Chapter 47 - Piss Off!
The models that ca to FJ Styles to get their asurents taken, were ushered in by so of the staff. Each one of them dressed up to uphold their reputation and that of their agencies.
When they were ushered into the room already prepared for them, so of the models who knew themselves talked to each other.
Fu ixu could see that she was the only model inferior in that room. She felt unease because nobody paid any attention to her.
Shortly, the HR Manager of FJ Styles ca to address them. She also told them the rules and regulations they have to abide by, during the period they would be working for FJ.
Later, so people ca to get their asurents taken, for different styles of the dresses they would be wearing during the Autumn Fashion show. The models were also asked to try out so dresses, jaunt to note the styles that fit them most.
In Fu Hua's office, his assistant just reported to him that all the models selected were present in the building except Feng Alix.
"Why is she not here yet?." Fu Hua asked. He had a little frown on his face. He was very disciplined and always kept to ti, so he was a bit annoyed that Feng Alix wasn't there yet.
"I have no idea, Sir." The assistant replied in a low tone. He was afraid of Fu Hua's next action because he didn't like excuses.
"How long have you been by my side? Don't you know that I don't like such replies?!." Fu Hua asked in a heavy tone as he glared at him.
"When one of the models is missing, are you not supposed to call her agency to find out what's causing the delay, or were you waiting for their call instead? Should I teach you your work?." Fu Hua asked in an angry tone.
"I'm sorry, Sir, it won't happen again." The assistant said with his head bowed and stood in the sa position while waiting for further instructions.
Fu Hua cald down before instructing him. "Find out the reason Alix is not here yet from her agency. If the reason is not suitable, tell her agency that the contract would be terminated if she didn't appear in 30 minutes. If they want to send soone to help them read the clauses in the contract, I will do that."
"Okay, Sir." His assistant replied as he raised his head.
Seeing that he was still standing there, Fu Hua asked with a frown, "What are you still doing here?."
His assistant scratched his hair nervously, as he asked "Sir, would you like to address the models?."
Fu Hua glared at him, and he saw himself sprinting out from his office without looking back.
Fi Hua sighed and glanced back at his work.
"Alix if you're doing all of this to get my attention, then you're wrong. You should know that I don't joke when it cos to working. " Fu Hua thought to himself aloud.
After Fu Hua's assistant passed the ssage to Alix's agent, they imdiately called her manager to know what was up at their end.
It turned out that the reason Alix didn't appear at FJ, was because she was ill, so she was currently resting at ho.
"Why didn't you inform us, or FJ?!." The CEO of the agency asked the manager.
Before the scheduled date, Alix told her manager that she would go to FJ alone, that she did not need to co with her. Her manager already knew she had a special relationship with Fu Hua, so she didn't reject her arrangent. Only when it was close to the ti to appear at FJ, did the manager call to remind her, but she never answered her calls, so she had no choice but to go to her house to look for her.
Getting into her house she didn't see anybody in the living area, so she went into her bedroom in search of her, only to see her lying on her bed all curled up.
And because it was so sudden, her manager forgot to call to inform the agency and FJ.
Feng Alix has two managers, her mother, and the current one by her side. But since her mother was promoted, the current one has always been by her side.
"You know need to go to the hospital. The agency just called now to shout at ." Her manager said to her.
"Pass the inhaler to ." Feng Alix said as she stretched out her thin arm from the duvet.
Her manager who has been in her bedroom for the past 15 minutes, sighed as she passed the Inhaler to her.
"You can't continue to stay here like this, I will book an appointnt with the doctor." Her manager said to her while she made use of her inhaler.
When Fu Hua got the news from his Assistant, he blinked his eyes for a second before asking him to leave.
He was wondering if that was a drama played out by Alix to get his attention.
"Well, I will call her later, I'm in the middle of work." Fu Hua said to himself as he turned over to another page of the docunt he was reading.
After having their asurents taken, the staff of FJ, served so refreshnts to the twenty models in the room, before sending them off.
Fu ixu didn't cause any trouble, and no model dared to cause any trouble, or they would be imdiately disqualified and replaced.
In the van, Fu ixu glanced at the A-list actress sitting at her side. The actress coughed, and Fu ixu picked up a bottle of water before passing it to her after uncapping it.
The actress sneered as she pushed the bottle of water back to her.
"I don't need your help. Don't think that I don't what is going on in your mind. You're trying to fawn over for so benefits."
Fu ixu looked wrong and tried to say sothing to defend herself, but the actress caught her words off.
"Don't even try to say that I misunderstood you. You're not even a fan, because you have never shown that side even though we work for the sa agency. I am already sick of the fact that I had to share the sa space with you, and now, you're trying to get close to ? Piss off!."
