It took about ten days for Baunt to return to town. During this ti, Heinald had continued to brew potions for the organization on a daily basis. Dane and the others spent their ti observing around as usual.

When Dane reported the Baunt's return to Heinald through the Communication Crystal, he imdiately left the organization's underground building unnoticed and rode into Penrith Town. When he reached the town and entered the house, he found everyone pensive. Everyone's eyes were staring at sothing.

"Have you brought news from your clan?" Heinald went up to Baunt and asked.

"Yes, I brought an offer." Baunt sounded.

"You will not like it." Dane murmured.

"My grandmother and a few Level 1 Ainsars from our clan will co here to help us, but in return, whatever the source of Dark Energy is, she will take it." Baunt looked around. "You will get all the other resources of the organization."

"I've spent all the ti I've been here for the source of that Dark Energy." said Heinald sternly.

"Maybe." Baunt shrugged recklessly. "That's the offer, we won't get anything if you don't accept it.

A cold gleam passed in Heinald's eyes and he looked at everyone in the house one by one. Everyone was assessing the situation and the offer with a serious facial expression. What Baunt said was true, if they didn't agree they wouldn't be able to launch a raid and they would just keep wasting ti here. But a source of Dark Energy that was felt throughout the region was too much of a value. Maybe even hundreds of tis more valuable than the resources the Awakened Nightmare organization had.

There would be a great injustice.

"I do not accept." After much thought, Heinald shook his head.

"So what about you?" Baunt began to look after Dane and the others.

"We've lost a lot of ti here and now we need to get so resources." Dane murmured.

"Well then, there's no point in staying here any longer if you won't be with us." Baunt gave Heinald a cold look.

"Is that so? Do you know the entrance and the pathways to the underground building?" Heinald gave Baunt a disdainful glance.

"We can knock their entrance down." Baunt said confidently.

"Maybe, but they will be the ones who defending, and it's clear that if you attack directly, you're going to lose. I should also ntion that I discovered a secret entrance to the building the other day." Heinald smiled faintly, but the cold look in his eyes did not go away.

"So what is it you want?" Baunt eyed him for a while, then narrowed his eyes and asked.

"I want 60% percent of the resources of the organization and Arkana Stones worth of 25% of Dark Energy source." Heinald paused for a mont and then continued. "In the end, I still take the biggest risk."

"Heinald, are we just getting a forty percent reward?" Mady frowned and looked at Heinald.

"As I said, I took the biggest risk among you. I assu no one will deny that..." Heinald eyed everyone one by one.

"Lets accept it! It's clear we won't get anything if we don't..." Dane looked at Morena, Ruske, and Mady in turn.

He saw them all shake their heads reluctantly.

"So be it! My grandmother will accept this offer." Baunt eyed Heinald coldly.

The ti of the raid that night was set a month later. During this ti, everyone would prepare for the raid. Baunt's grandmother and so clan mbers would co to this house with him. Dane and the others were also going to Jusen City to take care of so of their needs.

Heinald also wanted to go to Jusen City to et so of his needs, but he had potions to deliver every day and he couldn't brew potions during the journey. So he made potions nonstop for a few nights and delivered them en masse.

Then, he traveled to Jusen City.

When Heinald went to Jusen City, he bought the ingredients to brew Eitruis and Astol's Caustic Poison Potion. He did not neglect to buy a few Uthus Cores, as it was unclear when it would be needed. He then returned to Penirith Town again, without lingering in the city.

The raid was less than half a month away when he returned to Penirith Town.

Stepping into the town's ominous ambiance, he saw Baunt approaching from afar. However, Baunt was incapable of seeing him at long distance. Only the moonlight above dissipated the darkness a little.

With the idea that ca to Heinald's mind, he imdiately tied his horse to one of the fences standing there. After using his energy concealnt technique, he made himself invisible in the shadows with Shadow Powder and started walking slowly through the shadows.

He was curious and wanted to know where Baunt had visited. So he would secretly wait for him until he left the house, then try to follow him.

By the ti Heinald got near the house, Dane and the others had gone out too.

"Have you considered my offer?" Baunt looked at them and asked.

"An offer?" Heinald repeated to himself.

"We've decided to accept it. You're right that the reward Heinald requested is too much, if the raid is successful we'll eliminate him." Dane spoke in a serious voice.

"You made the right decision." Baunt smiled slyly.

"But Heinald is not an idiot." Dane glanced around and continued. "He'll want to make a Blood Agreent."

"It's okay, we'll give him the agreent he wants." Baunt let out a low laugh.

"Hmm?" Dane narrowed his eyes.

"See this? My grandma gave it to ." Baunt took a piece of paper out of the pocket of his robe." This is a Turesol Paper, quite rare and very valuable. A Blood Agreent made on this paper is not actually valid, but it feels like it's valid to the parties. Only a Level 2 Ainsar or stronger being can detect the trick of this paper."

"How do we know you won't use it against us?" Ruske asked.

"You can draw the Blood Seal on any paper you want." Baunt shrugged carelessly. He didn't see any problem in letting them prepare the Blood Agreent.

"Co in!" Dane nodded and pointed to the house.

Heinald just stood there in the shadows. His eyes were focused on a single point and he was completely still. After staying in the sa position for a few minutes, he slowly began to clenched his fist. A sharp and dangerous look appeared in his eyes.

"In the world of Ainsar, interest always prevails over friendships." Heinald muttered a phrase he heard from his grandfather years ago. He thought Dane and the others were good people, he had never seen these faces of them. If he had not learned the truth by chance, perhaps he would have been killed by them unexpectedly in the future.

Heinald left with cold eyes and went straight to Lokdown Town, a town quite close to Penrith Town, and rented a house there. He spent the remaining days there brewing so potions he would need and devising a plan.He would repent of those who made treacherous plans against him no matter what!

The days passed quickly, and the appointed day for the raid arrived. Heinald had occasionally visited the organization's underground building and observed the situation there. After it beca clear that Erald and three other mbers of the organization died in the explosion, security asures were increased in the underground building. In particular, Kroll did not believe that his son had died due to a formation error, but he could not find any evidence to the contrary.

The sun was high when Heinald reached Penrith Town to reunite with Dane and the others. The town was as quiet and gloomy as ever, the sunlight filtering through the clouds not being enough to fully dissipate the gloomy ambiance.

"The big day is here, are you ready?" When Dane saw Heinald coming, he greeted him.

"I am ready." Heinald smirked.

"Good! I hope Baunt and his clan will get here before nightfall."

Dane and Heinald chatted as they used to, not revealing anything to each other. However, they both had plans in mind for each other. When the ti ca, plans would begin to be implented and only one would be able to succeed.

A few hours later the door of the house opened and Baunt ca in and spoke hastily. "My grandmother and my clan are waiting for us at the back of town. She didn't co here because she didn't want to attract attention, so we have to be careful if we're going to raid."

"Well, get these potions before you go. These potions will make your fire-based spells more effective." Heinald gave everyone two Low-Level Fire Effect Potions. Then he gave them small bottles containing a water-like liquid. "These bottles contain a cleanse liquid. If you don't need to drink it before consuming the second potion, you will run into unpleasant side effects because you use it repeatedly."
