"Great God Zeus, may Your glory protect !"

As the giants closed in, Hercules, who customarily covered the rear, solemnly chanted the incantation. He stirred the divinity and divine power within him to their limits, whilst raising the unnad axe-sword in his hands aloft, his right arm shrouded in thunderbolt, swept through the air nine tis in an instant.

A cascade of afterimages tore through the air and the earth, cleaving at the approaching giants.

"Clang! Clang! Clang! Clang!"

However, accompanied by the clanging symphony of tal striking tal, the incoming giants only staggered back a few steps before they, to the horrified gazes of the heroes, stood firm once more, the shallow wounds on their bodies and limbs healing instantaneously, as they again strode towards the cave where everyone was gathered.

Seeing the crimson light that enveloped the giants and the Divine Emblems atop the Titan's temple, synchronously illuminating, Hercules's heart plunged into an abyss.

With divine protection, these giants had received the response of the Titan gods.

"Immortality!"

"Immortality!!"

"Immortality!!!"

Under the radiance of the crests, the giants' aura escalated fiercely, emitting ecstatic and piercing cries as they surged forward, ready to drag out the lambs hiding in the cave to sacrifice to the deities they served.

In this desperate situation, the heroes looked ferocious.

"If we can't have it easy, these bastards won't have it good either!"

"That's right, death cos to us all, let's fight them!"

"Together now!"

Amid the overlapping shouts, the sound of weapons being drawn rang out from the crowd, tiny yet brilliant like fireflies, divine streaks of light flashed, as resplendent as the stars.

As heroes, they could be reckless, arrogant, and morally deficient, but they would never allow cowardice to fester in their hearts.

In this cruel era full of dangers, human life was as insignificant as dust.

But those who fought valiantly were duly rewarded by the heavens!

Spear after spear flew, arrows of light shot forth, and daggers hacked away, every hero erupted with all their courage and strength, none holding back.

Yet, after a chorus of tallic pings and clangs, the giants remained unscathed.

The courage of the weak ultimately could not bridge the great chasm that was the disparity in strength.

Watching the heavy hamrs fall and the flint knives waving at the entrance of the cave, everyone despaired amidst the hopelessness and in their desperation decided to swim against the current, following Hercules and the twin brothers' lead, charging towards the Titan's temple on the open field.

If those Old Gods wanted them as a snack, then they'd first smash their teeth!

The giants paused for a mont in confusion, then filled with rage, they raised their weapons and slamd them down onto the group of sheep that dared to defy the divine might.

And at that mont, as the all-encompassing shadow descended upon the flock, a deep, ethereal voice ca from the darkness.

"Finally found you..."

The next mont, the do above the Titan's temple shattered into pieces, as a radiant blaze of pure white fire poured down, the torrent of Aether surged and roiled open.

The crimson light extinguished from the foremost three giants who were hit first; their bodies turned to ash instantly, even the remaining ash-like substance was rapidly disintegrated, eliminating any possibility of regeneration.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Following that, the radiant white flas burst outwards in all directions, descending onto the nearby giants like a storm of shooting stars.

"Ahh! Ahhh! Ahhh..."

Each subterranean monster hit by the scorching white flas burned violently as if doused in hot oil, their skins cracked and flesh burst open as they lay on the ground, screaming in agony and rolling frantically, attempting to extinguish the fatal blaze.

"You still not leaving?!"

The figure, with golden wings upon its back and holding a branch-like spear, pointed towards the gaping hole above and gave a low shout as a reminder.

Seeing the exit to the surface seemingly shrinking, the madness in the eyes of the crowd faded, their hearts chilled, they hastily hoisted up their comrades and leaped out of the bizarre subterranean wilderness.
