Chapter 298: Chapter 298 - My Queen, Please Call Security

Robin mustered a forced smile, feeling utterly helpless and regretting not insisting on being discharged.

If he had, these won would never have gained access to the villa, and their unneeded faces would not be seen here.

"Dad, please, I promise I won’t allow any non-family mber near

again," Robin said solemnly, his voice filled with determination.

Sabrina couldn’t help but chuckle, relieved to see Robin distancing himself from the very things he used to seek solace in.

"Well, I’m glad to be considered a family mber. Now, what exactly happened?" Cobby asked, as he took Sabrina’s seat after she moved to sit on the bed next to Robin.

They took turns explaining the whole ordeal to Cobby, leaving him visibly surprised.

"I always had a feeling that guy was trouble, but I never imagined he would stoop to such lows," Cobby finally uttered, his voice filled with disbelief.

Robin chid in,

"Well, he will pay for his actions once we’re done with him."

Thoughts of various ways to make Martin suffer raced through Robin’s mind, wondering if the despicable man would even have the strength to endure it.

So, do you have soone to take care of you after you’re discharged tomorrow?" Cobby inquired, seizing the opportunity to persuade Sabrina to return to the villa.

Unbeknownst to him, she had already made up her mind.

"Dad, how can you even ask that when I’m right here? I’ll take care of him," she responded solemnly.

Cobby smiled, sensing that Sabrina didn’t quite grasp his true intentions.

"But it would be stressful for you to move between the mansion, the villa, and the office," he pointed out, attempting to conceal his true motives.

"Dad, I’ll take care of him from the villa. And as for this week, you should give

the days off, and I’ll resu work next Monday," she proposed.

Sabrina wasn’t certain when Robin would fully recover, which was why she phrased it that way, unsure if they would be able to make it to France and Ro.

"So, you’ll be commuting from the mansion to the villa every day?" Cobby knowingly questioned.

Sabrina pondered for a mont and replied, "No. I’ll move into the villa."

"Is it permanent?" Robin asked, his voice filled with glee.

He didn’t want anyone’s help to win her back to the villa, but given his condition and her willingness to take care of him, he couldn’t resist taking advantage of the situation to have her move in with him again.

There was a mont of silence as Sabrina pondered her decision, reflecting on her past experiences of living with Robin.

Despite the bad mories associated with the villa, there were also so

new mories they had created together, which were quite positive.

The smile on Robin’s face almost faded as he awaited her response. Finally, she replied,

"I’m still considering it. Let’s see how the one week goes."

Robin smiled, determined to do everything in his power to make her stay.

Cobby was pleased with the arrangent, confident that Sabrina would finally find the happiness she had never experienced in her marriage before.

"I will leave now, but I believe Matilda should be back with your clothes. Your sister seems to have lost her mind ever since she fell in love. Tsk, tsk, she refused to go and bring you any clothes," Cobby chuckled, a hint of amusent in his voice.

He was thrilled that all three of his children had found love and eagerly anticipated hearing the wedding bells, especially since Lizzy had recently shared news of her engagent.

This was her first ti sleeping over anywhere other than the mansion or her brother’s penthouse.

She used the excuse of taking care of Daniel, even though he didn’t seem to need it.

"It’s not her fault, Dad. It’s Daniel. He won’t let her, but it’s okay. Lizzy found happiness, and I’m happy for her," Sabrina said with a smile.

Cobby was relieved that the sisters understood each other and was confident that no man would co between them this ti, like Sabrina had abandoned her family because of Robin before.

"Then I’ll leave now and also let that woman know that Robin doesn’t want to see her."

Both Robin and Sabrina nodded in agreent. After the door was shut, Robin asked,

"Can I have another kiss? I can’t get over the first one."

Sabrina smiled shyly but didn’t refuse him. As she moved closer to him, just before their lips t again, there was a knock on the door.

It pushed open, and Matilda and Devin walked in with a bag for Sabrina, containing all her necessities. Devin had an extra bag for Robin.

"I got this for you."

"Thanks, Devin. I completely forgot about needing clothes with the hospital gown," Robin chuckled, and Sabrina felt a twinge of embarrassnt for not considering that.

Devin smiled and replied,

"Don’t worry, I’ve got your back. Get well soon, and good night."

As Devin reached the door with Matilda, Sabrina noticed that he was blocking soone from entering.

She could hear the desperation in the woman’s voice as she pleaded,

"It’s urgent that I see him."

Recognizing the voice, Sabrina frowned a little and said, "Let her in."

Devin didn’t argue and opened the door, allowing Shandra to walk in with her hands full of gifts.

She dropped them on the table, a little distance away from the bed, before approaching Robin.

For so reason, Devin remained at the doorway while Shandra anxiously asked Robin,

"How are you feeling? I went to your office earlier to discuss business, but they told

you wouldn’t be there. I had to insist to find out that you’re here, so I bought a few things you might need before coming over."

Shandra ranted as if she and Robin had a special connection.

While her presence was causing irritation in Robin’s deanor, he spoke with annoyance,

"Shandra, please leave."

Robin saw no need to repeat what he had already told her, knowing it would be fruitless so this ti, he was straightforward.

"Robin..."

"Now," Robin interrupted her before adding, "and take those things with you."

"Ro..." Robin was upset and didn’t want to argue any longer. He turned to Sabrina and said,

"My queen, please call security."

Sandra was seething with anger. Finally, she glared at Sabrina and said,

"We need to talk."
