At Jinhoo’s house.

The front door opened as Jinhoo stepped inside.

"Hah... I’m finally ho too... What a tiring day..."

Jinhoo walked toward his favorite sofa.

As soon as he arrived, he imdiately threw himself onto it and lay down.

"Damn... My waist hurts so much..."

’The IMF problem has already been solved, now all that’s left is to wait...’

Jinhoo closed his eyes for a mont.

Right after he closed them, a hand reached toward his head that was resting against the edge of the sofa.

That hand began gently massaging his head.

Jinhoo imdiately opened his eyes and looked upward.

It was Elvera.

She was softly massaging his head.

A sweet smile appeared on her face when Jinhoo looked at her.

"Ah... So it’s you... Where are the others?"

"They’re busy with their own matters."

Hearing that, Jinhoo closed his eyes again.

Realizing that Jinhoo seed comfortable with her massage, Elvera lifted his head slightly before sitting down properly. She then placed Jinhoo’s head onto her lap while continuing to gently massage him.

"You look tired. Was your day really that gloomy?"

Jinhoo let out a small laugh after hearing that and opened his mouth to speak.

"No, it’s just that I’ve been so busy lately that I forgot I even have a ho of my own."

"Don’t push yourself too hard. You’re still human even if you possess supernatural powers."

A faint smile appeared on Jinhoo’s face.

"Yeah... You’re right. I’m still human..."

Even though Jinhoo appeared relaxed at the mont, his mind was filled with countless questions.

’What exactly happened in Paris? I want to go there and investigate, but I’m too exhausted right now... Not to ntion I still need to think of a way to bring Lightnova before the Seven Deadly Sins.’

The spacious room beca quiet.

Elvera gently massaged Jinhoo’s head in a calm and soothing manner.

However, at that very mont, the front door opened.

Mira entered the house with an incredibly cheerful expression.

She saw Jinhoo and Elvera sitting on the sofa together.

Her eyes imdiately sparkled.

She ran toward them.

"Oppa!"

Jinhoo recognized Mira’s voice and replied without even opening his eyes.

"What is it, Mira?"

"When I went out earlier to buy snacks, I saw an event flyer! They’re celebrating the day supernatural powers first appeared in this world! Let’s go there! Unnie should co too!!"

Hearing that from Mira, Jinhoo opened his eyes.

He then sat up.

"Why not invite Donghyun too?"

"Huh... Oppa Donghyun is busy! He always goes to the orphanage together with unnie Zofia."

Mira spoke while looking slightly annoyed.

’Hah... He’s definitely eting that girl again.’

"Alright then, let’s go. Where’s the event being held?"

Hearing that, Mira began thinking for a mont.

"Uhm... I forgot!"

"Hah..."

Elvera could only let out a small laugh after seeing Mira’s behavior.

A few minutes later, they finally arrived at the event location using Jinhoo’s SUV.

"Good thing we found the flyer, otherwise we wouldn’t even know where this event was being held."

Said Jinhoo.

"Hehe, sorry about that. I just forgot."

"Alright, alright, let’s just head inside already."

Elvera spoke as she tried to calm the atmosphere.

The three of them got out of the car.

In front of them was a huge festival area packed with visitors.

They walked toward the event.

"Woah! There are so many people here!"

Mira exclaid excitedly.

Suddenly, Mira pointed toward a ball throwing ga booth.

"Oppa! Unnie! Let’s try that one!"

Eventually, the three of them walked toward the ball throwing booth.

"Welco! Please enjoy the ga! If you manage to knock the prize onto the floor, then it becos yours!"

Said the booth keeper.

"Want to try?"

"Of course."

Jinhoo replied.

"Alright then, it’s 4,000 won."

Hearing the price, Jinhoo looked irritated.

’What’s wrong with this guy? Aren’t gas like this usually only 2,000 or 3,000 won? This is way too expensive.’

"...Fine."

The booth keeper handed Jinhoo three balls.

’Hehehe, there’s no way they can win. I already glued the prizes down tightly. It’s impossible for them to succeed.’

Thought the booth keeper while smiling slyly.

Jinhoo glanced toward Mira.

"Mira, want to try?"

"Of course!"

Jinhoo handed one ball to Mira.

Mira focused carefully and aid her ball at a dium-sized teddy bear prize.

After making sure of her aim, she threw the ball.

The ball struck the teddy bear directly, but the bear did not move even the slightest bit.

’Hahaha, idiots. You’re seriously getting scamd!’

Thought the booth keeper.

Mira looked disappointed because her throw failed to knock the teddy bear down.

"It’s okay, Mira. Let try."

Said Elvera.

With that, Elvera took one ball and aid at the teddy bear.

Using all her strength, she threw the ball.

However, the teddy bear still did not move even a little.

Jinhoo looked slightly annoyed.

’This guy... He already set ridiculous prices and now he’s cheating too. What an asshole.’

Jinhoo grabbed the final ball.

He aid carefully at the teddy bear.

Secretly, he infused his power into the ball in his hand.

After that, he threw it.

The ball flew normally through the air.

It struck the teddy bear.

The glue that had been holding the teddy bear in place suddenly lted.

The teddy bear instantly fell onto the ground.

"Yay!! Oppa succeeded!!"

’W-what!? Impossible! They definitely cheated!’

Thought the booth keeper as panic began to fill his face.

"Y-you cheated! You definitely did sothing weird to the ball!"

"Hm? Isn’t it more suspicious that you glued all your prizes down so they wouldn’t fall when hit by the balls?"

"E-eh?"

The booth keeper froze.

So nearby visitors stopped walking and looked toward them.

They listened to Jinhoo.

"hey, did you hear that? That booth keeper cheated so the prizes wouldn’t fall."

"He glued the prizes down."

The booth keeper beca even more panicked.

’U-ugh... If this keeps going, my business is ruined!’

"F-fine! You win!"

The booth keeper grabbed the teddy bear and handed it to Jinhoo.

"There! Now leave my booth!"

Jinhoo smiled.

"Alright, you crooked businessman."

The three of them walked away from the booth.

Jinhoo handed the teddy bear to Mira.

"Thank you, oppa! I didn’t expect that booth keeper to actually cheat!"

"No wonder my throw didn’t make the teddy bear fall. Turns out he glued it down."

"You two should’ve noticed it earlier. It was sothing simple. If the first ball hits the prize and it doesn’t move at all, then it’s obviously suspicious."

"Hm, you’re right. I’ll rember that."

’Seriously... Do people in this world always assu those kinds of carnival gas aren’t rigged by the booth owners?’
