The news that Yan Sijue has a son quickly spread throughout the Yan Family.

With his unique status and position, anything that happens to him could attract the attention of everyone in the Yan Family, especially sothing as significant as a son suddenly appearing.

The existence of this child, for the rest of the Yan Family, was certainly not good news, but they had no choice but to accept it. Even Old Sir Yan recognized the child’s status, so who else had the right to object?

Yan Sijue didn’t deliberately conceal this information, but he didn’t rashly introduce Xiaoze either; instead, he protected him well. Although the Yan Family knew he had a son, only a few had actually seen Xiaoze.

Xiaoze had to separate from Great Grandpa and live with his Daddy.

Yan Sijue was quite attentive to this son who suddenly appeared, so much so that he caught up on parenting theories. He had soone set up a literary atmosphere-rich room for Xiaoze, filled with various gifts. Initially, Xiaoze was quite excited and opened them one by one, only to find Transforrs and Ultraman, making his little face almost twisted.

What kind of taste does his Daddy have! Does he think he likes these?

Fuming, Xiaoze went to theorize with Yan Sijue.

At that ti, Yan Sijue was assigning tasks to the newly appointed butler. Seeing his son coming with toys in his hands, looking displeased, he imdiately dropped what he was doing and asked, "What’s wrong? You don’t like these?"

Xiaoze blinked: "Daddy, did you like these toys when you were little?"

Yan Sijue raised an eyebrow: "Of course not."

When he was Xiaoze’s age, every day he fought fiercely with others for a handful of food, where was the opportunity for toys?

Hearing this, Xiaoze sighed: "Then, Daddy, why do you think I would like these?"

Yan Sijue frowned.

He had an abnormal childhood, so he couldn’t judge today’s children by his past thoughts. He specifically caught up on this, learned that children Xiaoze’s age usually like fantasy and heroes. Though he scoffed at it, for his son’s ntal health—well, to please his son, he specially had the butler prepare these, but it seed, this boy didn’t appreciate them?

It seems his son isn’t on the usual path either...

"What do you like then?" Yan Sijue folded his hands, humbly asking for advice.

"Just a good configuration laptop would do." Xiaoze placed the Transforrs and Ultraman on the floor, "Also, I don’t read those hero comics..."

Yan Sijue adapted quickly: "Alright, list the books you want, and I’ll have soone buy them for you."

Xiaoze smiled and nodded: "Okay, thank you, Daddy."

"However," Yan Sijue changed the subject, "you seem to have a knack for computers?"

"Um, sort of." Xiaoze smiled shyly.

"Are you the hacker codenad Poseidon?" Yan Sijue squinted his eyes.

"Uh..." Seeing his Daddy already found out, Xiaoze had to admit, "Yes, that’s ."

Yan Sijue chuckled aningfully: "I couldn’t tell, you’re not just ordinarily smart."

"Daddy’s flattering ," Xiaoze humbly replied, not forgetting to flatter, "After all, I’m Daddy’s son!"

Yan Sijue chuckled in amusent.

It seems his son truly is a genius.

"Was it you who orchestrated my kidnapping back then?" Yan Sijue crossed his arms, looking at him expressionlessly.

Xiaoze felt guilty: "Well...Daddy, you should thank , if not for , how would you have had the chance to et Mommy..."

Yan Sijue’s mouth twitched.

"Looks like you’ve known I was your Daddy for a while? Mu Yiliang never hid it from you?" He raised an eyebrow.

"Oh, Mommy didn’t tell , I figured it out myself." Xiaoze smiled.

Yan Sijue looked at him intently: "In that case, I indeed should thank you."

"No need, no need," Xiaoze waved his hand pretending to be humble.

Recalling the entire origin and outco of that kidnapping, Yan Sijue once again realized that this boy’s maturity was beyond what he had imagined.

Though he never worried about having no successors, having such an excellent heir still made him very happy.

"Any other requests, feel free to bring them up." Yan Sijue felt particularly good at this ti, "As long as I can make it happen."

Xiaoze thought for a mont, carefully asking: "Um, Daddy...can you forgive Mommy?"

Yan Sijue’s expression imdiately darkened, the good mood he had just disappeared!

"It’s not about whether I want to forgive her or not." He cracked his knuckles, "The problem is, she just doesn’t care!"

Would that woman be concerned about him not forgiving her? No, it’s impossible!

The fact she could be so ruthless showed she didn’t care about his attitude towards her! Maybe she just wanted to make him give up!

"Uh...what I an is, Daddy, you shouldn’t give up because of this..." Xiaoze sighed, "I know Mommy, I don’t think she would do that."

Yan Sijue pressed his lips and said nothing.

"These years, though she doesn’t admit it verbally, her actions reveal she never forgot about you, Daddy." Xiaoze wandered, "I’ve seen her secretly keeping up with your news many tis. No one understands the history of FIS’s developnt better than Mommy, so there must be so misunderstanding in here."

Yan Sijue was slightly taken aback.

He knew very well that the evidence Mu Yiliang took away was actually forged. Could it be that woman figured this out?

But even if that’s the case, it proves nothing. Even if she didn’t really intend to doom him, she still was eager to draw a line with him, unwilling to accept his help, unwilling to have the slightest connection with him.

He also didn’t want to give up, but if Mu Yiliang simply didn’t love him, he could pursue her, let her fall in love with him, but now, the problem is she refuses to love him and avoids him like the plague, the more he does, the more she resists.

"About your Mommy and , don’t get involved." He ruffled Xiaoze’s hair, "I know you’re smart, but so things can’t be explained by logic."

Xiaoze sighed again: "But Daddy, do you really have to fight Mommy for custody? What if Mommy wants to take away, what then?"

Yan Sijue squinted, sneered: "She can’t even protect herself, how does she have the right to take you?"

Xiaoze said pitifully: "But I can’t bear to be without Mommy..."

Yan Sijue raised his eyebrow: "You can tell her that yourself, at least the door here is always open for her, she just doesn’t want to co in!"
