.
"Do not doubt yourself, do not fear being shunned for being yourself, and look in the mirrors, they will show you the king’s influence... and take care."
And Rowayne drifted into the lightless depths of the dark sea.
"We must do your part, I will do mine, so you can do yours", Figure said as he gazed at the place the dark water was gathering.
Back in the lab.
The corpse had reached the chamber, it banged his rotting hand on the glass door, trying to open it but to no avail
Elder Norman, noticing this, opens the door remotely.
As the door opened, the black liquid, which was previously green, gushed out.
The corpse was pushed back by the flow, yet it kept moving towards Rowayne’s unguarded body, which was now laying on the floor and undergoing violent transformations.
It slowly crept up to Rowayne and did sothing no one expected.
It ripped out the flower from its back, the roots which were rooted deep within its body were also pulled out slowly.

The thumping heartbeat still echoed loudly, but there were no longer any outward changes.

anwhile on the surface of the dark waters where the water was pooling, a figure was manifesting.
A figure made up of the dark water, a hood hid his head, while face was smooth like a mask.
Side by side, the figure (manifested now) and the figure (the one who talked with Rowayne) looked identical, apart from one difference, a minor detail one would most certainly miss, if not looking closely.
One of the hands of the newly manifested figure was missing a pinky.
"You look like him, down to the missing finger, but you are not him, Even as strong as our king is, even he can’t extend his influence beyond one dinsional border, let alone two."

The figure(Adrian) manifested a sword out of dark waters and pointed it at the figure(king’s avatar).
"Even if for a mont, I have fought the king to a standstill. What makes you think that a re cheap copy can defeat "

12 wings sprouted from the figure(adrian)’s back, and it shot towards the figure(king’s avatar).
Shockwaves rocked through the realm as the two figures clashed.
Down in the depths of dark waters undisturbed by the chaos.
Rowayne was pulled deeper and deeper until he reached a place.
His head pulled out the waters as he started at the dark room, there were multiple doors in front of him.
Each door had a painting of a creature drawn on it.
He did not look at the doors, instead he looked down, at his own reflection which was more of a painting on black canvas.
He gently touched it and passed out.
He opened his eyes in the void.
In front of his eyes were two stars, one emitting dark purple light, other pure white light.
These stars were souls, of the figure and Roanne
The stars were violently clashing with each other, tearing each other apart.
Rowayne reaches out his hands.
The stars shrunk and fell into his hands.
A beam of light shot out from both stars and rged at the center– in front of Rowayne’s chest.
The collision resulted in the birth of a new stars, as the two stars lost their light and disappeared
The new star, light purple in color, shot towards Rowayne and settled into his chest.
On the surface of the dark waters
There was no change, except for the figures themselves
The figure (King’s avatar) was missing an arm and one side of its face was gone.
Its other arm was raised, its hand clutching on the neck of the figure (Adrian) who had its wings plucked off.
"I have done enough.. Haah", Figure(adrian ) said
As its figure started dissolving with the dark waters.
"Let’s die together!"
As it said, two massive Tsunamis rose from opposite directions, no they were not tsunamis, they were maws.
Before either figure could move, the maws close
