Chapter 1644: Fish Can’t Live Without Water

Translator: Exodus Tales Editor: Exodus Tales

Even so, he had to complete the quest. He kept convincing himself that it was all for Azeroth!

These materials were different from the previous one, as no one was willing to sell them. Surely a guild with a million players could pool sothing together?

This was all incredible, but it was true. These materials were being produced in small quantities, but the demand for them was huge. Even the club mbers weren’t getting enough after dipping into the Guild Warehouse.

There was no choice. Lu Li had to ask for help.

When things were dire, Water Fairy would get so of her players to fill in for Lu Li. Drizzle Court and Peerless City were super clubs that had been developed for a few years and were much better-resourced than Ruling Sword.

When the materials arrived, Narain started without saying anything.

His workplace was behind him. As he walked in, he didn’t try to avoid Lu Li, so his fear of Narain stealing sothing was not realized. Lu Li watched as he took the materials and slted them together, resulting in a clear fishing float. This was the world’s most expensive fishing float – the Arcanite Buoy.

“It has finally been created.”

Narain’s face was pale; his tired hands weren’t even able to lift the item.

“Thank you Master. I thank you on behalf of Azeroth,” Lu Li said as he grabbed the fishing float excitedly. Damn that blue dragon, damn that minnow and damn Azeroth!

“Oh yeah, I just gave you the good news, but there is so bad news. Have I told you about it?” Narain asked.

“You’ve already said it,” Lu Li answered as his heart sank.

“Well, there is sothing else. Hey, Elf, don’t be sad. You have to be like the Peacebloom Flower under the sun and be positive,” Narain encouraged as he reverted back into his normal playful expression.

“It’s about the minnow. Hasn’t it been changed? I think you would know more about that than .”

“Yes, sothing similar happened to the Blue Dragon adults,” Lu Li said.

“What I wanted to tell you was that the minnow has been transford into a galodon – the kind that is a hundred feet long. It is the embodint of death and destruction. Make sure you don’t treat it like a normal minnow.”

“Dammit, is it even still a fish!?” Lu Li exclaid.

“That’s why you need such a strong fishing float. Otherwise, why would it be attracted to you?”

Narain was sympathetic but he was also definitely enjoying Lu Li’s misery.

“Okay, okay, as long as we can get it then it’s fine. Please tell how to use this fishing float. Do I have to go to The Great Sea?”

Lu Li felt that he had to finish this quest as quickly as possible, otherwise, he would die before it was over.

After finishing this quest, he didn’t want to undertake any new ones.

“Based on the information provided by my Super Resonance Co-Frequency Analyzer, you can use the float just off the coast of Azshara in Storm Bay,” Narain answered as he unfolded a map and pointed out the location to Lu Li.

“But Storm Bay is huge! It could be anywhere,” Lu Li sighed.

“No, you need to find a big whirlpool. The whirlpool has been around for so ti, and the surrounding seabed is filled with shipwrecks. The galodon really likes that environnt,” Narain explained as he patted Lu Li’s knee, then said resolutely, “Child, bring as many people as you can to maximise your chances of success. If you succeed, then you can deliver the sceptre pieces to Anachronos.”

Now that the whirlpool was ntioned, Lu Li knew exact where the location was.

The shipwrecks were also a good place to find resources. However, after the System’s updates, there was a very low chance of anyone finding valuable materials or Epic equipnt there anymore. It was just for casual players to acquire ordinary gems or Dark Gold equipnt.

It was almost impossible to quietly complete a quest there, unless Lu Li took over the entire area.

However, taking over the area wasn’t really an option either. Even if they only tried to take over a small part of it, Lu Li would have to bring many players. And when the word got out that Ruling Sword was bullying ordinary players out of an area, the larger clubs might take advantage of that situation to kill so of their players.

As such, in order to prevent all that, Lu Li had to ask for more help.

Asking for help was the antithesis of manhood. In traditional Chinese culture, real n should not ask for help. Lu Li was obviously soone who held this view.

However, he had done it so often that he had gotten used to it.

Bringing in a squad of Drizzle Court and Peerless City players was no longer a burden to him.

Frankly, there was no other club that dared to have a proper alliance with Ruling Sword. Drizzle Court and Peerless City were qualified to do so, but they had to always consider whether they were gaining anything from it. The losses that they suffered were gains for Ruling Sword.

The reason why Lu Li brought so many players to kill the galodon was because it was said to be protecting the Tidehunter Neptulon.

If Neptulon arrived, then they would have no choice but to give up. If it was one of the Faceless Ones that it summoned or a Naga Boss, then Lu Li believed it wouldn’t be too hard for the players.

At this ti, the sun above Azshara was gradually moving west. The coastline stretched from north to south and the calm sea sparkled under the sun. There were always so players here who loved this scenery in Dawn.

However, this was definitely not the description the whirlpool’s location. It seed that there was sothing underneath that was desperately trying to swallow the sea.

It was near this whirlpool that Lu Li threw the Arcanite Buoy onto the water.

Fortunately, this was a ga, otherwise, it would be impossible to fish in such powerful currents. The Arcanite Buoy was also made up of so many precious materials that it managed to be stable in the turbulent waters.

Hundreds of eyes were fixed on the float that bobbed on the water’s surface.

After staring at the whirlpool for so ti, so players started to feel dizzy. Fortunately, they didn’t have to wait too much longer. A huge shark was now moving straight towards the Arcanite Buoy.

This item seed to have a natural appeal for the galodon.

Although the Blue Dragon wasn’t reliable, it still did so things that made sense.

Before contact was made, Lu Li quickly pulled the Arcanite Buoy back into his hands. The fierce mouth with razor sharp teeth clamped down but missed. Its body then jumped out of the water and flew onto the shore.

The shark being on the shore didn’t an it was any easier to fight. It could still bite, roll around and sweep its tail. There were quite a few players that imdiately turned into a white light.

“Breezy, pull the monster so it is closer inland. Everyone else stand back a little!” Lu Li shouted into the team channel.

This galodon had been arrogant enough to co onto the shore!
