Yang Chen thought the Yan clan had given up on him. Yet from the looks of things here, it doesn’t seem to be the case.
What are they doing here? The yan city was quite a distance away from the new moon city and technically speaking even if they were here for so other task, they didn’t need to set up camp in this dangerous and vast mountain range, did they?

"It has been more than a month. Did that guy turtle up sowhere in fear of our wrath? Why isn’t there no news of him?" one of the Battle Masters spoke in an exasperated manner.
"Be patient, the Seventh hall master said that he would definitely arrive here. As such, we cannot leave our post. You do know our mission right, Liu Bai?" The one to speak next was the One Star battle grandmaster among the seven. Unsurprisingly, he was also the leader of this group.
The one nad Liu Bai sighed and nodded his head "Yeah, yeah, I know. As soon as we sense the presence of that bastard who hurt our fourth young master, we are to send the signal. The Disciplinary hall of our clan would handle the rest".
Seeing that Liu Bai knew the mission, that one Star battle Grandmaster nodded his head. The conversation which suddenly died down, was picked up by another fellow this ti.
"But Senior Brother, how long do we have to wait here for? The clan had already pulled the other outstanding disciples back to the clan in preparation for the upcoming Five Clan Summit but left outer disciples like us behind. Won’t we fall behind even more once those disciples co out of their training?"
That fellow grumbled.
Hearing his words, the brows of that senior brother furrowed a little. It was not like he didn’t understand where his junior brother was coming from. As an outer mber of the clan himself, he knew that outer mbers like them were discriminated against and barred from receiving the sa kind of resources as the inner mbers.
In fact, even the battle skills and training materials they are allotted are far inferior to what the inner mbers get. Although they were discontent with this kind of behaviour, they couldn’t do anything after all, the Yan Clan was a clan that gave more importance to one’s lineage.
Unless they are from the Yan clan or have monstrous talent, they would forever remain as ordinary outer mbers.
"There is nothing we can do. The clan’s orders are absolute, we are to wait here and report about that person back to the clan" the senior brother sighed.
"Are we absolutely sure that bastard would co here? Given his character, won’t he turtle up once again if he knows that we are here?" that fellow once again asked.

"In that case..." Suddenly as if he thought of sothing, the guy nad Liu Bai muttered in excitent "How about we defeat that person ourselves? If we capture and bring that person back, won’t we get rewarded for it? Perhaps we can even beco inner mbers from this opportunity".
Liu Bai’s words caused the eyes of the other five Battle Masters to shine as well. What he suggested sounded like a huge opportunity to make their contribution to the clan. From what they knew, the guy nad Yang Chen had seriously injured their fourth young master thus enraging the clan.
What’s more, he was also very slippery, running from under their very nose. If they can use this incident and capture this person, it could definitely boost their reputation within the clan.
Just when the six of them were getting ahead of themselves, the Battle Grandmaster senior brother spoke a few words that poured a cold bucket of water on their parade.
"Don’t even think about it. I heard it from others, apparently the Seventh Hall Master is trying to keep this news under wrap but that fellow nad Yang Chen is a Two Star battle Grandmaster and uses unconventional battle skills that even allowed him to slip under the Seventh Hall Master’s surveillance".
GASP... at those words, all six of them took a deep breath of air.
No matter how they thought, they couldn’t imagine how this person managed to escape from their Seventh Hall master who was a bonafide Battle Overlord realm practiotioner. What’s more, this person was also a Two Star Battle Grandmaster, a level that was even higher than their senior brother.
Just thinking about how they were planning to take down such a character made their throats dry and caused them to involuntarily gulp. Fortunately, their senior brother was very knowledgeable and stopped them from doing anything stupid.
A few ters away from them, enveloped in a black oozing aura, Yang Chen too creased his brows at those words from the one star battle grandmaster. At this mont his eyes were grim and his expression was a sight to see.
Just as he had expected, the Yan clan was here for him. Even after such a long ti, they did not give up. It seems that they were hell bent on capturing him.
Based on what he heard from their conversation, it seed that his identity had been completely leaked. The group of seven people here were placed here as the Yan clan’s eyes and ears.
The mont he showed in the orchid city, they would report it back to the clan.
