Chapter 200 - Be In Your Limits!
While Jennifer's hands were pulled into an uneasy position, Javier's face lost its color.
At this mont, no one knew exactly how to explain the situation to this guest of theirs at all.
"I believe..an outsider will not be interested in family matters… soone as respectable as you."
"Obviously, no! How can I invade soone's personal space? But I do have a liking towards the gossips and sothing..that benefits ." Austin replied with an obvious tone that irritated Javier.
'Concerning him?!? My foot!' there wasn't anything related to his personal matters that should concern him even a bit. Since it was his life and with the other two ladies' personal space.
But seems like Emily was too dumb to open her mouth on every topic.
"I don't understand! How can you say that this land is my man's finance?! Clearly, I'm the one who has the right to use this title...or else, shall I say, how can a third woman co and use this one?! or, she should be nad as the... third person or sothing…" her last words brought fury in Jennifer's mind.
She clutched her dress tightly, with her hands already forming into a fist.
'A third person? Since when? Do I have to remind her that Javier isn't engaged to her yet?'She wanted to lecture but the presence of Austin was already a disadvantageous position for her.
Things turned slightly difficult for both the people as Austin looked to be persistent or heard out the entire situation.
But before that, Javier wasn't going to spill the beans out so easily.
His grip on the steering tightened when he replied with a strict tone, "How can this concern Mr.Brown??"
"Mr. Javier, you are aware that I'm actually single right now.. and If, in case any of them is actually single, won't it benefit ? Selflessly.. now that this lady is your fiance..then another lady...." his eyes averted to see Jennifer, who gulped the saliva in her mouth.
"...then your fake girlfriend is also an art of beauty. I won't mind.. dating her and marrying her."
"MR AUSTIN BROWN! PLEASE STAY WITHIN YOUR LIMITS." Javier's raised his voice which made Jennifer slightly cautious. 'This man is crossing all the limits now..'
Her hands were already shaking due to the lack of confidence and his yelling added more to her anxiety. Yet, she knows that his anger will not result in any good right now.
"Javier... it's alright." She kept her hand over his strong-built shoulders, asking him to take deep breaths. Following her leads, Javier did as instructed, not shifting his focus from Jennifer's words and voice.
"Yes.. like that. Take a deep breath. Hmm good!" It would be a bad situation if both of the n start fighting, rely because of her.
At last, when she noted that Javier had Cald a little, she spoke, "Concentrate on driving..not on anything else..!" or irrelevant people.. she kept the second half in her own mind.
At the sa ti, she turned around to face Austin behind and stared at him with her hard gaze, "Mr. Brown, since you are very much interested and curious then let tell you, even if I'm not Javier's fiance, I will not date soone like you so please keep yourself at the line."
"But who knows the truth. Ms. Taylor?" His wink almost made her slap his face right there. "I an what I say and I'm a clear-headed woman."
With this, she then shifted her focus from Austin to Emily, to see that she was already burning in the pit of fire, "Emily, if you would like to hook up with Mr. Brown, I won't mind, neither will Javier. Go ahead and have fun."
"B..but Javier is my fiance!" Her stubbornness shows the immature she looked.
In return for this, Javier's cold voice was heard. "Not engage or declared. Don't have imaginations in your shitty brain."
If it was any other woman, she would have felt his comnt very rude but Emily knew him too well.
He asked her to shut up, to save herself from any more embarrassnt in front of Austin who has not even a single clue about their relationship at all.
The last resort to avoid everything was silence when none speaking anything anymore.
Javier and Jennifer relaxed at the peaceful ti but Austin had already brushed the plan in his mind.
His eyes narrowed slightly while looking at her mirror in front of them, to see Jennifer's soured and firm straight smile over her face. 'Why can't you see anymore.. hmm? Is our friendship so easily ignored and weak?'
It was hard to digest but he wasn't going to give up. Not until… She is married to anyone...either it is Johnson.
He knew the reality better now, with the entire situation making itself very much clear.
Moreover, it made him realize that Jennifer and Javier had nothing to do with each other.. until Jennifer has sothing in her heart...
'Tsk tsks.. even if you have sothing in your heart Jennifer. Trust , this world… including will never let you be together with the guy..' his face muscles hardened at the thought with his smirk slightly fluttering.
They finally arrived at the place where they were supposed to co to. The four cars were parked, one incoming from the other side in which Hannah and Ellen ca.
Along with others, one was of Ryan and Amaira and others were the rest of the people, family mbers, or friends.
Stepping out of the car her eyes bead with happiness when she realized that it was an open green ground. The clear sky above them was a view to witness.
"Hmm. Such a nice and cool and peaceful place! Nevertheless, I'm already in love with it."
"Indeed. The Johnson has chosen the forest pace to have so ti." Hannah comnted with a vigorous smile over the two's faces.
Their sole attention was captured by Charles when they heard his voice from behind. "Alright, guys. Since we are here for one night, I will help you guys know that we as nine people, will be sharing tents. For now, we all will have lunch assigned and packet, with so other work already lined up."
"Wait! Is There a fight with a sword too?" Jennifer's eyes glead with excitent when Charles answered," Obviously! and Javier will teach you his skills on his own… so special skills.. on be- I an by the sword."
