Liohi awoke at the asscrack of dawn.
Please don’t mind that phrase, it’s just the author putting out his usual unfunny in-real-life phrases in writing as he continues to lose his sanity.
While the glorious haze of sunlight crept through the windows, Liohi opened his eyes as he viewed it with awe from the right side of the bed.
"Another day..." he muttered.
"Good morning, Master," was the quick, soft response at the opposite side of the bed, and he turned around.
"Oh, good morning, Shiho-"
He stopped talking as soon as he took a good look at the top half of Shihon’s naked body.
She lay on her front side as her exposed breasts squished onto the bedsheets. She rested her head on her folded arms, giving him a seductive side eye as her enchanting eyes peered into his soul.
The lower half of her body was covered by the thick bed covers, but she teased her full sexual appearance by slowly tugging away at the part where her broad hips laid, while licking her lips and flashing a cute smile.
"That was a pretty busy night that we had together, Master. Did you sleep well? Because I certainly did after all that pounding."
"E-E.....EH!!!????"
If Tezukumo-sensei wasn’t inadequate at writing smut, we could’ve had a perfect "’The Magical Beast Won’t Leave Alone!’ if it was a good web novel" statent by now. Sha.
Unable to process anything, Liohi’s brain went into overheating as he scrambled out of bed and quickly inspected himself.
M-My clothes are still on....so why is she saying...? Wait a minute.
He gave her a suspicious glance, but Shihon refused to break as she slowly crawled towards him, dragging the bed cover with her and inching closer towards his body.
"Ah well, sense you don’t rember it clearly, maybe we should relive last night’s performance, shall we, Master?"
Now within arms length, she gracefully and smoothly let the tip of her right index finger touch the middle of his chest and drag downwards towards his boxers, but-
Her nose twitched, and the flick from Liohi’s fingers onto her forehead ca instantly.
"OUCH!"
"I hope that you’re at least better at making the bed today than at lying, cause you’re a horrible liar," he snapped. "I’m a light sleeper now, thanks to you, so I know that we didn’t do anything."
Still that was a close one, he thought as he held his head in resignation.
"Tch....why you..."
"Why the hell did you even take off your clothes, anyway?"
"I think that I’m starting to feel much more comfortable sleeping naked...oh."
"What now?"
"You’re hard."
"Wha-!?"
Leaping back with both of his hands covering his crotch, Liohi winced while Shihon roared with laughter before giving him a smug look as she cupped her breasts with her hands.
"Whaaaat’s wrong? Looks like you did enjoy that!"
"I-It’s simply a natural reaction! Now, can you please stop trying to seduce as if you’re in heat and help fix the damn bed?"
"Ugh...you’re not really a fun husband, you know."
"Hus-!? Where are our wedding rings at, then?"
Shihon held up her right hand, and surprisingly enough, there was a clear plastic circular object that encircled her ring finger while she teased him with a puckered face.
"WHERE DID YOU EVEN GET- HAH!?"
And sohow, there was one on his ring finger, too.
"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU BE DOING WHEN I’M SLEEPING!?"
Not much of a true light sleeper, are you, Liohi?

"Chew and swallow your breakfast before eating, Shihon."
In the dining room, Shihon quickly gulped and leaned forward, trying to entice Liohi with her sudden puppy dog eyes.
"Are we really going to have to cut off most of your ti that we spend on our dates-"
"Our outings together?" he clarified while interjecting, and then nodded silently, leaving the Magical Beast Girl with a sour taste in her mouth.
It was a hard pill to swallow, but there was no doubt that there would be a huge increase in surveillance within Polar Town.
"If things get really bad, then we might have to consider moving," Liohi muttered, "Although explaining why to the Chief will be a hassle, and I really don’t want to include anyone into the ss that we could be in right now."
"I-I’m sorry, Master, I-"
"I already told you to stop apologizing, didn’t I?" he told her. "You rely got caught in sothing that you barely had any control over. We’ll cross that bridge when we get there."
"...Okay."
"Good, well, I’m finished with breakfast, so now I’m gonna head out to the grocery store. I’ll be back in only thirty minutes, so stay here and be a good Beast Girl, okay."
"O-Okay, Master."
She very much disliked the idea of not being around her Master when she could be enjoying the ti spent with him outside, but unfortunately, it had to be done, so she decided not to complain abot it this ti.
Well, that was until she spotted a familiar layer of clothing under his coat and quickly tugged at his hand, forcing him to look at her once more.
"Shihon...?"
"Where are you really going, Master?"
"....Pardon?"
"You heard ."
S-Shit.
He groaned internally, taking a peek at Shihon’s haunting glare that seed to persecute him.
And with that, he easily crumbled under the pressure.
"Im...gonna do a job for a client that just texted ..."
"Haaah...okay."
Huh? ’Okay’? That’s it?
Usually, she would bawl and cry so that she could simply gain the chance to stick by his side when it ca to this, but this ti she had given up pretty easily.
Thinking that it was because she was still feeling guilty about what she believed she had caused, Liohi averted his eyes and prepared to exit.
I’ll still try to be back ho in about an hour, so keep your head up."
"Ugh, alright."
With that, he left, and Shihon imdiately slumped onto her knees.
Just kill already.
The pain of missing out on being in her Master’s company for an extra hour was too much.
I already miss him. Fuck off.
As if waiting for him to return early, she crawled over to the front door and silently waited for a few minutes.
Suddenly-
Knock! Knock!
-Her eyes lit up, and a smile erged as her heart began to race.
Wait, huh!? He’s back already!?
With a triumphant emotion bubbling within her, she imdiately opened the door without any hesitation.
"WELCO BAAAAA....aaaaaa.....ah?"
"U-Um...h-hello..."
She stared at the figure, perplexed, shocked, surprised, and a bit fearful.
"...Margaret...?"
