It was tiring. And though the work was far from done, that was the best Nathaniel could do to save everyone from trouble.
"What happened? Where is the witch? Were you not able to get your hands on her? Did Elliana kill her and her powers got activated? Why couldn’t we see anything through the crystal ball?" Kadakali asked one after the other as soon as Nath returned to the realm.
"I wish I could say everything was fine. As Elliana is growing old, her powers are not trying to break free. It’s hectic, aren’t they?" Nath sighed.
"This is not the answer to our questions, Nath. What did you do?" They looked at him apprehensively.
"The witch was taken by that vampire prince’s man. She is under their custody. I am sure they’ll break her in every way possible to get the answers. That’s why I put my spell on her mouth and mind. She won’t speak anything about Elliana or what she was doing there," Nath said, and the witches breathed a sigh of relief.
"What about Elliana? What did you do to her?" They asked, and Nath looked out of the window at the large clouds that were flowing right by their window.
"I did what was the need of the situation. I influx my dark energy inside Elliana’s head," Nath said.
"You did what?" Arizona asked as soon as she entered the hall, and Nath looked away.
"I had to do sothing to get her into control. Just because you got her a pendant, doesn’t an you can suppress the dominating evilness in her heart for long. She is bound to be destructive, Arizona," Nath stood from his place.
"You think so?"
"I believe so," Nath murmured.
"Yeah? And what I think is that you did it because it was becoming hard for you to see Elliana getting closer to that leech prince," Jalizana said, and everything stilled.
They didn’t need to look into his eyes to see what he was feeling. His aura was crystal clear.
"And what I think is that if I were you, I wouldn’t run my mouth just like that," Nath turned to them before controlling his anger.
"Elliana is unconscious for now. You should think about what you are going to do if that dark energy gripped her mind and showed a part of the mory that we worked so hard to erase," Nath walked out of the hall to take a walk and calm his raging heart.
anwhile, at the sa ti, Sebastian walked inside the other inn around five kiloters away from the inn in which Elliana and her friends were staying.
Sebastian’s gaze swept over Lucas, who imdiately rushed to open the door.
"We have tried asking her about the truth nurous tis, but she isn’t answering anything," Lucas stood aside, and Sebastian walked inside.
His gaze settled on the girl tied to copper chains.
Her mouth was gagged with a special kind of herb that would stop her from using her magic for the ti being she was here and won’t allow her to disappear into thin air.
Her eyes were blindfolded so she wouldn’t be able to use her witch manipulation on anyone.
Sebastian didn’t make a noise. He just sat there on the chair in front of her, his dangerous presence making Silvia whimper.
She didn’t need to be told twice that she was in front of the nad devil of the vampire Kingdom.
His gaze moved to Lucas once again, and the subordinate quickly rushed to the girl before yanking off her blindfold and gag.
Sebastian leaned back in his chair before sighing.
"I... I, please leave . I am not at fault. I have no idea what’s going on, and-" Sebastian tore the plastic wrapper that Lucas handed him and wore the surgical gloves.
Silvia stopped. For so reason, her intuition told her that speaking imdiately wasn’t a good decision, and Sebastian’s hard gaze didn’t prove her wrong.
He observed her like a predator observing his prey. Like a psychopath observing his next play ga.
His eyes appeared so dark that they were almost looking like red ink. His fangs weren’t elongated despite the redness in his eyes.
His muscular calloused hands rested against the armchair.
"I’ll ask you five questions. Honestly and precise answer. I don’t like wasting my ti," Sebastian said before he grabbed the blunt knife that Lucas handed to her.
Silvia’s entire form was trembling like a leaf trembling in the wind.
She was shivering in fear. No. was terror.
And who wouldn’t? Anyone would be pissing their pants when t with a devil like this.
Sebastian didn’t ask any questions for a good minute before he placed the sharp edge of the knife and dug it into her shoulders, making her wince and whimper, small screams leaving her mouth.
"Quiet," one single syllable, and Silvia’s scream turned into controlled whimpers.
"This is to let you know this is not a joke," Sebastian said before he licked the blood of the dagger.
"Disgusting as always," He seethed.
"Who sent you? Why did you co here? Who were you trying to trap? Since how long have you been observing us? What happened to the original holder of the body?" Sebastian asked the five questions after the warning.
