anwhile, outside Thessaly City.

Two figures, one chasing and the other fleeing, were rapidly weaving through the dense forest. The strong wind pressure tore through the surrounding air, creating sharp howls.

"Stop!"

Accompanied by a deep shout, Hercules, trailing slightly, took the opportunity to throw the unnad axe-sword from his body, using the rotational force of his waist.

Suddenly, the stone blade traced a beautiful arc in mid-air, chopping down several large trees in one fell swoop.

One by one, the massive trees, large enough to be embraced by several people, thunderously fell, blocking the escapee's path with rising dust.

"Who are you? What is your purpose for breaking into the Royal Palace of Thessaly in the dead of night?"

As Hercules coldly inquired, he walked forward to try pulling out the unnad axe-sword that was embedded in the ground.

However, the mont his hand was about to touch the hilt, piercing sounds of cutting air resounded around him.

Feeling an intense warning in his heart, Hercules instinctively stomped the ground hard and forcefully retreated.

"Puh-puh-puh-puh!"

At the sa ti, four Bronze Spears, whistling through the air, shot into the ground and tree stumps around Hercules.

Did it miss?

Seeing the unexpected trajectory of the spears, Hercules was slightly stunned, then sensed the crazy concentration of Aether Magic in the air, and his face slightly changed.

At that mont, the spears lit up, and streams of silvery thunderbolts shot out, repeatedly striking Hercules at the center, like a cage of thunderbolts manifesting.

In a cloud of thick scorched odor and rolling heat waves, a muffled shout ca from the shrinking electric cage.

The body bathed in thunderbolts furiously punched the ground.

"Boom!"

In an instant, the ground roared, and a red-black torrent of Aether burst in all directions, peeling the ground layer by layer, turning trees into powder.

The four Bronze Spears originally embedded in the ground and tree trunks, along with mournful whimpers, clattered to the ground, gradually losing their luster.

Amidst the lingering dust, Hercules's shirt had shattered, his muscular body like steel cast impregnable, and red-black divine energy ford snakes writhing around him, as his blood-red, wild eyes gradually showed a hint of excited ferocity.

Not bad at all, worth my full effort!

Hercules made a fair assessnt of the opponent he had encountered, and barefoot, he stepped over the scorched sweltering ground towards his unto-nas axe-sword.

Yet having barely taken two steps, so cold tallic sensation swept across his cheek followed by a warm liquid gushing from a wound.

Hercules touched his face with his hand, staring at the golden-red blood on his palm as his pupils involuntarily constricted.

There was sothing in the air, and it could breach his defenses!

He then paused and looked around, only to see through the moonlight reflection, several transparent silvery chains in the invisible air.

These objects had sohow spread around, with sharp blades at their ends that wriggled like venomous snakes spitting on the tree trunks and ground.

Just now, one of these had bitten him.

However, after identifying the weapon before him, Hercules didn't get angry but rather, a broad smile appeared on his rugged face.

"Teacher, why have you co?"

Under the moonlight, the escapee in a black cloak stepped out from behind a tree, pulled down his hood, revealing purple broken hair and that beautiful serene face.

The newcor was none other than the Incarnation of the Perseus Constellation, the great hero Perseus who had raised and trained Hercules.

"Your reactions and alertness have decreased a lot."

Perseus looked over his pupil, sidestepping the question.

"Recently, too many people have asked out for drinks, I've indeed been busy and neglected my training." Hercules admitted candidly, scratching his head helplessly.

Perseus nodded slightly, neither approving nor disapproving the reason but simply pondered softly, "You have stayed in Thessaly long enough, co back with ."

To this, Hercules shook his head in refusal, "Teacher, I'm sorry, I cannot go with you because I've already promised Adtos to protect Thessaly together, city stands because the people stand, city falls, people fall!"

"Do you think I'm discussing this with you?" Perseus retorted, his golden eyes solemnly looking at his disciple, "Father God already knows about your defiance, he asked to bring you back..."

Perseus slightly twitched his finger, and the silver chains wrapped around tightened a few inches inward.

Facing the coercion, Hercules felt a bit incensed, pointed to the sparse lights of Thessaly City and the faint cries that could be heard, and posed a soul-striking question, "Teacher, look at these people, they devoutly worship the Father God, seeking our help. Shouldn't we, as heroes, do sothing?"

"Hercules, all mortals must die..."

"So, they should be used as sacrificial pieces in the Father God's struggle for Divine Authority?" Hercules vented his long-held dissatisfaction through the question.

Then, he solemnly looked at his ntor who had shaped him, seriously responding, "Indeed, mortals have limited lifespans, and their lives are frail, but they can die in battle, or from disease, yet they should never be deliberately abandoned and aninglessly wasted in this war! It's not fair!"

Perseus paused for a mont, then spoke slowly, "Talking to about this is useless, it's the will of the Father God. If you want to stay, you need to convince him."
