Chapter 54 - Skewered at Cubes
Jiu Shen took out the corpse of the Horned Infernal Hound that he had killed earlier.
’I still don’t have a knife ant for cutting at. As of now, my Baleful Dragon Sacred Sword will do the job. While ignoring the amazed look of his disciple, Jiu Shen took out a bunch of sticks that he had prepared along the way. He then handed half of it to Lu Sulan and said in a calm and unhurried tone of voice. "Sulan, help skewer the at cubes."
Lu Sulan absentmindedly received the sticks while nodding her head. And with intense idolizing gaze directed at her master, Lu Sulan replied in a clear voice. "Yes, master."
Jiu Shen took his ti skewering the at cubes with an indifferent look. He had finally reverted back to his usual calm self.
’I think I got a bit carried away. Well, it has been millions of years since I last barbecued at in the wild.’ Jiu Shen was feeling a bit nostalgic as he skewered the at cubes.
"Master, the sword strokes you perford earlier... Was that also a sword technique?" Lu Sulan asked tentatively as she did her task.

A aty aroma lingered in the air as the fatty oil of the at slowly oozed out making the at cubes look even more enticing.
Lu Sulan stared at Jiu Shen who was calmly barbecuing the at.
She could hardly contain the grumbling of her stomach after she slled the aty aroma in the air.
"Even without spices, the at of an 8th-rank savage beast would never be shabby..." She said with a salivating look in her eyes.