Miss Gertrude sent her. To check the identity and importance of the human Elliana Heart. Only here to gather information. She arrived three hours ago. The original girl is dead.
All the answers were ready on the tip of her mouth. She wanted to give the answers and save her life, but no matter how much she tried, nothing ca out.
"Were my words not loud enough, Lucas?" Sebastian asked, and Lucas scoffed at the witch.
"They were loud enough for everyone to hear, sir," he said.
"Well, but she is still not replying. What should we do in that case?" A dark sinister smile appeared on Sebastian’s face as he played with the tip of the sharp knife.
Lucas knew what was about to happen next. The torture of the devil was about to start, and he suppressed the urge to turn around.
****Trigger warning- gore content, including, blood and murder****
"Are you not able to speak? Cat got your tongue? Or is it loyalty?" he paused, looking at the girl observant.
"I have a soft corner for loyal subordinates," Sebastian said, and Silvia thought she could jump onto the opportunity.
"It’s loyalty," Silvia said, and Lucas closed his eyes with a sigh.
"So if you were to tell the na of your master, you won’t?" Sebastian smirked coldly.
Silvia froze in her place. What did she do? She should’ve known. He was playing gas with her. She dug her own grave. If she said yes, she would be disloyal, and if she said no, Sebastian might kill him imdiately.
"I will," Silvia murmured.
"You didn’t do your research on while entering the area I was in, no?" Sebastian sighed before he raised his hand holding the knife and brought it down with a swift motion.
"Ahhh!" Silvia scread, making Sebastian chuckle darkly.
"It didn’t even touch your skin, girl. I hate pretentious people the most. You are a liar," Sebastian sighed at her trembling form.
"Are you that scared? Should I give you a good reason to be scared?" He asked, his eyes not even concealing the death truth.
"Since you love screaming. Then scream for ," Sebastian said before he raised her hand and broke her wrist.
Silvia’s face turned pale before an antagonizing scream reverberated in the room.
"Are you going to answer my question now?" Sebastian asked.
"Still a no?" He asked, the iris of his eyes turning a darker shade of scarlet now. It was now showing the tints of black and Lucas knew this was nowhere going well.
"I guess you want to scream a bit more," Sebastian said before he raised his hand, and stabbed Silvia’s left eye.
Blood splashed on his face and mask, and Lucas inhaled a shaky breath, his heart skipping a beat. No amount of training and being with Sebastian has made him used to the kind of ways Sebastian uses torture.
"Ahhhh! Aahhhh!" The girl scread the loudest she could.
"I did a ssy job, didn’t I? Let pull it out properly," he said before using his town fingers and thumb to pull it out he stabbed their eye and her whole body flailed uncontrollably as she fell to the side, trying her best to open her hands.
"Ahhh!" hot tears spilled from her remaining h eyes as her vision blurred with blood.
"Are you going to answer now?" Sebastian asked, least fazed by her screams, a bored emotion in his eyes.
"What’s your master’s na?"
"M-madam Ge-Gertrude," Silvia said, and Sebastian humd.
"So you know how to answer the questions but you are selectively staying quiet about those questions? Why?" Sebastian asked, making a humming sound as the girl whimpered on the ground, the blood from her eyes staining the ground as it made a ss with her moving body.
"This pain must be antagonizing, no? Do you want to take the pain away?" Sebastian asked.
The royal vampires, especially the most powerful ones have the capability to heal. Everyone knows that.
"Please, help ," the witch whimpered, the loss of her blood making her true form appear slowly, and Sebastian humd.
He grabbed the back of her neck and pulled her close. Their faces were only inches away.
Silvia looked at the man in horror. The vision was blurred, but she could still feel the coldness reverberating in his eyes. They held nothing, just pure death.
"Allow ," Sebastian’s eyes were manipulating, and before the witch could realize what was happening, Sebastian’s knife dug deeper into her back, making tears fall from her right eye.
"Let give you a new pain to forget the earlier one," he paused before grabbing her jaws in a steel-like grip as he wanted to break her jaws too.
"You shouldn’t have touched what’s mine. That fucking human girl belongs to , mine to touch, mine to care, mine to spoil, and mine to torture. She is fucking mine. So how dare you take her attention from ? How dare you try to take away the ti she could have used to hold ? Why the hell was her first instinct to grab your neck and not mine?" Sebastian’s voice was void of emotion, almost maniacal.
