Very weird. Why did Kaylee feel like she saw Declan smile when she saw Letti smile at her? She seed to miss him so much that she thought she saw Declan in soone else.
Kaylee took her phone out of her pocket and tried to call Declan back. Declan doesn't answer her calls for the umpteenth ti, making her wonder if Declan decided to let her go?
Far away from the camping site, soone inside Kaylee's mind just arrived in front of the Zouch family residence. He noticed that his phone vibrated, indicating that soone was calling him.
A lopsided smile spread across his face when he saw a na printed on the screen of his phone. Kaylee must have missed him, just as much as he had missed her.
Kaylee had been trying to reach him for the past few days, but not as vigorously as he had hoped. The girl only called him once or twice a day. In fact, the girl had not contacted him at all when Declan had given her three days in advance.
If Kaylee had called him in those three days, Declan would have picked up directly. Alas, three days had passed, and Kaylee just rembered calling him a few days ago. In the end, Declan decided not to see the girl.

"Fear? What fear?"
