Nezha, with his mind relaxed, began to connect with the Heavenly Dao to activate his divine authority. However, Ziwei Star did not imdiately respond, while Sun Star was very active, imdiately giving feedback to Nezha.
Hmm?
Sothing's not quite right?
Nezha carefully sensed the state of Sun Star and imdiately discovered a big problem. How co there are three Deities of the Sun including himself? Did the Jade Emperor appoint two more Sun Star Deities while he was away?
Impossible, right?
He imdiately realized that he got the tilines mixed up upon returning, and he quickly took out the Kunlun Mirror and gave it a shake.
"Hey, Ah Jing, where did you send with that navigation?"
The Kunlun Mirror, full of spirituality, transford its surface into a '?'. When I throw out a question mark, it's not that's the problem, but you!
Nezha had no ti to figure out where the problem lay; quickly returning to his own tiline was more important. Just as he was about to adjust the Kunlun Mirror for escape, he sensed two energies rapidly approaching.
Looking up, he saw two shining handso fellows surrounding him.
Nezha put away the Kunlun Mirror and looked at the two for a few monts. Through energy sensing, he confird their identities as East Emperor Taiyi and Di Jun. Nezha hadn't seen Di Jun before, but he'd seen Taiyi's remnant soul when he subdued the Chaos Bell.
As for why these two accurately found Nezha, it was likely when Nezha communicated with Sun Star. He sensed the other party, and the other party sensed him, then found him by following the connection.
The main issue baffling Di Jun and Taiyi was disbelief; wasn't there supposed to be only the two of them as Sun Star Deities in the Primordial world?
Nezha's current situation was similar to him being the Sun Star Deity from the Primordial 3.2 version, but now it's the Primordial 1.8 version. Nezha's docunts were recognized by the Heavenly Dao showing complete validity, even more complete than the current ones!
Resulting in this awkward situation.
Nezha didn't want to get involved with them; he had his complete Hongng Purple Qi ready to cultivate upon returning to his ti, potentially ascending. If he unintentionally changed the tiline now affecting future generations, he might never beco a Saint—what a loss would that be?
Right now, whoever sses with this is Nezha's enemy.
The three observed and were at a standstill for a mont; Nezha wanted to escape but couldn't.
First, he just fought a battle, so his mana was not abundant. Second, there was a special connection between the three through Sun Star and the Golden Crow bloodline. Given ti, Nezha could naturally find a way to block it, but with the three standing around staring at each other, he had no good plan.
Couldn't just start by saying, "What are you looking at?" and kill the two, right? That would be crazy.
Nezha was so embarrassed by the staring duo that he started picking at his toenails, unsure of how to communicate. But Di Jun, who is capable of establishing the Demon Clan in the future, displayed his high emotional intelligence.
He opened with, "Ha!"
"Hahahaha, hahahaha!"
Taiyi was puzzled by his brother's actions, but figured that whatever his brother did was right, so he followed suit.
"Hahahaha, hahaha!"
Both handso guys laughed while staring at Nezha, who had no idea what they were laughing about nor what was funny, but joined in to maintain the formation.
"Hahaha, hahahaha!"
Thus, the scene beca three handso guys laughing foolishly.
At first, they were all a bit awkward, but now, with everyone laughing together, the atmosphere was strangely cheerful!
n's friendships can be that simple; after laughing for a while, the three might have reached so consensus, stopped, and began to introduce themselves.
"Di Jun."
"Taiyi."
When it was Nezha's turn, he hesitated to use an alias but then thought otherwise; hiding his identity wasn't his style, especially since n's friendships are based on authenticity.
"Nezha."
With no hostility between them, they started to approach each other. Di Jun maintained a sense of proper distance, while Taiyi was more direct, blurting, "We brothers belong to the Sun Star God Golden Crow clan. Are you a Golden Crow too?"
Nezha shook his head and replied, "I just happened to have so fortuitous encounters connected to the Golden Crow clan."
