Chapter 775: Everything Has Changed

Ye Jian1 regained her senses while listening to him speaking lazily, and she smiled: “There’s no need, as long as sir is here, I doubt they’ll be that bold to co back.”
She didn’t call him ‘Brother Zi’ in vain, she could imdiately notice how the complexion of Old Granny Ye’s face changed, she wasn’t able to maintain her amiable look on her wrinkled face and it crumbled away.

Since he had already agreed to it, he must definitely act like it, giving the young lady so advice was just sothing he could do by moving his mouth.
From what she heard about Hou Zi from Big Boss, he was a very ruthless person and not a nosy person. However, the Hou Zi, in front of her, doesn’t seem like a selfish person. At the very least, he was quite caring when it concerned certain people.
For example, Xia Jinyuan2, and the VIP cardholder — Miss Xia, the reason he stepped forward today and helped her out, must be because he was doing it on behalf of the two of them.
With a smile and being polite, she spoke with a calm tone without trying to act close: “Thank you, sir, for your reminder, I will keep that in mind.”

“Nope, I don’t.” Ye Jian’s heart clenched gently, and Third Master Hou has such keen senses! He must’ve noticed her slightly dazed look, that’s why he asked such a sudden question.
Recalling the mory about the person whom she hadn’t found for the last few years of her life had now suddenly appeared, thinking about it, she still found it hard to believe.
Because, since she started being in contact with Xia Jinyuan, a lot of things have changed, stuff that was difficult for her to accomplish in the past were solved so quickly now. And so people, though they were hard to get in contact with, in this life, they were right in front of her.
Everything had finally changed; life was filled with challenges; it was also filled with lots of uncertainty.
