Chapter 1156: Chapter 151: Odin, You Are a Scumbag!

After a simple farewell to the Norn Three Goddesses, Luo En boarded the long-lost goat chariot and followed Asgard’s team heading to the Golden Palace.

On the way, watching Thor, who was driving in front of him, he couldn’t help but frown:

“Your hair?”

The Thunder God’s originally golden locks had turned a third gray, like dry grass losing its moisture.

“You an this?”

Thor grabbed his long hair and responded helplessly,

“Ever since the Eternal Night descended, the World Tree has had issues, and the gods in the Immortal Palace have lost their protection, showing signs of aging one after another. I’m still better off; so can barely walk.”

“That severe?”

Luo En muttered to himself and then asked,

“What about Odin?”

“Don’t worry, the Father God is fine; otherwise, how could he have the energy to find you for a drink?”

“That’s good then.”

Luo En nodded, his eyes flickering.

anwhile, in the Netherworld.

Hela looked at a certain silver-haired, pointed-eared female Dream Demon before her, appearing shocked:

“Who are you?”

“Who I am doesn’t matter. Soone asked to give you this.”

Vivian fumbled around the Magic Circle Diagram and handed a letter to this Death Goddess.

Suspiciously, Hela opened the envelope, glanced briefly, and her cautious expression imdiately relaxed.

She recognized this handwriting.

However, soon after reading the letter’s content, Hela appeared shocked, her eyes filled with disbelief.

How could this be?!

After a long silence, the taste of blood in her mouth awakened her.

Hela bit her cherry lips, unknowingly torn, and raised the letter paper in her hand, asking:

“Is there anything else besides this?”

“He said, you can choose to do it or not.”

Hearing the answer, Hela looked up at the sky full of cracks, the letter paper in her hand turned to ashes, and she muttered.

Teacher, is this what you wanted?

At night, in the Golden Palace.

Under the flickering lights, a pair of Blood Alliance brothers, reunited after several months, sat at the table exchanging toasts, tasting this year’s newly brewed Poet Immortal Honey Wine.

After more than a hundred rounds of drinking, the two were slightly inebriated.

Luo En burped, put down his wine cup, and asked,

“So, what’s the reason for suddenly finding ?”

“Can’t I just find you for a drink?”

“When have you ever had such leisure?”

So my utilitarian nature is so obvious.

Odin touched his old face and couldn’t help but laugh silently.

After a long silence, he looked into his Blood Alliance brother’s eyes and slowly began to ask:

“Loki, was I wrong?”

“Why say that?”

Hearing the question, Luo En was a bit surprised.

Odin’s cup of honey wine, with a bitter smile, said,

“As a descendant, I abandoned my ancestors; as a husband, I plotted against my wife; as a relative, I used my uncle; as a father, I exiled my daughter; as a Divine King, I let my world fall into twilight. In every role, it seems I’ve failed. And in the end, I’ve gained nothing but loss and resentnt. So, was I really wrong?”

Perhaps unconsciously exerting too much force, the wine cup in the frail old hand trembled slightly, the golden liquor rippling, reflecting Odin’s decadent, aged face, and the shattered sky outside, the silhouette of the world’s twilight.

Luo En pondered for a mont, then asked,

“Want to hear the truth?”

“Go ahead.”

“From a moral standpoint, whether as a descendant, husband, father, patriarch, or even friend, you fail in every role. Your nature is deeply scheming, insidious, and tricky—your mouth seldom speaks the truth, and you’ve never given genuine trust. You’re a downright scoundrel.”

Hearing his Blood Alliance brother’s critique, Odin was first stunned, then burst into hearty laughter:

“Hahaha, you’ve been wanting to scold for a long ti, right?”

“I’m just speaking the truth; you’re the one who wanted to hear this.”

Luo En rolled his eyes and asked irritably,

“Or should I switch to a few flattering words to cheer you up?”

“Haha, no need. You’re right; I am indeed a scoundrel, and I’ve wronged them all.”

Odin laughed and waved his hand, openly admitting his cris.

If he hadn’t risked everything and rashly advanced, his grandfather Buri and father Bao’er wouldn’t have easily perished at the hands of Ancestor Giant Ymir;

If he hadn’t feared the Warner Divine Race would grow after entering Celtic or never return, deliberately leaving Freya, this Queen of Warner, in the rear, his wife and unborn child might still be alive now;

If he hadn’t exiled Hela, this daughter wouldn’t have co to hate him so deeply, stabbing a fatal blow at the most critical mont;

And uncle Mimir, Mountain Giant King Xia Ji, Winter God Skadi, the Seven Dwarf Kings, the two major Elf Clans of light and darkness, Frost Giants and Fire Giants… too many have he wronged, each with ample reason and right to exact revenge on him…

“So, ending up in such a plight is what I deserve, too.”

Odin downed the honey wine in his cup in one gulp, leaned on the table, staggered, and seed ready to conclude this feast.

However, a deep voice ca from behind him:

“Nine thousand years ago, Divine Ancestor Buri and Divine King Bao’er perished. If you hadn’t escaped and then risked your life to re-enter the battlefield with , the Giant Clan would have continued to ravage the world, and the Nine Great Kingdoms would never have been born.”

“Seven thousand years ago, order was chaotic. Without you sacrificing yourself to peer into the secrets of the Rune and perceive the decrees of Fate, no one in the world would have known the end of ‘Ragnarök.'”

“Six thousand years ago, the Warner Divine Race invaded across the sea. Without you exiling your daughter and marrying Freya to weaken the Warner Divine Race through exchanging hostages, Nordic would have been destroyed by the Divine War between Asa and Warner.”
