Chapter 48 - Fu Hua Pays A Visit To His Sick Girlfriend
"Don't even try to say that I misunderstood you. You're not even a fan, because you have never shown that side even though we work for the sa agency. I am already sick of the fact that I had to share the sa space with you, and now, you're trying to get close to ? Piss off!."

The driver heard everything and understood Fu ixu's predicant, but none of these concerned him.
"Are you not getting off?." He tried to ask in a gentle tone. He didn't want to scare her off. Although he was newly employed and did not know who Fu ixu was, he still pitied her.
Fu ixu ca back to her senses after the driver called out to her. She relaxed her knuckles before smiling in apology, then she stepped out of the car and walked into the building.
"Zhi Ruo, you dare to humiliate and embarrass because I am beneath you? You belittle so much, but don't worry, enjoy the da while it lasts, because I will make sure to bring you down at the peak of your career, just you wait!." Fu ixu swore.
When Fu Hua finished from work, he directly drove to his girlfriend's house without calling.
He knows the password to her door, so getting in was not a problem. After keying in the password, the door made a ding and click sound, so he pushed it open and walked in like it was his ho.
Walking into the tidy living room, Fu Hua could perceive the sll of porridge. A slight frown appeared on his face as he began to think about a lot of things.
As he was changing his shoes he saw an unfamiliar female shoe, and the frown on her face went deeper.
"Is soone here with her?." He asked himself as he proceeded to change into the slippers there, and walk into the living room, and there he saw a bowl of piping hot porridge, releasing hot steam.
"Looks like soone is here with her." Fu Hua concluded.
Since their relationship wasn't public, Fu Hua would have left, but he directly walked into the house. And that is because he wasn't scared of anyone.
Just as he took his gaze easy from the porridge, he heard slow movents from the hallway, so he glanced towards that direction and waited patiently for the people to appear.
Feng Alix's manager ca to her bedroom to call her out after preparing a bowl of porridge for her. And as they ca out from the bedroom, they saw a tall handso figure staring at them.
Both of them were surprised, but the manager was more shocked. Although she knew the person under her had so relationships with the person standing before her, she was still shocked to see him in her house.
"Mr. Fu!." The manager called out in surprise before bowing slightly in greeting, while still holding unto the slightly shivering Feng Alix.
Fu Hua nodded in acknowledgnt to the greetings. Then he put down the things in his hands before walking towards them.
"How are you?." He asked as he took Alix Feng's hands and supported her to the couch.
"I'm fine." Alix Feng managed to reply in a raspy voice.
Although Alix Feng was putting on a sweater, Fu Hua could still her hot her body was, so he asked with a frown.
"Has she gone to the hospital?."
The manager beca cowardly in Fu Hua's presence.
"She refused to go, and she was too weak to leave the house, so I had to make so porridge for her, so she could eat and gain strength to move about."
Fu Hua glanced between the manager and his girlfriend before sighing helplessly.
"Alix you're sick and you need to see the doctor get better. By the way, his did you get a fever?." Fu Hua asked with the sick woman in his arms.
At this point, Alix Feng Looked pitiful and fragile. Her lips were chapped, and her looks were dull. Anyone that saw her current state will believe she was pitiful and would want to protect her.
Secured in Fu Hua's embrace, Alix Feng felt her heart warm up.
"I slept with the AC on, I forgot to turn it off." Alix Feng replied in a soft tone. Her voice also carried a tinge of weakness in it.
"How can you be so careless. Autumn is coming and you need to be careful with your health since you get cold easily. Make sure you wear protective clothing all the ti." Fu Hua berated her in a gentle tone, and she nodded obediently.
Then turning to her assistant who was still standing by the side, he said to her, "Bring the porridge and feed her while it's still hot."
"Are you going sowhere?." Alix Feng asked sowhat afraid as she looked up at him.
"Relax I'm not going anywhere. Even though I can't leave, it won't be now. I just want to go out to make a call. I want the doctor to co and take a look at you." Fu Hua explained to her.
"No, please don't go. Make the call here." Alix Feng held onto his shirt while pleading with him in her most vulnerable state.
Fu Hua felt his cold heart defreeze to a certain degree.
"Okay, I won't go, I will make the call here." He promised as he took out his phone to dial a number.
After the first ring, the doctor at the other end of the phone answered the call.