Despite absorbing Golden Crow blood and Ancestor Witch blood, Nezha still considered himself human. To Nezha, being human didn't necessarily refer to bloodline but more to a kind of cognitive thinking. Other immortals might think of themselves as immortal, Buddha, or divine, but Nezha always felt that being immortal, Buddha, divine, or even Saint was just one of his identities.
Whatever identity I need, I assu that role, but I'm a human.
Taiyi was obviously very curious about Nezha and wanted to ask more questions, but Di Jun stopped him. Digging into soone's background upon first eting was a major taboo in the Primordial world.
Nezha's 'transformation' ti was the shortest among the three, with his cultivation at the Quasi-Saint Early Stage, while Di Jun and Taiyi were at around the Late Daluo stage, unable to determine Nezha's exact cultivation. They shared a Golden Crow bloodline as a connection, and soon were chatting and calling each other brother.
Di Jun and Taiyi always thought they were the only two Golden Crows in the Primordial world. Seeing a prospect of a third one made them enthusiastic towards Nezha, so much that he couldn't run away without chatting for a while.
Finally, Nezha felt it was ti to leave, but Di Jun brought up another matter.
"Brother, the lecture at Zixiao Palace is near, why not go together? We can look out for each other on the way."
Taiyi imdiately agreed, "Big brother is right; the trip through Chaos is fraught with danger, so the three of us can support each other."
They said this completely out of goodwill; Hong Jun hadn't delivered the lecture yet, and everyone was generally stuck at the Quasi-Saint barrier. They saw Nezha's 'transformation' ti was short, so they hoped to help him out.
Nezha had so guesses, but being confird stirred his emotions. This was indeed when the Daoist Ancestor was about to lecture. Many who attended the lecture did not necessarily beco Saints, but those who did beco Saints had attended. Was the Daoist Ancestor pushing him to go through this process?
However, if he did go and Hong Jun saw sothing unusual, what then?
The Daoist Ancestor's thoughts were impossible to fathom. Whether to go or not, only Nezha could decide.
Di Jun and Taiyi saw Nezha hesitate and thought he worried about his cultivation being unable to pass through Chaos safely, so they enthusiastically said, "Brother, don't worry. My big brother and I have so thods. We can surely protect you."
After Taiyi spoke, he proudly flashed his Chaos Bell on his forehead.
To be honest, at this ti Taiqing Laozi hadn't acquired the Tai Chi Diagram, so if he had a passionate 1V1 with Taiyi, even with the Heaven and Earth Xuanhuang Linglong Treasure Tower, it would be an even fight at best, and he'd still be on the receiving end. Others would stand even less chance.
Nezha thought for a mont and made his decision: go.
Giving up this opportunity would an reaching incomplete sainthood, even if he eventually beca a Saint!
"Then I must thank you, two elder brothers."
The three were already above the sky do, and just as they were about to set off, they sensed a dozen powerful energies rapidly approaching. The trio imdiately stopped and grouped closer together because the dozen individuals arriving had each formidable energy—not easy to deal with.
In just a few monts, twelve individuals wearing beast skins appeared before them. Nezha glanced quickly and saw among them a figure whose appearance almost matched that of Lady Houtu, but whose temperant was entirely different. Coupled with the unique number twelve and the aura distinct from immortals.
The arrivals were indeed the Twelve Ancestor Witches.
The two sides stood off without imdiate dialogue, instead gauging and pondering each other's strength. Di Jun and Taiyi were completely unaware of the purpose of this group, nor had they heard of such powerful beings in the Primordial world.
Nezha quickly understood the reason for their arrival. He had just unleashed the Twelve Du Heavenly Gods Slaughter in his battle within Chaos without having ti to hide his fluctuating aura, leading the Twelve Ancestor Witches to track him by the scent.
They, all born in the Pangu Temple, had never heard of having a little brother!
