Adelle lowered his voice and asked, "Are you joking? Ten million Gold Coins?"

"Can’t you co up with it?" Jones quietly retorted.

"No, I can. But in cash, it’s impossible. No one would keep ten million Gold Coins at ho. Do you expect to sell off things? That would be humiliating."

"But you want to be my ally, don’t you? My allies should be able to solve this little problem. The concept of the Lich King might be much bigger than you think. If you can’t co up with ten million Gold Coins at once, then you should find a way for the Werewolf to win. This is the minimum standard for being my ally."

Adelle was stunned for a mont and then slightly widened his eyes as he looked at Jones, "You want to keep her alive?"

Jones didn’t answer, just quietly watched Adelle.

"She’s just a slave, and a Werewolf at that. I originally planned to arrange for her to win continuously, with the final reward being your blessing of Holy Light. Werewolves are dark creatures too, they fear Holy Light. Executing a Werewolf under your Holy Light would be very shocking and would greatly enhance your prestige."

"What did she do wrong?"

"What?"

"I asked you, what did she do wrong? If I’m not mistaken, her only ’cri’ was being captured and sold as a slave. That’s not a cri. Do you know how Gray... I an, my foster father, beca the Lich King? What do you take Holy Light for, asking to execute an innocent person? Even though I do not one hundred percent believe in Holy Light, I would feel you are insulting ."

Adelle fell silent and turned his face to look at the Werewolf standing in the center, with his back to Jones.

The unknowing Werewolf was standing in the center, looking at him, waiting for the signal to start the ga.

Dora’s gaze kept flitting between Jones and Adelle, and the other Brotherhood mbers also looked at the two of them, making the entire arena quiet.

After a while, Adelle softly said, "I think there might be so misunderstandings between us."

"I have no misunderstandings about you. I am of the Blood Clan myself, and I wouldn’t have any misunderstandings about the Blood Clan. But you might really have so misunderstandings about ," Jones replied.

Pressed his lips together, Adelle sighed lightly, "Alright, I understand. When I was investigating you, I did learn a bit about faith. To be honest, I didn’t believe that soone of the Blood Clan would have a belief in the light. I thought it was just... just a front. Now I see that I indeed misunderstood. Anyway, please believe that I sincerely want you as an ally. Since you ca, I assu you also need as an ally. Although we might need a bit of adjustnt between us. Your identity is very special, and if I did anything that made you dissatisfied, I hope you can directly point it out to avoid greater misunderstandings. Can you?"

Jones hesitated, then nodded.

Turning his face away, Adelle glanced at the other six Brotherhood mbers, then loudly said, "That’s it for today. Sorry, brothers, our brother Jones really likes this Werewolf. I don’t know why he likes her, but he just likes her. So, I plan to gift her to our brother Jones. Since it’s a gift, she can’t participate in the competition anymore. What if she got injured and lost her charm?"

Saying this, Adelle grinned at Jones, then continued to speak to the other Brotherhood mbers, "The Gold Coins you just bet on her can be considered as all won. I’ll pay them in full. Now, please move upstairs to taste the fine wines."

The Brotherhood mbers stood up one by one. So were joking, so appeared indifferent, and so were a bit displeased. However, in any case, it was set.

Adelle waved his hand, and the iron cage was lifted again. Dozens of Zombie Soldiers had already walked in, ready to push away the newly arrived Ogre.

The Werewolf, still in a daze, kept asking questions in a barbaric tongue.

At the sa ti, Adelle had led the Brotherhood mbers out of the arena, with Jones and Dora following.

As they were leaving, Jones took one last glance at the Werewolf standing in the center of the arena, at a loss for what to do.

The "special event" prepared by Adelle ended prematurely, and the Brotherhood’s activities returned to normal. Sipping wine, drinking tea, and chatting. However, because of Jones’s presence, today’s Brotherhood gathering was sowhat different. The others were dispersed into the living room, while Jones was brought to the balcony by Adelle.

The night breeze gently blew.

Every Blood Clan castle balcony had a nice view, but Adelle’s balcony differed from most Blood Clan castles.

Most Blood Clan castle balconies only provided views of natural scenery. But Adelle’s balcony also overlooked the bustling "Hilde." For the Blood Clan, night was the true ti of day. At this mont, Hilde was at its busiest, brightly lit. The streets were full of "people." This scene was a stark contrast to the surrounding darkness and silence, creating a unique flavor.

Jones was seated in a white chair, while Adelle sat across from him at the low table. Human servants quickly brought wine, tea, and pastries.

Adelle raised his head to glance at Dora, who stood beside Jones, "Do you mind if I have a mont alone with your master?"

Dora didn’t know how to respond. She glanced at Adelle, then at Jones.

"Go take a break," Jones picked up a plate of pastries and handed it to Dora, "Go inside and have so pastries, take a rest."
